HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I dropped off an iPad to fix a cracked screen almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive my item back! Every day he says “tomorrow you should be good to go”, then when tomorrow comes around i don’t hear from them at all, i have to contact them to see about my stuff and he’s again “tomorrow”! I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

My dog had the pleasure of grabbing my phone and chewing it, when I was not paying attention last night (27 Nov, 2017). My phone would lose display and act on its own opening/closing apps.My friend recommended iRepair Wireless and when I turned it into Nick the technician today (on 28 Nov, 2017) got my phone screen and everything fixed.He got it fixed within 2 hours and my phone looks good as new, fairly priced, great customer service and Nick is very knowledgeable. Pics attached...I was afraid I would have to get a new phone but thankfully iRepair Wireless saved the day.

I recommend that you avoid this establishment if at all possible. They play a bait and switch game. I called 4 places to get the best price on my iPhone X screen repair. My best price was from this establishment on the phone, By about $20. When I got to the store I was informed that the price they gave me was for their lowest quality screen. In order to get the best quality I had to add 20 more dollars. Then I had to add $25 for doing the work. Then I had to add another $6.95 for a screen protector. Oh, they would reduce the repair charge from $25-$15 if I would do an online rating. So, with him watching my rating, I got my discount and then change the rating for one star. I would make it zero stars if possible. The owners numbers posted on his van out front, so I tried calling her to talk to him, and of course his mailbox is full and cannot receive messages. A very unhappy customer

Amazing services and fixed my phone in an hour. I would say it’s the cheapest place in Slidell. Definitely coming back if I have any problems in the future .

Well its been 48hrs and he still havent fixed my phone .. He told me the problem was one thing then turn around and tell me its another thing .. The whole thing is a SCAM FOR MONEY . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEY MONEY HERE! GO SPEND A CHEAPER PRICE FOR A PROFESSIONAL FIX

My boyfriend took his phone here after he busted the top of his screen. Im giving them two stars ONLY because the tech stayed late. But the fact that it took from 6:30 pm to after one in the morning was kinda crazy. I saw a lot of reviews about super quick service. Then we were told he had to go to the warehouse and when we called no one answered us. I tracked the phone through find my iPhone only to find it all the way in New Orleans east. After calling his phone with no answer and then texting the numbers for the store we finally got an answer after midnight. I just think we should have been better informed as to what was happening. Were also very worried the screen wont work correctly since we have now read a lot of terrible reviews.Update: My boyfriend has informed me that the screen was poorly repaired with an LED screen instead of an OLED like the iPhone 11 pro max is supposed to have and the phone is glitch good. Woke up to a notification and then it opened to the face ID then switched to the pin screen. When he opened the phone it brought up several apps which he could not close and had to restart his phone.

Brought my phone in for a screen repair was fixed 25 mins later with no problem.

I dont recommend this place at all, these reviews are fake, and they lied to me and offered me a deal and made it look like they will take money off the repair as long as I leave a positive feedback on google. Sadly I fell for it and was one of their victims. When I went to go check on my repair supposably they took my phone down to the west bank to get my phone repaired, and since I received my phone back it still doesnt operate like a phone. BE AWARE, these reviews are fake, the parts are junk didnt even last a week. I will never return or recommend any one there. Lesson learned cheaper price means cheap parts. They deserve 0 stars not one but I cant go any lower.

Very bad business, cheaper is not always better, they use crappy parts like the colors are all off and the touch is off. I just had to have my screen fixed as I was going out of town and this was the closest place. When I got back, I took it back and said they would not change it with one that worked and looked right. So I said fine lesson learned and took it to where my wife told me to take it originally in the mall, the Wireless Wizard did an excellent job everything was perfect. Will only use them from now on.

I traveled 45 mins to get a case for the Note 8, an Outter Box. I called ahead to see if they had one. The guy told me they had some. When I get there they have cheap knock offs and NOT 1 in the building was for the Note 8. At least Jack offered an apology. I dont even believe that was his real name either. Wont be back!

At first I left a positive review just for the discount they offered and forgave them for originally shipping my phone off to another store that I didn’t know of out of Slidell for repairs. I originally needed the back glass of my iPhone X repaired and they fixed it like new. They told me sorry for the delay and they offered to put a screen protector on my phone making it sound like it was a free product. I checked the receipt and just realizing they charged me for that. As I went home to test it out. My camera had spots all over in the lens and the quality wasn’t that same before I had it repaired. I went back and confronted them about it and they did nothing and gave me a lazy explanation telling me “ to bring it to another store. “ So today, I went to iSupply and told them the same issue about my camera and the owner told me that they are not professional and iSupply always fixes customers mistakes that came from iRepair Wireless. iSupply on Gause fixed my camera very quickly and told me that when iRepair Wireless we’re fixing my back glass, they replaced my camera (which they didn’t need or weren’t suppose to do) I rather pay more for quality and a actually functioning phone than deal with those shady people. I don’t even think they actually fix phones. I believe they just take your phone and ship it to another store if it’s something more advanced than a screen repair. Don’t go to them if your problems are bigger than a screen replacement!! I feel like they make customers think that their phone is fixed and then they take a part out of your phone and put a defective or cheaper part in it. Cool guys and I usually let things slide but this is not good business
