Outstanding 7 star performance for the service and guidance from Marco regarding a money gram issue(much appreciated). The supervisor though definitely needs more training!
Your website on covid testing need to be updated. I rode my bike from the city all the way to skokie cvs to get a test done made an appointment only for the lady to tell me i cant help you if you are on a bike. Really so you just dont care that i may more than likely have this virus and turn me away because of no car am on a bike . SHAME ON YOU NOT TO MENTION IT WAS RAINNING. YOU ARE JUST AS BAD TRUMP . SHAME ON YOU CVS IN SKOKIE .. I will.not waste my time on a test now .
Waited on the phone for over ten minutes. Finally a representative arrives at the phone, just says good bye and hangs up. Strange but typical for cvs.
I made an appointment to get Covid tested just to be told I couldn’t get it done because I don’t have a car. PLEASE UPDATE THE WEBSITE WITH THAT INFORMATION. Wasted my time biking here for nothing.
Mean employee
I just switched over from a Walgreens I had been going to for years thinking it would be easier to get my prescriptions as they are closer to where I moved. They only have one pharmacist working ever. The pharmacist is therefore very rude. I have PTSD and epilepsy and am prescribed clonazepam for both. My doctor sent in the refill yesterday and today and the pharmacist will not fill it because according to his computer that does not know my history it would be early. He was extremely rude to me over the phone and kept brushing off anything I said. I understand this is a controlled drug but I have never had this issue with Walgreens. I could have a seizure, not because of withdrawals but because of my condition, because of his inability to listen or look at why I am on this medication. I will never be shopping or using the pharmacy at this or any CVS again.
I was not impressed, came in for a drink, grabbed it, then waited five minutes to checkout. Nobody was up front at all. I could have stolen anything I wanted. Store was clean though.
I needed to collect a urine sample from my 5 year old son who was having an issue with his kidneys. It was a stressful time for our family; my wife and I were scared of how it could end.I went to CVS to get a proper specimen container, because bringing in a Tupperware bowl of pee to the doctors office seemed incorrect. CVS does not have specimen cups, but the manager ripped open a drug test kit and gave me the cup, no charge. Now, if I have a choice between CVS and Walgreens, I go CVS.
They only sell makeup for lighter complexions
Shanna is rude, needs to take a people class to learn how to be friendly.
Generally, a poor selection of food. Seems often understocked.
