I asked several questions about all the phones in the store an Keyajah was able to answer them as well as aid me in which phone to select that would adequately meet my needs. She was amazing as well while dealing with several customers an leaving everyone in the store in a cheery disposition. 10/10 will definitely come back if I need anything.

This was an easy enough transaction. Even with Covid-19 and the necessary physical distance and mask required, it was a positive experience where everyone inside the store felt safe. Most important- you had what I needed, an Otterbox case! Ill return.

During my visit to the Victor Sikeston Mo store to upgrade my plan, not only did David take the time to answer all of my questions about my new purchase, he explained how to fix my wife’s iPhone and told me if I had any questions to be sure and call him . After that cellphone store shipped my phone to this store (which was still far away), Kristen coordinated with me and she was able to make sure we got the phone. I will always remember this. Nice employees and great company

Had to wait for about 20 minutes to be helped due to office had only one employee on duty. Finally second person showed up and my business was done swiftly. Both employees were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Could have understood if it was 0800 but at 1030?

I really just wanted to say how awesome Ashley (not sure her last name) was that helped us at the Sikeston Verizon outlet today. We had some problems actually getting everything accomplished but Ashley was patient, persistent, knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Despite the small things that popped up here and there throughout the process, couldn’t have asked for a better worker to help us with everything.

Had a good experience signing up for Verizon phone service. Great staff. Friendle and very knowledgeable with phones and plans.

Everything is good. Verizon is always good, but specifically at this location parking lot is extremely small.
