Extremely lacking in customer service. Had to keep asking to figure out how to to get service. No one approached me to inform me of anything. Eventually I got someones attention and was told to go park. Next persons attention I got eventually told me I needed to wait in my car, it would be 30 minutes. He was corrected by another employee letting him know there was two cars ahead of me. I politely left. Please communicate clearly to your customers. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

I came for a regular oil change and air for my tires. I was the second customer and there were a decent amount of mechanics there and what should have taken 20-30 minutes took 3 and a half hours. Apparently they had broken off the stem to my tire and instead of replacing the tire they did a shotty job replacing the stem. Now I cannot remove the cap to put air into the tire because its not even the proper stem. When I asked for some form of compensation for this situation they tried to resend me the 10 % discount code that I came there with. I really wish that they had been transparent about the whole situation in the first place instead of lying and acting like everything was okay. I now have to replace the entire tire.

I was there today to do the oil change and while I was outside my car was on the ramp with the hood open and nobody there, when I entered the office it was about 10 minutes the car was outside, and the manager I called to pay I paid when I left and saw the car I went to do the check list and nothing later was not done. nothing that was on the check list tire out of pressure, dirty wipers not vacuum cleaner, I dont trust if the oil will be changed !!! Ill never go again.
So as of today I went in to do a oil change around 3pm they where nice and everything and asked me what I came to do and I told them oils change after that they gave me the best oil to use and the price which I agreed with when they where done I paid for it and went back to my car which they left on while I was still paying for the service inside the building.....I go to my car and start driving and then I realize that my brake signal is on and I’m lost of word and that was about 15 when I left the shop and imagine that when I got there the brake signal was not showing and nothing was wrong with my brake, and 20-30 minutes in while im driving and trying to take an exit out from the highway and try pressing on my brake my brakes stopped working and went loose and I got into an accident this is ridiculous I almost lost my life for that.....I’m definitely going back there tomorrow to get my refund. I have never had a problem with my brake still I left that please
I called the store and asked for a labor rate/hr and I was transferred to the shop next door and I asked the service writer what they’re labor rate per hour is and I get the response of “I can’t tell you that or I don’t know what it is for that estimate” like you can’t look on your computer with the write up sheet with the amount of hours for labor and price of work?? All actual automotive shops would have told me right then and there how much it’d be, but for jiffy lube I see now why it’s called iffy lube

Staff was rude, I felt rushed to pay, they did not answer my questions and concerns, they did not add any washer fluid, plus any other fluids.I had a brake light out, asked them to replace it, the man said it was working, it WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I DROVE IN, NOR, WHEN I DROVE OUT.I will not return to this location.
Had oil change and asked for them to run diagnostic on check engine light, results: catylytic converter, they would replace for some $800. Read that a vacuum hose can easily be dislodged giving this false result. Went to another company, nothing wrong with either convertor, nor oxygen sensors. Very angry. Young man wouldnt admit he was wrong when I returned, though he did adjust something under the hood! Condescending and I spent $400 for nothing! Wont be back to this location.

Had a great experience, really fast very helpful. Quinton was awesome(I think that’s how you spell his name). I went in on a Sunday and I was out within 10 minutes. Didn’t try to upsell me explained everything very thoroughly. Overall I’m very happy that I went there. This is my first time going to get an oil change.
You guys should be ashamed of your inflated prices in the middle of this pandemic. Acting like your giving deals when the products your promoting are free. I stressed that I didnt have money to spare and still they charge 200 plus for an oil change. Then make you seem like the bad guy cause youre upset 😡. SMDH!!!
First of all I called to see if I would be able to get my car looked at because I knew I needed brakes. The young lady name Vae assured me that as long as I arrive before 6, it can be done. I get there and I was greeted with superior customer service. By me just moving in the area, its great to have trust in where you take car for service. This Jiffy Lube provided great customer service and I will continue to trust them with my car.In addition, I would like to add and give kudos also to the mechanic who worked on my car, he did a great job fixing my brakes and it feels so good to drive again

SHADY!!Went in for an oil change and that was done relatively quickly. The list of things that they claim were done but werent is long though.1: Vacuum the car. They listed this as completed but it was obviously not done. I asked why and the tech told me because of COVID they dont do floors unless asked. I said why did you list it as completed then and he had no answer.2: Wash windows. This was obviously not done but was listed as completed. I asked why they were claiming it was done and tech had no answer.3: Windshield washer fluid added. I tried to use my wiper fluid and it was bone dry. I asked why they didnt add fluid and the tech said they were out of fluid. Again I asked why they claimed they added fluid and he had no answer.4: Check exterior lights. I know for a FACT they never checked my exterior lighting because I already had a brake light out when I arrived at the shop. Tech had no explanation for why they didnt do that check, aside from saying that he was just the tire guy.After all of this Im wondering if they even changed the oil. SMH. I definitely wont be going back.
When in there for a oil change got a couple other stuff and done to my car came out with a check Engine light they said no code found never again
This was my second visit for an oil and filter change. My car was taken into the bay soon after I arrived. A technician called me to confirm the service I wanted and offered me additional options. I was satisfied to get the service I went in for and a half hour to forty five minutes later the car was ready.The thing I like about Jiffylube is that the wait time is reasonable and the car comes back with the fluids all topped up, windshield clean and the inside carpets vacuumed.The problem I had this visit was the coupon I was e mailed had no code number on it at checkout. It offered a ten dollar discount. The cashier asked for the code, I showed him the e mailed coupon on my phone but he told me it could not be taken off without the code.I had no code, they sent me the coupon with no code! Something needs attention here to avoid spoiling the experience which to that point was satisfactory. I asked for the manager who came promptly and was very accommodating, finding the code on the register to complete the transaction.Guys, lets fix this to avoid this from becoming something that is a turn off. Four stars, five if you fix this next visit.Thanks for the good service.
Came in for an oil change when my regular service could not be available quickly. The business was convenient to my home. They had several bays open and were able to meet customer needs with no delay. I was in and out in less than an hour.Staff was extremely polite and professional. While changing my oil, they spotted several other routine maintenance needs and recommended helpful actions to address them.I would definitely use Jiffy Lube again and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
Damaged underside of my car while backing down the ramp and placed it back hanging with a few wires. As if that werent bad enough, the radiator ended up being damaged as well and had to do repairs out of pocket
The team was very responsive over the phone, and accommodating to a last minute request. They were extremely quick and thorough in the services they provided. I really appreciated their ability to see me on short notice shortly before they closed. It’s very helpful for people who work a 9-5 to encounter individuals who are okay working right up until they close and who are willing to do it while maintaining a positive disposition. Kudos to them for a job well done. I will return in the future.
In and out, just as expected. Improving communication skills are a great opportunity here. The cashier was great. Even though he needs to say the same script over and over to each customer, he spoke to me like it was the first time Ive heard it in three months.

Fast service but customer services could be much better. Guy who goes over car with you could hardly be understood. Mumbles. Check our guy said my online discount wasn’t working and only after I said the coupon was under their location, he did something to make it work. No apology or anything. He just said new price. No customer service skills. Then car was blocking my car when leaving bay and no one moved quickly to find the owner. Again, poor customer service and communication skills.
They did great. Just didnt vacuum out my vehicle like the receipt says. Receipt says its complete. And sometimes I notice they forgot to put the flap over the fender. Guys coming from all sides. Saw a little scratch but no biggie. Backed up 3 cars deep. Still in and out in 40 min.
I’m from out of state, just recently moved here. So this was my first time going to this Jiffy Lube. Everyone there was very kind from the moment I pulled in. They did what was asked of them, and nothing more (besides air up my tires.. which I needed). They usually try to sell me extra stuff or tell me all of this other stuff that my car needs, but they didn’t. The guy that helped me was so polite and kind, will definitely only go back to this one!!

Oil change and battery replacement. Left and noticed couple of lights were on that werent previously on. Came back to be told mechanic was out until Monday. Returned Monday and mechanic was very helpful. Hopefully lights will go off as he said. Im pleased with overall customer service will return
Today, I had an awesome experience getting my vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube in the Silver Spring, MD location. No-appointments needed, just bring your car right in and go from there. The workers seemed very cordial and professional while serving me and the other customers. I originally came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The mechanic found other issues that were highly recommended to be replaced such as the air filters and changing the brake fluid. I agreed to let them do what was needed for my car in order to prevent any future damage. The entire service took about 15 - 20 minutes long to finish. Everything happened so fast and I anticipated being their for at least 45 minutes to an hour. I just want to shout-out a huge THANK YOU for your excellent service in caring for your customers needs and going above and beyond to help your customers. Again, thank you and always keep up the great work!
Place was horrible. Completely unprofessional. Service members were slow. Rude. And up charged my for an oil change. I also have suspicions things were missing from my vehicle. While here another lady was complaining about the service as well. Brett the owner does a horrible job of managing this place. Better business bureau needs to step in and shut this place down.
Got a oil change. technician went through my grove compartment to check cabin air filter which i didnt authorize next week my car is the only car in my apartment complex broken into they left the scooter and just went into my grove box beeaking passenger side windows

I came in this afternoon for an oil change and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. It’s a Saturday and was expecting it would take some time. I checked my car in with the technician and went to the waiting room.An hour later, a different technician came and asked me why I was here, which car was mine and did I ever check in. I explained that I had and who I talked with and he left. Multiple people who came in after me had come and left. No apology for skipping me or the long wait.After I got in my car I noticed my tire pressure light was still on. Paperwork said they filled my tires. Also all the mileage on my paperwork was off by about 30,000 miles. The sticker on my windshield says my next oil change should be done at 60-something. I’m at 82k now.Next time I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes and go to a better location. Will not be back.

I went here simply to put air in my tire. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. The employees looked at me and kept walking by not even acknowledging the fact that I was waiting . Finally when someone came inside I still was not acknowledged so I asked if someone could put air in my tire he told me I would have to wait . They weren’t busy at all so I’m not sure what the wait was for . I would not recommend this location to anyone . When I told them I’d go somewhere else at that point they were willing to put air in my tire but I left . I shouldn’t have to say I’m going somewhere else in order for them to want to do their job .

The tech at Automobile Blvd in Silver Spring MD was honest, polite, and patient. He gave me an in-depth explanation of my car troubles and what he could do to help. At the end of it he explained what I could do to keep my issues at a minimum.Shout out to Nelson who worked on my car. He left this customer definitely satisfied.
As my car was being vacuumed and windows clean on the top by two team members, someone was changing my oil in the bottom; just like that, they were finished in no time! I went to get my oil changed thinking I need to wait for an hour but I was very happy to say I was in and out! Nice job guys! Thank you!

Great guys! All friendly and did their work in a timely manner.One little oversight; a broken light bulb was left on my passenger side windshield wiper (against the windshield). Didnt notice it until I was driving down 29 @55mph. Dont know if the bulb was off MY car or one that was just set there for a minute while lending a hand to someone that needed a helper. A little more attention to detail would be the only thing Id add to this review.

Rude desk/customer service woman, and when I left, my tire pressure light was on! With the oil change, they include compliment services such as putting your tires to the proper inflation rate. Well, they DE-flated one is my tires to 22psi !! 🤦

Pushy employees always want you fix EVERYTHING on your car. You must be very clear with your intentions other wise they gonna just want to keep adding on and adding on and adding on. The employees were nice though for the most part just pushy.

I went in on Sunday, 12 Feb, but wont be going back. I told the representative that the cabin air filter was due to be changed, but he said and wrote on the form that it was OK. I thought their service was a bit too Jiffy so when I got home, I checked the filter myself. Its easy to check since its behind the glove box and only requires a few seconds. The filter was clogged with leaves, as I suspected since I told them it needed changing. They could not possibly have even checked it or they would have seen it was filthy and full of leaves. a change. Additionally, I brought in an $8 off coupon for the signature service and the cashier waved his hand when I showed it to him. I thought he meant I didnt need to leave it with him so I offered it to a lady who was also getting her car serviced. She said she didnt need it since she had printed off one at home too before coming. I payed the bill, assuming the $8 had been deducted, then reviewed the receipt more carefully when I got home. The $8 off had not been deducted either. Amazingly bad experience. Ill go back to other Jiffy Lubes in the future.
Fast and kind service, reasonable prices
Jiffy Lube is my favorite place to go for quick service. Ive been long standing customer, moved from another state and still customer. When realized they were located across the state was excited about the convenience. The workers in every Jiffy Lube Ive been to (3 so far) have been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to discount and work with you, and give advice on car even if they cant provide the service. I talked with a worker standing in line at the bank and he gave me great service outside of work, answered all my car transfering questions and questions I had about body work to my car. Jiffy Lube has a custom for life as long as the keep doing what theyre doing.....Friendly Customer Satisfaction.

Nice greeting, they new me and the services i typically get. Unfortunately that was the best part of the experience.Waited an extra 10-15 minutes after work was completed and car was ready, just to pay and get my keys back. Then after driving 30+min toward home, i noticed the Oil Change required light was still on! Very frustrating knowing I’ll have to look at that dumb light for another 5k miles, bc i don’t live or work near your shop.
Very unprofessional. My change oil light and tire pressure light is till on. I will never go back there again!!!!Nelson the manager called and left me a voicemail but I was at work so I wasn’t able to answer. When I called back to speak with Nelson the jiffy lube workers kept hanging up on me as if they don’t want customers speaking to the manager. It’s been a week and I still haven’t been able to speak to the manager. WORD OF ADVICE!!!! NEVER COME HERE!!!!

I have used this jiffy lube for several years and they always fail to put a new sticker on my windshield to remind when my next oil change is due. Also, my service receipt says my tire pressure was checked and my tire serviced, but my tire light remained on. Between the sticker and the tire light, I wonder if the work is really be done like it should be.

It was a nice place. They did my oil change really fast. I wanted a tune up but was told they wouldnt have time to do it that day.They did everything but put air in my tires to make the lite go off on my dashboard.I tried to do it myself but I couldnt get the cap off on my tires. I wanted it done because I was driving to NC the next day.But all was well. Ill continue to visit this place until they change my mind.

The employees At this location hate their job. Not professional at all. I came at 6pm they seems unhappy to see customers coming in. The African American lady had has a very bad attitude she can’t even answer a simple question without texting on her phone like nobody is talking . Also they don’t vacuum the car or clean the window. I live close to this location but I will never comeback.
I stopped by this morning to get an oil change and as I was leaving oil light and check engine light was still on. The mechanic stated that their something else wrong with my vehicle. Mechanic recommended I take to the dealership for further diagnostic. I drove the car back home a short ride. I open the hood and check the oil level and it was dry!!! No oil!!! They also did not change the oil filter.
I had a similar experience like that shared by Caitlin Gover. after having a very mean customer service experience, I came back two weeks after to request that the correct windshield sticker be put on my car to indicate the correct mileage for the next oil change. I waited for over 10 minutes, three different technicians showed up and none gave an answer to my request. Take note, they offered NO APOLOGIES for all the mistakes they did. I do not recommend them to anybody !!!!!!!

(Im driving a Ram promaster very popular )it was 3:45 this is a lease vehicle and they told me there is no one here who knows how handle thus types of transactions comeback tomorrow!!! I just left Jiffy Lube Silver Spring and only got my oil changed full synthetic and my air filter changed had great customer service even got my military discount. All the workers were polite keep up the great work!
Fast service...I wanted to get tires rotated as well. However,, Sunday no tire service avail.Staff was friendly.
Called ahead to see if they provide the service and they told me they did. I went there and midway found out not only do they provide the service but the person who does the similar service isnt even coming in to work today.
I came to get an oil change and left with a hole in my tire. I realized it 2 minutes after I left Jiffy Lube because the tire sensor lit up up to say that pressure was decreasing. The oil change is affordable but ended up costing more in the long run because I had to replace my tire.

Trustworthy, respectful, and very knowledgeable! I had a great experience from the time I called! Ive been to multiple service shops in the area and Ive always walked away feeling worked over, but never felt that way here. Ive gone to the Ford Dealership around the corner and they increased the cost after we agreed on the balance- Or should I say tried to increase. I respect the high level or customer service I was given by Lawrence and James. Lawrence explained the services and gave me the total balance- before doing additional work, he showed me the issues and asked me if I wanted to get it done. I appreciate how they respected my time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I had a complete fuel service done, oil change, replaced 2 light bulbs and replaced air filter- I had no problem waiting because of how friendly they were!
I would recommend to stay away from this place. I went in for an oil change, and they recommended to change the air filter. So I sad yes, worst mistake ever. They replaced the air filter but the did not secured all the clamps that prevent any air leaks from happening after changing the filter. Check the engine light came on, after 10 minutes of driving. I could not go back right away. Luckily I have a OBD reader, which stated that I may have an air leak or an old dirty filter. I checked and it was obvious that all the rubber hoses around were loose and the clamps just hanging loose. I had to secured all my self, after 10 minutes the light went back off. How can you trust a place like this? When they cant even change an Air Filter properly. STAY AWAY!
I came here twice over the weekend because I needed an oil change. The oil change experience wasn’t a bad one but when I returned 12/23/19 for brakes service that they had recommended I receive, they had initially informed me that it would be a 1.5-2 hour job. I arrived at approximately 11:45 and didn’t leave until 5:30 pm!!!!!! During this almost 5 hour wait, I was not updated nor provided with an apology as to why this was taking so long. I was the one constantly getting up asking what the ETA/updates were regarding my vehicle. One of the mechanics finally informed me that the reason it was taking so long was because the parts had not arrived yet that they had ordered. 😒 This was around 2:30 pm. I said ok fine and begrudgingly went to McDonalds with my mom to wait it out. We returned approximately 45 mins later and was told at that point that the parts had come in but that they were actually the wrong parts. 😠 I then decided to vent my concerns to the same tech who was the only one who could seem to provide us with any updates. His name was Cristian and he was very nice. Finally, almost 3 hours later and I see my Escape coming out of the shop, only to be greeted with horror that my car was being mishandled by one of the other techs. You would have thought he was trying to catch a light/on the highway at the rate he flew my car out le the shop. I was annoyed but that was minimal in comparison to the 5 hour ordeal of sitting in the room with the SAME tv loop and also seeing approximately 20 other guests come and leave who had arrived after us. Mind you, over the course of this entire time, I had asked at least on 5 separate occasions with 5 staff members to speak with the manager. None of them could let me know where he was nor express my concerns. Every time I asked for Nelson the manager, he seemingly pooped to the store, would be back in 15 mins or had just left. This was beyond frustrating. Finally, to add insult to injury, when I was checking out, the SO-CALLED Acting Manager was HELLA RUDE. His name is Frank and as I was trying to understand my bill, which I had originally been quoted for $593.00 for 2 rotors, 1 brake pad, new brake fluid, the day before when I had gone in for an oil change. He provided me a 10% discount because I had informed them that I work in a school (teacher discount) which was kind of them. However, after waiting 5 hours for a 2 hour job, I thought it was only fair to ask for another 5% off given that my entire day before Christmas Eve was wasted. Time is $ especially during the holiday rush. SMDH. I ended getting the 15% discount but not without first getting the biggest attitude from the Acting Manager, Frank. He was upset that I was even asking for the discount in the first place. He didn’t even bother to explain anything and was very short. I called him out on this and told him that he didn’t need to catch an attitude with the customer. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE & RECOMMEND EVERYONE HEED MY ADVICE!
I got an oil change, and great service! They were quick and very friendly. They recommended an air filter change, I got the filters from across the street at auto zone and they replaced them for free. Ill be back to get my next oil change.
Hello,I had a very bad experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday. Even tho The manager was very nice (he actually gave me a discount). But whoever took care of my car Misdiagnose the issue. They makes me paid about $350 for a tensioner. And I payed a total of about $500 because I thought my car will be properly fixed. But that wasnt the case. When I got my car back I heard the same noise and same issue. I was told by one of your colleagues that something was fixed, but I dont think that is correct. At first, they told me that only the tensioner needed to be fixed. After I paid for everything, they told me something else called the steering pump need to be fixed. Why none found that issue the first time? It’s like Nothing has been fixed on car.
Very disappointed. This use to be my go to place to get my routine maintenance done since I live near by but they have let me down one too many times now. Before moving, I decided to go in 10/26/18 to get my last visit in with them for routine maintenance- as usually they changed my oil, clean my floors, windows and were polite. 2 weeks ago, my oil light came on and I wasnt yet due for an oil change. My car however never notified me before of needing oil so I decided to check. Good thing I checked because my engine had NO OIL IN IT ! NONE WHAT SO EVER and it wasnt due for an oil change !!! I called this location and victor told me I could come in for a top off - but just a top off ? something more couldve happened due too their lack of responsibility. This isnt my first issue with this location. The first incident was the SAME issue but this time I was leaking oil due too the oil filter not being screwed on properly.Any who, I had to buy a quart of oil until i was able to go to my nearest jiffy lube since i moved away. I went the jiffy on 15121 Frederick Ave in Rockville to help me and they found out more things wrong with my last oil change. THEY PUT IN THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR !!! how do you manage to put in the wrong oil in a car ?confuse 5w-30 with 5w-20? Then on top of that, my routine maintenance needed to be done much more frequently since my car is a 2006 but a technician at this location said it could be done every 5,000 miles - no need to come earlier than that. I am highly upset especially since I depend on my car and have 2 kids and I make sure to have my car up to par with maintenance to not have any issues and for this location to let me down after all these years is very disappointing. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!
Simple oil change took over 45 minutes while the guys were chatting among themselves and had a few good laughs. I have never seen an oil change place this slow!
I was very disappointed today, I was there 2 days ago for oil changed and also some other repairs, the horn in my car was working well, after i took my car from them i later notice that the horn is not working, since the next day was the 1st, there were off. I went there at 11am today and they took my keys and it is after waiting for almost 3hrs that they told me they have to check and give me diagnostic and I have to pay. They should have at least told me that we have too many customers so we will check your. Car maybe in 2hrs. And I would have use that time to do some others stuff I was supposed to do.
The service was great!!! My car was a mess inside but when I left there was no sign of the leaves and the debris. The gentleman were kind and answered all my questions.
So I just left there! And I will say, the customer service was okay in a sense of meeting me at the door and letting me know where I needed to be and where to sit and wait. But one thing, I didnt like was how aggressive the guy that was helping me. I know I needed those things done but I did not like his tone nor did I like how the workers played while people waited. Their is a time and place for everything
I received the quickest oul change ever. I normally go to Firestone and there i nearly wait an hour to get my car back. But the Technicians were so quick I was in and out in 20 min. On top of that the Technicians were so nice ! Id definitely reccomend this location!
This Jiffy Lube rocks! A bunch of guys that are very proud of how hard they work - and it shows in their customer interaction and their awesome knowledge and ability to work together. I’ll be back for my next oil change... thanks gentlemen!
Its been three year Im using tnis location but now Im done. Their service used to be good but now they are so pathetic, welcome is good n after that staff is rude they never vacuum the car if u ask then they show more attitude.
