Fast service, great selection of region-free players. I have ordered three players from them. All work flawlessly. Of course, you pay a premium for region free -- my player could be had for about $100 less, region-crippled. You need to pay for their labor, support, and warranty (since the manufacturers warranty is likely voided). Highly recommended. I would not buy a player from anyone else!

I ordered an all region DVD player. I am not technically oriented but the representative emailed me several times and reassured me it would be easy. It arrived much faster than I expected. It took me less than 5 minutes to hook up. It works beautifully. I am so happy to be able to play my DVDs from my home country (Holland). This is a Samsung DVD D530. I recomment it and Bombay Electronics to everyone.
