I went there to get my new car inspected, and it was the worst experience. He did not want to honor my $70 Groupon because he stated my vehicle is a foreign vehicle and the Groupon only applies to regular cars. So I ended up paying $120 for an inspection that my car did not pass. He told me to make the recommended modifications, and he will only charge me $45 to reinspect the vehicle. What a scam!!!! I took my car to another mechanic without implementing the changes suggested and passed inspections, and they only have one rate for state inspection, which is $90 for all vehicles. Oh yeah! The second mechanic said that it is NOT typical for a legitimate mechanic to charge for reinspection.

I called in at this location and they told me I could book an appointment from online. There was a slot open at 3pm on Saturday and so I booked it. But when I went there, these lazy employees they were telling me they don’t accept appointments through online since it was 3pm on a Saturday and they didn’t wanna work. I showed them appointment confirmation but all the front desk person said was I don’t know about this, we do not take online appointments. This was weird and I hope NTA looks in this issue.

I called to ask a question and the person who picked up was very rude. Instead of letting me ask what I wanted they kept saying OK bye and sounded like they just didnt want to help me.Then I made an appointment online for Saturday. When I went there on Saturday to get my oil change, I parked my car and talked to a mechanic in the back side of the shop who crudely told me they dont do Groupons on Saturdays, which I never read anywhere in their Groupon deal nor in their website when I made the appointment.The mechanic told me to come back the next day and didnt even apologize or anything for the inconvenience. He even sounded like he was annoyed at me. I dont know, maybe they just hate people who go there for the 1st time through Groupon because they dont make as much money from it (the truth is I was planning to keep coming here long term after using my Groupon if they provided good service).Mechanic said I had to drop off the car in the morning and come pick it up later in the afternoon and that I could not just wait for it. I dont understand why do I have to pay an Uber to go back home, then pay an Uber to pick up my car again, then drive home again just for a simple oil change that they can do in 20 minutes. What a waste of time and money. I could even wait an hour if they need me to but the mechanic said I HAD to drop it off, even if I make an appointment. Whats the point of the appointment then if they are not gonna work on it until who knows when?

I would give this place a 0 if I could. My car broke down and I was told my engine was done and should be replaced. I was hesitant to do it but Wilson (mechanic there) convinced me to replace the engine. This was 2 weeks ago and I’m still without a properly running car. Since they replaced my engine, which took 4 days by the way, my car keeps cutting off on me, particularly when I try to turn it on after it’s been sitting overnight. My car also has issues accelerating and when I first got it back it started revving like crazy when idling and then my battery was shorted (a battery that’s a year old and was fine before they replaced my engine.) The battery was replaced but my car continued to cut off. I have brought it back 3 times since the engine was replaced, and nothing has been resolved. They clearly did a bad job with installation since everything else works fine and they’ve ruled any other issue out. They have a warranty on their parts and labor. Yet, I don’t see the point of that if they don’t bother honoring that warranty. Wilson even told me the last time I went that they’re a small shop and only know how to do so much, essentially admitting they don’t know what they’re doing. If that’s the case, don’t tell me you can do the job, an expensive one at that, and then not do it properly. You can be sued for that. They’ve wasted my time and money. And each time I brought it back, they’ve kept my car for days at a time, only for my car to be parked outside the majority of the time and for me to come back to the same issue. In addition, everyone that works there is rude. I saw them being rude to a couple customers waiting ahead of me (one of those customers I believe wrote a review as well) and they’ve been rude to my husband and I when we call for an update. Also, when I first brought my car there they backed into a light pole being held up by this cement base when parking it, and scraped my bumper. They didn’t bother apologizing when I brought it to their attention. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will file a lawsuit if it comes down to it.

Bad costumer service no communication ... I wish you could give ppl negative stars this would definitely be the place. Told me come at 1 told me a hour I ate got my feet and nails done and the still not finished then it’s a rude bald head guy like u can get a refund . After I already wated this long . Come on we got to do better . I wouldn’t wish this place on my enemy

They were incredibly rude with my husband on the phone and in person. We had an appointment from 9-10am and told them wed be back to get the car at 10. They told us we werent allowed to pick it up till 5pm and DONT come sooner. Then called us at 10am and insisted we come pick it up immediately because it was done. Very frustrating and rude. We will definitely not be taking our business to them ever again!

This shop is not ethical and I would have avoid it at all cost.We came to this shop to do inspection just because we didn’t do enough research. Paid $80 for inspection and it was failed. We have to change tires, windshield wipers, rotors etc and was told the cost was $800.We didn’t do the repair at this shop because the price seems too high and all the “problem” are so minor. We did all the changes except the wiper.We are told reinspection was $40 and they charged $10 for my wiper. Re-inspection takes less than 30 minutes. Guess what? We wait for 3 hours because our car needed a “special” wiper. The bill was $130: $40 for inspection and $90 for the wipers ($70 wipers and $20 labor.)You may want to know how special our car is. Our car is a 2009 Honda Civic.

The “manager” of this facility is a joke. He’s disrespectful and RUDE. After calling him about an issue he had with my fiancé, he refused to listen to me and hung up on me. He wouldn’t let me get a word in while I was trying to explain to him what the issue was. My fiancé gets there to get an “inspection” done and the manager looks and says “you don’t need an inspection” and went ahead and did one anyway AND charged him then told him again “you didn’t need an inspection” but this time added “you need an emissions”. Instead of explaining the difference, he went ahead and did the entire inspection just to get the money out of him. They are scam artists. I cannot believe how disrespectful this “manager” was. Not manager quality at ALL.

Arrived at my appointment on time (sn: it was 8 am on a Tuesday and they were not busy). Was told that it would take 1 - 1.5 hours for my service - an oil change. Walked back 2 hours later to see my car sitting in the place I had parked it untouched. They told me it would be 45 more minutes. I left and am not returning.

I’ve come here many times before, never had a problem, but I came today to get my cars state inspection and it took 3 hours..I had to call them to find out that my car was done, and they did not honor my Groupon. Extremely upset. On top of that they failed my car for a “greasy axel”

Lazy mechanics. Just standing idle while you wait for the car state inspection for 2-3 hours... Worst of all they try to UPCHARGE you by any means. Be careful!

I bought the $45 groupon deal for a state inspection at this NTA and my experience was definitely an eye opener. Online, people warn you about state inspectors who use their job as an opportunity for business; I think I had this experience at NTA. They were super facilitating in getting me in under short notice, which I believed to be a godsend. 30 mins later they came in with my results processing my payment. They said nothing about the inspection. I glanced on the paper the words, failed, to which I inquired. I have a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta with 50000 miles on it, no lights on, no ongoing issues with the vehicle, so seeing the word fail on the paper was a shock to me. I was failed due to a small bubble in my tire, a bubble which my mechanic assured me I had at least 3-4 months on. Please note that all of the information that I was able to retrieve from NTA was like pulling teeth from a baby (a baby has no teeth so the process is impossible). I had to ask about whats next in the process, to which the answer was, replace your tire and we will reinspect. I asked what that process would entail, he said, I just need to look and see that the tire is changed. I refused to further the conversation about the option to repair at their shop, because I felt like this is what Ive been warned about online about opportunist inpectors. The next day I returned and was charged $37 extra for them to look and see that my tire was changed. Their usual inspection fee is $79, they were able to get $82 out of me for this inspection.
