ISO immediate investigation.Days before Hurricane Ida, I purchased these items with cash at the Verizon location on Fremaux Blvd. Slidell, LA. The screenshots are from an email sent (to Dorothy @Verizon executive office) September 15th and from a phone call made today. From the moment I made that purchase (in cash), I immediately tried to make a return because I was swindled in the store, double charged, and overcharged. A new plan was added when an addition should have been made to the existing plan. Regardless of my reason, the merchandise should have been accepted and cash given back to me (in store on the spot). It is now a month later. I still have not received that refund. I have been told week after week 7 to 10 business days, 7 to 10 business days, 7 to 10 business days. I have cried, pleaded, begged and even cursed with customer service, who are the only ones that have told me yes you should be refunded let me see what the problem is. Now after being put on hold for an hour, (while confirming no pending action with the bank), Verizon has blocked my calls after instructing me to leave work in Mississippi and head to the POS (point of sale) because the money would be waiting there. Enroute customer service gets the Verizon location on the phone. POS told me that their responsibility of the situation was none and they would not give me that cash then continued to ignore customer service recommendations. I paid for merchandise in cash and deserved to have it returned on the spot (in cash) if so desired per Verizons no questions asked, 14-day return policy. Four hundred dollars is an enormous amount of money for a person in my situation. I have two boys. My youngest of 10 years had a birthday on the 14th and did not receive the gift I promised. A promise that was only made because Verizon promised me a refund would be in my checking account (via card on file) in 7 to 10 business days. The receipt was emailed to executive office when Dorothy asked me to send a copy. Days later she responded that she did not receive an email and she had to assume that I was refunded and the case in the case would be closed. Now please remember, this is during the aftermath of hurricane. She said she would see to it I get a checkbecause the store wouldnt refund my cash back. Then chose to ignore my desperate plea. I called the executive office for two weeks. I cried, pleaded, begged, even shouted- post hurricane with no power, no water no food, and no gas. Lets not forget my dog and most importantly my two boys. They simply would not take my call or answer my emails. Two weeks ago, I found a credit had been added to my account. I wasnt allowed to do anything but pay my cell phone bill with it. A customer service rep kindly requested that money be refunded to the card on file October 6th and told me 7 to 10 business days. Since then I was told that the money was rerouted back to Verizon and a check was cut on the October 11th and it would be 7 to 10 business days. Verizon cut off my service October 13th due to non-payment. So I called customer service and demanded they turn my phone back on because it was their fault I couldnt make the payment. Customer service kindly obliged and then told me that a mistake had been made no such check was cut or would be issued that the direct deposit was still in route and would be here on the 18th by the 19th the latest. Today, having been completely cut off from Verizon, they still refuse to tell me where my money is in dollars and cents. Someone please help me!$400 could have purchased a generator.A generator would have provided electricity.Electricity would have enabled my well to pump water.All of these things would have kept me from:falling in the dark and breaking my two front teethBeing forced to cut off all my hair because I couldnt wash it.being chewed alive by bugs every night because I had no electricity and could not afford bug spray.

Parked all spots in the complex were full manager came out and said i couldnt park where i parked then refused to assist me with purchasing a new phone told him i would move if/when i needed to when a spot became available. got inside and I asked about any promotions that were available and he just said i had to wait for a sales rep and refused to help me told me there were busy and he only had one sales rep if you are that busy why do you have time to argue with me about parking and why are you standing at the door doing nothing Unacceptable I have been with Verizon for many years and Never have been treated that way

Have come to get my phone fixed several times to be told I need to turn off my 5G. Then while looking to add another phone to my business plan the guy work ask me to hurry up there was more people waiting. Door said 16 people in the store and 3 people is the limit. Telling a customer they need to hurry when they are researching phones is a joke. This encounter almost made me want to change to ATT.

Standing in the cold, waiting for someone to notice you. In the name of Covid 19, there should be a better system inplace for the paying customers. We are all suffering with this pandemic, customer service is in the toilet. Once I got in the Verizon associate was very helpful and kind.

Anytime I go to the store I specifically ask for Carlie! In my opinion she’s the most knowledgeable sales representative they have! She knows all the ins and out about my business account and get me the best prices and deals! She will even sends me info about when rebate promotions are going on! If you are a Google user? First, congragulations to you, lol. Second, Im sure youve experienced the lack of availability of accessories in Slidell. Well, no matter who your provider is, you can go here and still shop for accessories for your Google phone. While still no a lot, they typically have many more options for cases than anyone else. The only other places to get cases though, that Ive found, are Best Buy and T-Mobile. T-Mobile had two cases, Best Buy only two of the Google barand fabric cases, the black and the blue. Verizon had more than 5 whole choices, and are the only store Ive found with the Google brand stonish color fabric case, as shown in picture. Keep in mind, not all Verizons are the same, and the only Google cases youll find are for the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. And they wont be around for long. Rule of thumb for cases is online shopping, but if you must have something now, and hope to have some variety, then this Verizon is your best bet. Professional and courteous staff as well, who wont continually harass you while you try to look around.

Terrible service all around. They lied about the service. First off we were with AT&T before Verizon. They promised better services, prices, coverage, the whole nine yards. Soon after getting the phones service was miserable. They claimed they needed to run test and it should fix the phones. Next they said we had to upgrade our service plan to get the best service we were expecting. So instead of saving around 100 bucks a month on our phone bill it would go to less than 20 bucks a month in savings. Needless to say I took advantage of the 14 day rule and turned my phone in and went back to AT&T. Had to pay a 35 dollar restock fee but better than staying with them. All I’m saying is if your looking for the best service go to AT&T. Terrible experience and would not recommend these clowns to anyone. They also promised me I’d get what I paid the day I got two phones except 70 dollars for the stock fees. Which I accepted. When I get there I only got 70 for one phone and 50 for the other. So I was told a total separate thing over the phone versus the store. This store is mediocre to say the least. Terrible business. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! My multimillion company even switch to AT&T since the service was so terrible. That should say something right there.

So i whent there on tuesday 12/04/2018My wife will be needing a new phone so Im greeted by this young lady nshort blond hairHow can we help you I told her I was looking at replacing my wifes phone and was looking for info on what deals could be offered to me ..apparently I was not worthy of her time..Well sir let me sign you in and someone will be with you gave her the benefit of doubt...so 15 min later no one came to assist me I know it was only 15 min the issue is they were not busyat all ...I waited and got tired of waiting Im the in service industry we do not ignore customersEvery customer is the only customer we have thats how you keep customers Ive been with Verizon for a few years like the phone service but that store needs a revamp on customer service considering its not the first time they do this to me ..I just never got this upset..

Skip the rest and head to the best retail Verizon location in the metro area. Scott the Assistant Manager, and Brandon one of the senior sales members go so far above and beyond, that you get spoiled by the excellent customer service, and only wish other retailers would provide the same quality. Next to Five Guys just off of I-10 in the Elite new shopping area the Fremaux Towne Center.

Walked in to buy the LG v30 out right and was told no I cant do that. So I told him I could at best buy and the salesman just said ok. So I went there and bought the phone plus a new samsung tablet. Guess verizon doesnt really care about their sales or customers

Ive been coming to this store since it opened, had no issues until recent. The past 2 months managers arent helpful. They keep giving us the run around regarding my daughters phone. We pre-ordered the iPhone 7 plus, came in rather quick, then the problems started. Brought the phone in to get phone info swapped and the associate ran into issues. He kept going to the manager to fix the issue, but no resolve. In the end they told us that they would call us the next day bc the issue would be fixed. We waited over a week and decided to check, since no one called. Again, we got the run around and was once again told they would call us the next day. After another week, called last night and after waiting on hold after explaining my issue, was told that they will call us the next day. Well no call (again)so here we are waiting in the store for a resolution. The previous staff was a lot more helpful than the new staff/managers. It shouldnt be this hard to get an issue resolved.
