Tim and Rachel are seriously amazing! I just placed an urgent print order online and they printed it out for me immediately. I am so thankful that I got them on the line when I was in such a time crunch. Corporate really needs to give these two a raise or bonus for excellent customer service!

Visited this store recently to print some things out of my email, Id been there before to do the same thing but this time I proceeded to leave after get my 5 copies and this Tim guy the manager, made sure to stop me to pay for them.Over 2$for this service. Point being?His other employees needed to make sure they properly charge you for printing stuff out of your email aside previously wasnt charged.

As I was dropping off a package, the gal behind the counter asked if I needed any stamps. Without pondering too much, I said yeah Ill take a couple of books. Without any warning, she proceeded to charge me 67 cents per stamp when the going rate is 55 cents. Of course with the cost of the parcel and taxes etc, I didnt realize how much I had been charged until a few minutes later doing the math in my car. Now I wasnt on the highway, but I sure felt like I got robbed.

People, DO NOT, again DO NOT, ship with this horrible company. They damage four of my items that I sold. They will take your money, cancel your claim, and not respond back to you.

I use this UPS location several times a month, and they never disappoint! I love that they have my addresses stored and offer an AARP discount. Also, they help me find the lowest rates from different options, as well as help getting stuff out fast. Theyre courteous and helpful and make my side gig so much easier!

Arrived at 3:25 and the door was locked and they were counting the til. Sign says closes at 3:30 Saturdays. Not happy.

I shipped a package and paid $100 for it to be overnighter 📦 from this location and it was delivered to the wrong address. I made a claim detailing the incident only to find out weeks later that the manager never put in the claim I discussed with him. I had to ask for a claim to be made two additional times for the manager to place it. Only to never have it resolved. No one has contacted me, or compensated me for faulty service. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Needed to arrange a pallet wrapping job and freight pickup from my home base in Portland, OR. Tim, Sue, and the other employees I dealt with were very helpful and took care of us. Even after the trucking company missed their pickup, Tim was flexible and helped keep our shipment safe over the weekend until they finally came by to pick it up. Great job, all of you!

Tim told me to “come to the UPS Store prepared” and then called for the next person in line. He didn’t even listen to me or answer my question. It was just a simple return for a college book. Bad customer service.

Sue is the most amazing person!!!! She is attentive, and truly cares about her customers. I have shipped packages, regular mail, and used printing services at this location. I have had a positive expierence every visit to this location. Thank you to the staff for your great attitude and fabulous customer service!

Ive used this UPS Store several times. Im so grateful to have it. I find it is always neat and orderly. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly, kind, and helpful. Ive never had better service anywhere.

I contacted the number of UPS on my particular order that I was tracking. The tracking information advised me my package had been delivered. It had not. The UPS representative I spoke with was a real live English speaking person. Her name was Allie but I have no idea where she was located. She took charge of my problem from the beginning. The Sioux City UPS ofc was notified and I received a call from another equally English speaking very courteous person. Her name was Kim. My problem was resolved because the driver had delivered my package to a wrong address. However Kim went above and beyond to get the package to me the next day. I have not been treated that well by ANY company that I can remember. Both of the representatives of UPS did the company proud. Thanks to both of them I received my package and for that I am very grateful. They deserve a pat on the back or maybe an afternoon off.Thank you,Mary LyonsSioux City Iowa

Visited the store to return a package to sender. The sender has provided their UPS account number to use. The UPS Store does not accept account numbers. I also found the staff rude and unhelpful. It seams to be a common theme reading the other reviews. We ended up visiting the UPS terminal on 18th street, they were extremely helpful provided the needed Ground ASD form. We ship quite a bit through UPS this is a service that the UPS store could provide however they would not receive a percentage of the shipping fee. I would visit FedEx Kinkos if you need pack ship services or Staples stay away from The UPS Store in the Commons.

Use Fed Ex if possible! Needed my wifes sister to pick up a package. Never did get it. Supposed to fill out a form on line that nobody can find. Staff not helpful.

I called to get help on finding a package that may have been shipped through ups. Before I could even finish explaining my situation, the representative cut me off and said very rudely, honey, we are not a ups delivery store. You need to call the 1-800 number. But if you dont have a tracking number, then they cant help you. Then she hung up. I dont have a tracking number and cant get through to anyone other than her and a computer. This was terrible customer service.

Had a package delivered Monday when I was at work took off early to come pick it up and they wouldnt let said it would be the next delivery day yesterday we had a snow storm I understand they wouldnt deliver but I called this morning and was told it was on the truck and would be here soon now its 9:25 still havent got it so I called again and told me I would have to wait until tomorrow

Terrible company to use, the morons require signatures even when you tell them not to.

Customer service can be improved, but overall ok got the job done.

Shipped a small parcel to Portland. Instead of charging me the lowest rate they charged me the highest rate possible. Go to the UPS terminal if you don;t want to get cheated.
