Store hours say they close at 8pm and I get there around 6:30pm and they are already closed

I have had the opportunity to normally work with John when I go in. I’m not a weekly customer nor do I spend a whole lot. It doesn’t matter if I’m there for work or home John is always there helping me with a smile (masked or not). Breath of fresh air some days when you are greeted with a friendly atmosphere. I would do the survey if I didn’t lose my receipt. 100%in my book!

I was super impressed. Both of the men that were working were cheerful and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

Shipped a box of Xmas gifts on 12/14 to CA. On 12/24 the package gets delivered...back to me! Has a label on the outer box saying damaged bar code. The package made it all the way from IA to Realto CA-about an hour from its destination, then got returned back to me. Bummer my family didn’t get their Christmas gifts on time. The day after Xmas I drag the big box all the way back to this store where they tell me I can either pay $80 AGAIN to ship it, or take it to “the terminal”-of course I don’t know where that is or what it means other than I have to pony up the cash or drag this big box to yet another destination. I chose to take the box back with me, so now here I sit with it. Called customer service who basically just gives me a number to call, which no one answered-try again later! The recording however did let me know that due to the pandemic they no longer give refunds. Couldn’t be more disappointed and disserviced.

Really friendly staff greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. I was there for a passport picture. Fast service.

Refused to ship my CBD oil with NO THC because its a controlled substance. CBD oil is now federally and state legal but FedEx is too far behind the times and wont let an elderly woman get her oil.

Their service is outstanding - especially when considering they are a single location of a large corporation. I find myself relying on them more and more.

We were visiting from out of town and needed to print something in a hurry. The staff were really friendly and helpful!

Pore excuse fore FedEx leaves mail outside with even knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell box outside on the steps shame on u FedEx anyone could of taken the package I would not recommend FedEx to anyone not the first time this has happened I dont give out a lot of bad reviews but this is has to stop
