I had an issue with my phone.. short story, phone fell out of pocket when getting into my car, i ran over it pulling out of the driveway. nothing was backed up within months & i had recently had a lot of photos i wanted to be transferred to new ins phone. they helped me with speedy, affordable data transfer! so conveniently close by & knowledgeable of the work they do! will go here for any tech issues

Ok so they did a phenomenal job on the iPhone xs when i ordered the back case so I give complete thabks and compliments to the team HOWEVER what you guys need to work on here is COMMUNICATION.I had called you guys a plethora of time before hand asking and clarifying if and when the part was in and if the phone was ready. You guys had my number AND NOT ONCE WAS I NOTIFIED OF THE STATUS OF THE DELIVERY OR THE PHONE WAS READY I HAD TO CALL YOU. WORK ON IT 🙄

Went there for a $10 part, she said it was $60. Walked out of the door. Didnt even want to know what she wanted for labor. In my opinion, its not worthy of one star

I have had two of my cell phone screens replaced by them. They are always friendly and helpful. Never have any problems with their repair work. They charge a fair and reasonable price. I will be a customer in the future .

I am new to the area and starting new training programs, I walked in said Im taking classes on my laptop but its not loading right ? He said let me see it and just in a fewminutes he got me back on my path, he was very friendly, knowledgeable. Will definitely look to them when I need equipment or help.

I hate that I have to give 1 ⭐.Took my phone in for a data recovery. They damaged my phone. They admitted they damaged my phone. Since it was only a data recovery they are not going to fix it unless I pay more.

My son dropped his new iPhone and shattered the screen. I took it there for repair, they later called me and said the phone needed a battery in which I agreed to let them add. Picked up the phone the next day after paying over $200 to repair the phone, now the phone will not even come on. Later I took a phone w/ a LED problem was going to drop it off and pick it up the next day. The guy than decides he wants to be paid before the work is done. To me thats like paying a mechanic before he services your vehicle. I walked out and will not be taking anything else there good luck

Took them less than an hour to fix my screen, fair prices, and great customer service.

Took them less than 15 minutes to replace my phone battery. But I noticed an issue with the screen display so I took it back the same day and they replaced the screen with no charge, even added tempered glass for no charge since I had tempered glass on my old screen.

They were so helpful!

Cloud not even do their job wouldnt do anything but look at the top of the lap top never even opened.
