Very professional and timely experience when setting up my phone plann!
This was the 3rd store I had been to today! Ben, Ray and Jordan made it the best experience I have ever had at any retail store! I had a lot going on when I walked in and they fixed every issue and answered every question! From now on any Verizon question/issue I have I will bypass the call and go directly to the store. They never once made me feel like I was a bother!
Ive never had a bad experience here. They are usually pretty prompt, but it can get busy sometimes.
The clerk at this store did in 20 minutes what the corporate office and asuron could not do in three months. Only reason I dont tear up my contact!
Went and bought a new phone in September, Aaron did the trade in. He did NOT activate my phone correctly, and I’ve had issues tenfold. I can no longer access the internet, send texts or iMessage, even with full bars and LTE. Phone says I have no cellular data plan—they’ve overcharged me twice now and changed my plan without telling me. Went in about the data issues, and Ray just turned my phone off and back on and said “there you should be good to go now. Just turn it off every couple days.”Here I am, paying $90 a month with no way to contact anyone except when on wifi. Waste of time and terrible store.
This was the 3rd Verizon store I drove to solve a sensor trip for a fake issue in my charging port that wasnt allowing me to charge my phone with the port (wirelessly charging a phone while having an otter box is a huge pain btw).The gentleman took my phone solved the problem and was extremely nice and courteous. He didnt try and weasel me into a new contact or phone, he listened to my issue diagnosed and solved!
Hands down the best Verizon store. The employees are so helpful and I have never had to wait. They are very polite & greet you the second you come into the store. We drive 45 minutes just to come to this store.

I came to Verizon and the sign up front told me to sign in on the MyVerizon app. I did and waited. I received a automated message at 1:09pm saying I was next in line and they will be with me shortly. I stayed in my car because I thought I would be notified when i can come in. I sat in my car and watched as 8 people came up after me that they were being assisted first while I was still waiting for my text message. I started to get frustrated and then stepped out of my car to find out that all I had to do was be like everyone else and just be an unorganized mess and demand help. I felt very forgotten and I am very upset with everything. When I was assisted I informed the worker that I have been waiting for an hour and when asked why, I told him because I did As I was told from the board upfront. And begun to cry. All the worker could tell me was it was a glitch in the system. I am upset with how the situation was handled.

Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went to the store knowing what we wanted but Rick got us more then we expected. Usually when I go to Verizon when I have tough questions the person says let me go talk to my manager. But not this time. And that is what I want from a sales person. One that doesnt have to run off. Thanks Rick for all your help.

I wont go to any other Verizon store but the one in Siloam the staff is friendly helpful.
They were quick to help me and offered a positive and fun attitude! All of my questions were answered fully and I found the experience way better than my previous cell service provider! Im happy I made the switch!
Cant remember the guys name at the Siloam Springs store but thank you for clearing out the charging port for me you just saved me some money that I can tell my wife about

Wonderful staff
The employees could not help with simple account details. They also solid us the wrong phone case and didnt offer to help with that. After you make a purchase with this outfit you are on your own.

This store is full of a bunch of liars who are out to make nothing but sells and dont care that theyll lie to your face about details on data and promotions. Every time Ive been in the store from the initial opening of account, trade ins, promotions, and follow-up with issues its been a mess. I have had to contact CORPORATE office to complain and resolve my issues every time or I would have been cheated out of almost $1k in trade in values and free tv. Calling the 800 number was more helpful than that bunch.
