Love lush in general and this location specifically! The employees are always so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Went in today to repurchase some of my favorite products and was helped by Rachel. She easily answered my questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and recommended a couple products to suit my needs specifically. When I couldn’t decide which of the three face masks she recommended to purchase, she let me know that lush actually offers free samples of their products to try. I left with samples of all three masks as well as the products I came in for. Thank you lush old orchard and Rachel! I’ll be back for sure!

Really cool selection of soaps and oils. I bought a massage oil bar and already used it several times and its amazing, smells great and feels good. Definitely worth going.

One of the cleanest lushs i have ever been in. The employees were the absolute best!

I normally love all the LUSH locations, however this one is the first with poor customer service that I’ve been to. I went on a slow week day and there were 2 employees and barely any customers so there was no excuse not to greet or help assist with anything. One employee was standing by the soaps staring outside and another employee was hiding behind the register. I felt so overwhelmed by the lack of attention from them and the vast amount of products there that I left. Such a shame as the location is in such a beautiful mall.

I went to this store with my granddaughter and couldn’t be happier with everything from the customer service, particularly Zoe ( I hope that I spell her name correctly) to the variety and quality of products they offer. All the questions we asked, were addressed explicitly and we were given valuable advice and recommendations.I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to bath in olfactory cornucopia of heavenly aroma and being properly guided in the world of Lush.

Excellent safety measures but highly disappointed with their customer service. I’ve never had a problem with this store in the past and staff have always been helpful which is one of the reasons I have been a loyal customer. I went earlier hoping to get ideas for a gift - there were maybe 10 members of staff standing around chatting and not one of them willing to offer their help. I asked several members of staff for help but all I got was maybe one to two word answers. If they would have been more helpful I could have been out of the store in half the time which in turn would have reduced waiting times for some of the people lining up outside in the cold weather.I will not be going back there again!

This was only my second time at Lush, so naturally I was overwhelmed by all my options. Giselle was very bubbly, welcoming, and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she escorted me over to the shelves. Without any hesitation she explained the difference in consistency, texture, and aromas, all while explaining how to use each item. I really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to help. I was really going they would have the lavender twilight body spray but because of the lack of materials the whole company is out of stock. But when i went here the young lady that helped me was very nice and welcoming.

Love this place! So happy about their safety procedures during the pandemic and the time they take to explain it to everyone who comes in, really appreciate it. Rosie was great, she made helpful recommendations and was super friendly!

My experience isnt even in the shop. If youre planning on applying here, dont. Theyll have you schedule a time to interview at, they dont explain if its in person or over the phone, so you need to call them and find out. Turns out its a phone interview. Cool, wait for the phone to ring on day of interview. Got no call and ended up reaching out, myself hey did you forget my interview today? No? Just busy, thats totally fine. They did my interview when I called them. First question they asked was if I was okay wearing a mask, yep of course. Interviewer asks a couple more basic questions. Tells me they will call back in a few days. Gives a day specific that they will call back. They never call. I email for a update, no response. I call today and theyre no longer hiring as theyve filled all the positions. Wonderful. These people have no courtesy to call you back and make you jump through hoops just for the interview. If you get the job here more power to ya but management sucks at being responsible.

I was introduced around the store by a wonderful young lady. From explaining the products to learning which would work best for me. Will be back again to purchase more bar shampoo, amazing bath bombs, and bubble wands.

Very rude employee

So I started going to lush because someone recommended it to me and I really like it. But their had only been one employee that I really like. The rest look at me like I’m going to steel something. Last time I went their I asked for the milk bubble bar and the employee said she would check in the back. Next thing I know she is attending another costumer and never got back to me, making me look like a complete fool. Never coming back their again!!!

Great friendly service

I’ve probably been to five different Lush locations now and I’m never disappointed by the customer service. My skin has always been a disaster and the journey to finding the perfect routine hasn’t been easy. Every time I visit I feel as though I am one step closer to getting to something that really works for me, and today Iara and Sabrina helped me out with more suggestions that I’ll be trying out. For dealing with a difficult skin profile, these ladies and everyone I’ve met at Lush always help me feel better about the frustrating journey that is skin care!

I absolutely love Lush products. This is my favorite location. They sales people are friendly and are good at remembering repeat customers. I am always offered a sample or a product to take home. I have found a lot of new favorites that way.

I had my daughters 11th birthday party here and it was amazing! The staff was super fun and they kept the girls involved the entire 2 hours! Absolutely love all of the products and the fact that they are all natural and safe for all skin types. HIGHLY recommend!!

Went in today to get some gifts for the holidays. Was bombarded with staff members who wouldn’t let me browse the store on my own. There was 1-2 employees by my side the whole time throwing stuff “I needed” into a basket. I wanted to take some time and shop on my own to get the right gift sets for the right people. That was not accomplished today. The store is so congested and small, and with all the staff members hounding you to get this or that, it was an unpleasant experience. Let us shop in peace and ask questions if we have them.

Very helpful staff, not so over priced. Everything in there is reasonably priced. FREE samples. Adds new stuff often. Can also test in store items, like lotion, lip scrubs, lip balm, soap.

Very pricey. Stuff smells great. Nice products, but way too expensive for me.

Recently they moved to new location in old orchard center. The new store is much bigger and more variety of products and awesome people coming to help me.

Had an awesome experience there yesterday when I brought in a small group of girls. They all loved watching the bath bombs and getting some samples of lotion!

The staff here is super-pushy -- they must be trained to be on top of you at every moment. You cannot browse yourself. Not all prices are evident and everything super-expensive. The products are nice, but way overpriced and the shopping experience is horrible. I was trying to shop for a gift myself but ended up having to leave the store empty-handed.

Love LUSH as a company, I just wish this location was bigger. The store is too small and claustrophobic. I feel rushed and anxious when in this store. Also I understand the employees are trained to be very pushy. Im more patient than the average person w/pushy sales associates but some of them need to work on their training and how to read cues when a customer is uninterested or annoyed.

Favorite LUSH location ever. The staff is always super sweet and whenever I want to try something new they listen to my needs and help me find what I need, keep up the great work!
