Quick Lane Service needs a complete overhaul. For a routine check up and oil change with an appointment - more than two hours … that is not quick. I realize if they were honest and said Slow Lane Service customers would make different choices… but that would be a fair assessment.

On arrival, I was promptly met by service writer and shown the waiting area while vehicle was being service. During the time spent waiting the service writer and technician were courtesy and technically proficient throughout the service experience. If I had questions or concerns service team answered all questions until I was satisfied............. Excellent experience!

Anthony Lindsay is an excellent team member of Lincoln Silver Spring. I had already picked out the type of vehicle I wanted but I was not interested in going through a sales pitch, test drive sequence. Anthony was a no nonsense guy. He didn’t do silly sales gimmicks or upsells. He is courteous, patient and welcoming. Ask for Anthony by name, he will help you make an excellent choice. I made the purchase on the spot and very happy with riding in comfort and style.

Our sales representative Narh was incredible. This was by far the best new car leasing experience ever. He made everything so easy. I went to the service department for a 25 point inspection just to get a simple lookover a 1995 town car I just purchased. I was a walk-in so I did expect to wait a while but 3hrs is way to long especially when i was told 1hr 30min. To make matters worse they told me everything was green and that the vehicle was in perfect condition. A 1995 can not be in perfect condition there has to be at least something going on. I asked the advisor with some suspicion if he was sure that there are no leaks or any obvious issues and he said no. So I went for a second opinion and another shop found major oil leaks and suspension problems and even found very visible rust spots in places that is a safety concern. Situations like this is why people hate coming to dealerships, being lied to in your face is really uncalled for and unprofessional. Also, the advisor never had me sign any paper work before the car went into the shop nor after it was done so obviously this place has issues with simple procedures. SMH!

Had a awesome experience buying my Certified Lincoln Continental from Koons Silver Sping ... Daniel my sales manager was very helpful getting the car ready for me to come take a look at and take out for a spin . After a few questions he had all the answers for, I was set on getting it .... Came in pre approved but they were able to do alot better thru there financing department which was surprisingly also a plesent experience . He was very helpful getting me where I wanted to be with the added warranties that were important to me .... There touch screen table was a great tool to visually show me what was going on ....Was a very clean and well set up showroom and all the staff I dealt with that day and since, have been top notch ..... I have a local Lincoln dealer close by, but will be making the drive down to Silver Spring when its service time just due to how well my service experience was, Thanks!

I recently leased a brand new 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Ira and Jimmy at Koons Lincoln here in Silver Spring. What a wonderful experience. Very easy to do business with these people. I got a great lease on my new Lincoln. Their service is so good that when I accidentally left one of my keys at the dealership, Ira came to my house with the key with his smile and door to door service. Stan at Koons Lincoln of Silver Spring took great care of my car today. He and his crew went the extra mile. Not only was my cars minor issue repaired, but they also washed it and filled the gas tank. Since they picked my car up from my office and then delivered it after the repair was complete, the entire experience was hassle free. Great job Koons!

Koons Lincoln of Silver Spring is always first class service. Chris takes wonderful care of my MKZ with attention to detail and returns the car sparkling like new. The service is not only excellent quality but done efficiently by professional personnel who are courteous and polite. On the rare occasion when I have chosen to remain in the waiting area until the work has been completed, that was also a pleasant, safe and positive experience.

I have recently had a bad experience with this dealership. There are many issues I have faced right after I purchased my brand new MKC and they have not been resolved for more than two months. The most unacceptable issue was that the dealership put the wrong VIN on my paperwork and this is still an ongoing problem. Not only that, but there was a noise issue from the rear of my car that I noticed right after the day I purchased the car. The dealership tried to fix it a couple months ago but it still exists. As time goes by, some other issues on the drivers seat, steering wheel, and break have come up. I purchased not a used car but BRAND NEW CAR!! Lincoln is supposed to be one of the luxury car brands on the market, right? However, their poor customer service and the issues still unsolved made me feel like I was stupid to overpay for a fake luxury car.The thing that made me really desperate was that there is no good way to communicate with someone who is able to take care of solving the issues seriously and immediately. I have contacted several people including the dealer, the Customer Relations Director, and GM at the dealership but I just felt no one took my issues seriously. Funny thing is that the dealership had contacted me so many times before I signed the contract on my car; now they have never contacted me first to update the status to solve the issues and also I have to contact them at least two to three times to get their responses.The dealership kept saying that customer service is the number one goal but for me, the dealership looks like they dont care once they sell a car.Now, who should I talk to about my problems to solve?I hope no future customers will have similar experiences with the dealership.

Came into the store with my wife and kids to look at a new SUV on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were not greeted as we walked in even though there were at least three individual at the desk. It took at least 15 for us to be acknowledged, when we finally did the salesman that was assigned to us seemed like he couldn’t be bothered.We asked to look at a Lincoln and he reluctantly pulled one around for us. I asked him questions about the vehicle he half answered. Finally he admitted to “being a Ford guy” whatever that means. Isn’t Lincoln the luxury ford brand?You would think that you would at least attempt to seem interested in making the sale...?

We weent to Koons Silver Spring Ford to lease either an Explorer or a 2013 Fusion. Claud Woody Wood was there to help right away. We explored our options and found the perfect car for us. Woody and the sales team were SO accommodating and understanding. Not only did they give us a great deal, they made sure we were able to tie up all of the lose ends with turning in the old lease. Woody answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the Sync system and the online log in. It was a great experience!

Typical dealership experience, trying to screw you at every chance they get. Fast talkers who make no sense, were making no money in this deal type victim mentality. Reel you in with a price just to be surprised with hidden fees you find out at the dealership. Best part here is these psychologist try to get you with the were trying to help you out yeah ok lol. What a joke, saw one of their sales rep getting into a competitors vehicle, which was park two blocks away, even their employees dont drive their cars they know the deal. No wonder Ford is doing so bad.

I am a very frequent customer here. My first issue at East West was i took my Lincoln Town Car to get both front brake calibers replaced. I brought my own Motorcraft parts, apparently some sort of o ring/gasket werent included with my new calibers, but they were put on without replacing the o ring. So i took my car there without any leaks and left with brake fluid leak. My second issue was i got my front bumper and header panel painted due to rock chips, etc. After about an year and half and 500.00+ spent my bumper paint is now chipped and coming off. I only recommend this dealership to purchase Ford/Motorcraft parts

My family has been going to Koons for over 10 years; however, this was my first time interacting with them myself. I leased a Lincoln while living in Illinois and was reaching the end of my lease, so I wanted information on various scenarios regarding lease termination.The first person I encountered was Narh - he was awesome! Narh provided me with outstanding customer service and knowledge. He answered all my questions (and I had alot! lol) and not once did i feel like he was pressing his personal preference on me. Buy your CAR from NARH! :) Just be sure that you are aware of your personal financial situation in regards to financing. Make sure that you compare the financing that you are being offered to financing that you may be able to get elsewhere. Its always good to go to the dealership knowing the maximum price you should be paying on a monthly basis, taking into account all of the factors involved. Thanks for all your help, Narh - and everyone else at Koons!

A.Weber,Stan P.(the REAL Man),Dave Ledger,Pat Kigar, Simon & the gentleman who sold me my 1stMazda at that location(whose name escapes me). I recently leased my 7th vehicle ZOOM-ZOOM! :-). All I have to say is that on a Saturday I told Allen & Stan my problem..they instructed me to bring my car in on Monday...Allen greeted me..Stan immediately ran down the procedures & est. turn-around time..before I could get settled with my iPad & triple shot espresso :-) ....Stan had returned telling me what the problem was & that me & my car was ready to go :-) :-) With this crew..its never about them..its always about their customers.
