Walked in was helped by staff closet to. Their device was down so he manually worked on my order. The reason was resolved completely.

I walked into the store with a box of phones and a mess!! CJ greeted me at the door and listened to the details of my situation. He helped me sort everything out. The few things that he couldnt help with, he got Noah to help with. They were both very nice and very helpful! They made sure that I left the store a happy customer!!

I ran over my phone with the lawn mower and I was panicking because our businesses are associated with my number. I ran to the Sikeston store and within 20 mins I was walking out with a new phone and all was well again. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!!!

Jessica was fantastic!! She helped us whenever we needed to open new lines!! She let us in on deals and actually helped us save on our bill!! She is tremendously great at her job and would go see her again on my next upgrade!!

We have been in multiple times to get our watches and phone fixed and was always sent home and told to call another number to have them fixed, finally went back and asked for Jessica Fair and after about an hour or so she had all the phones and watches working. She is absolutely the best and would definitely be using her in the future.

They were no help. Im from about 2 hours north and I just recieved a replacement phone from assurion. It was malfunctioning and I took it their and they had no answers and didnt send me in the right direction at all. Then when I asked about their liquid glass screen protectors she had no interest in looking if they had one for my phone. When I got home the following weekend after being stuck with no phone all week, my home store had me another phone sent to me the next day after I made it Into their store. It was a 40 minute total drive to the sikeston store and was a complete waste!

I came into the store with a MAJOR PROBLEM and Chris shoved them so very easily. He was kind, courteous, polite and he made me feel like a family member. I cant begin to tell you how satisfied I am with his work ethic. I truly a pay raise, personal parking spot for a month or at least a week and to be recognized by his fellow employees as an example of how to treat their customers. I can see his as an District Mgr in a few years. You need to hire more employers like Chris in the near future.

I am currently a Sprint gone T-Mobile customer now that they was bought out. I am considering changing services. I have been comparing options with AT&T and Verizon. I have been in the AT&T store twice lately, talked to two different representatives. The first one did not impress me to much. The second representative gave me a .much more expensive quote and told me I had to go that route in order to be given my employer discount. They need to focus on what the customer is looking for in a plan.

Went to find out why my direct tv bill wasnt coming . As usual with Att. So many screw ups,not in the store. Off in cyber world. They could only do so much than it required me talking with the other side of the world. Know that was time consuming. Of course just to get a bill sent to my home,bundled with my phone required blood sweat and tears..Today I get a letter in mail with cut off notice if next months bill isnt paid by the 8th of January. This company needs some serious reviews and restructuring.

Doesn’t even deserve a star at all. Went in to buy a new phone, and they waited until after we purchased it to tell us that they could not set it up for us. I had to take the brand new phone home with me and set it all up myself. I also had to transfer all of my stuff to the new phone and risk losing all of my things on my old phone. Highly unsatisfied. If I sit in the store for 2 hours they should actually accomplish something and set a new phone up for the customer. They also were so pushy with all of the package deals they had going on even after I bluntly said no multiple times and told him I was here for one thing only, a new phone. Will never go back to AT&T’s Sikeston location.

Alexis was awesome, she definitely deserves a raise we where here for like 5 hrs an we had a great time together... But the ATT ppl that they have to call to get help they suck cause they where on hold for over 20 mins before someone answered.. But as for alexis she was extremely amazing. Came in to pay bill.walked around for 10 minutes with no one asking if i needed help with anything. Finally asked a guy standing at the door. Asked if I was signed in. He was there when I walked in so he knows I wasnt. Then told to use a machine in the back to pay the bill. Not rude but very unpleasant experience.
