Erica was awesome helping me get my new phone, and transferring all my stuff to my new phone. She was so nice, and explained everything step she made. Shes a hell off a sales person she should be a car salesman. And shes pretty cute

We had the best customer service ever! Erica was the one who helped us this time. We were already having a difficult time that day and she helped in every possible way. It was the smoothestand easiest transition ever. She made today a lot better! If you ever lose your phone in a river, Erica will make it OK 🤣

Not only have I had boost mobile I also used to work there. Awful service pretty much everywhere in Sikeston decent in cape. Trained to lie about goal cost to sell accessories so I wouldn’t personally trust any amount unless you see the screen. Don’t know who is working at the boost store in Sikeston now but before the manager was awful. Honestly go anywhere else but boost.

It was okay when I went there this this last time I didnt like the fact that I paid $27 for this Wi-Fi hotspot weather I dont like it 35g lights go by so quick and its not worth your $27 so I wouldnt buy I wouldnt recommend it to the right

Phone selection is small. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Probably due to the high employee turn over rate. And they charge for every little thing. Since Sprint bought them all of the services that brought me to them have changed or removed.

WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Dont even think they can spell good customer service. Rude, slow, poor communication, no greeting when you walk in just nasty looks and ignorant workers. They dont even tell you when theyre done with a couple of customers when its your turn you just have to approach them and assume. Boost Mobile should be ashamed.
