I received great customer service today! I dropped my phone at work today and I needed to submit a claim so I went into the AT&T store here in Slidell fly and I wish I could remember the young ladys name that helped me she was so welcoming and so understanding, she made sure that my claim was done and submitted and she even set it up for the technician to come fix my phone at my place of business which was very convenient way to go AT&T!
Cheri is amazing and very friendly and super super knowledgeable when it comes to the ends and outs of the business. Promote her! I was also able to walk out with my new iPhone 13 pro max. She had us in and out with no stress at all. Which to me is the most important thing when it comes to getting a new phone. Thank you att!

It was, by far, the best in store experience Ive ever had!I neglected to mention Corvonntay, who interacted with us as though we had known each other for a long time...she was patient, knowledgeable, and very funny! Bought 2 phones from customer service over the phone was supposed to be upgrades to my lines instead I was sent 2 phones with new lines customer service said they could not put my numbers on the new devices but if I went to the store and returned them I could then repurchase the same phones with my numbers and not to complain about the $55.00 per line restocking fee because they would give me a credit on my next bill . When I got to the store the manager was not there even though customer service called the store last night and told them my problem and that I would be there as soon as they opened up. After explaining the problem to 3 employees there and 2 of them making multiple calls the manager showed back up and walked right past me and the 2 employees helping me into the stock room. The employees followed her and a few minutes later the original employee returned to tell me that the manager said there was nothing she could do for me because it was not her problem I needed to talk to customer service but she was nice enough to say I could stay at the store and call if I would like to.
I called on the phone before coming in the store and the store manager answered the phone and fixed and explained my problem. Very professional young man. I came in at noon to meet with my salesman to complete my process . Another great person to work with, Josh. Im satisfied with the network so far and hope the experience stays positive.
The air conditioning was out and they had fans and portable air conditioners. It wasnt enough. The was hot and miserable in there. The poor employees were sweating. I dont know how they did it, they should be paid extra for it. Plus having fans in a building when we have an airborne disease going around??? Obviously at&t doesnt care about their people or customers
This store is run by the most useless people in human history starting with the manager. Currently in Louisiana we are dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. I have no internet at my house as a result. My att cellphone plan is not unlimited as during normal times I do not need it. I also can not change from it as there is no plan comparable to it offered by at&t at this time. So I found out at&t offers 100gb of lte internet for $55 prepaid. I was like cool but let me make sure this is going to work so text with customer service who assured me I will not have an issue. So the next day I track down a store that has a wifi hotspot in stock. I then drive an hour and 15 minutes to Slidell Louisiana to be told they can no longer offer prepaid plans. I get angry and leave. I call customer service then the customer retention department who tells me that if I get a sim card he can create an account and once I have that I can purchase a hotspot from the at&t store. I try to buy one at Walmart and they are sold out. So Im like ok Ill just drive to the at&t store where they refuse to sell me or give me a sim card. Because it has to be tied to my post paid account not a prepaid account. I then ask can I just buy the hotspot cash outright they say no for the same reason. At this point I realize these useless robots are not going to lift a finger to help me and leave. I still do not have useable internet. Im seriously looking at my options to leave at&t altogether after 16 years as a customer service because of situation. I hope at&t cleans house at this store or re examines its policies.

Same as always, long waits for service, to get the runaround and excuses. A complete waste of time and misinformation!! During my almost hour wait for service two people that were waiting went before me, both got excuses and a runaround. The people at the tables had long drawn out issues with excuses.

We came to this location after we had a very bad experience with the other location in town,. Here we were met with Damon. I can not say enough great things about him. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He was patient when we asked questions and never pressured us into anything that we did not want. He offered us options and if he declined, he not pressure us. He is a great asset to the AT&T team and we will come back to this location when we re in nee of help.

Great experience today at ATT! Joseph was super helpful and patient! I went in for a new phone, got exactly what I wanted plus a great promotion on ATT TV+ Streaming service! Bye bye cable! I also tried the anti-glare screen protector which had a strange texture that felt like nails on a chalkboard to me. He was gracious and changed it for a regular one! Phew!
My overall experience at the AT&T store was pleasant. Mr. Kimble was very helpful and informative. And Ms. Valencia, the branch manager, was very helpful as well. They both went above and beyond!
We were referred to this store by my sister-in-law after disappointing experiences in the Gulfport Mississippi store .( she also lives in Mississippi ) she referred us to Juan at the Slidell, La store. My husband went to the store and could not believe how fast he was in and out especially after purchasing a new phone.Juan also had additional information on how we could save money on our account .I called him and He did in fact give me great information as well as information about a promotion. I am now upgrading my phone.We won’t deal with anyone else after today 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I was there to pay my bill. They kept telling me to go to the kiosk. I wanted to pay in person since it was due. They were very rude and wasted more time trying to explain their opinion to me than it actually took to take my payment
My rep was Damon. This guy was awesome, very kind and cared about the reason I was leaving Verizon. He made sure I was getting the best deals available by letting me know about bundling their internet service, TV streaming service, and cellphone service. I forget the managers name, but together, Damon and her saved me a bunch by switching over. I recommend AT&T and Im glad Im back with them. It was definitely the old AT&T I missed.
The ladies at this store are by far the best AT&T staff we have ever dealt with. They were all super polite and very helpful. We had been putting off purchasing tablets for our business, however they made this process painless. They went above and beyond to make this affordable and easy. Associates was not helpful, she didnt recommend other alternatives products and services. Didnt seem interested in my needs. Just a horrible Experience! Dont think she wanted to be at work that Day.

My experience at this store today was seamless and very refreshing compared to other companies and past experiences. Robert Kimble was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. Being a FirstNet customer, he was able to meet my specific needs today in the store. He presented me with multiple options and I never felt pressured at any part of the experience.I highly recommend Robert as a sales associate with AT&T and FirstNet.
We were greeted at the door for our 1pm appointment, we were quickly shown and scheduled for the services that we needed and were out the door in 30 minutes.
Fiber service is still out. No one with ATT is willing/capable to get on the phone with someone with authority to get a field engineer out until late Monday. There is apparently very little inter-department communications in this company. No one with authority does any work on the weekend. If it is at 5pm on Friday, tough break, you probably wont have service until at the earliest Monday afternoon. Managers might as well not be managers.I made a mistake getting this service because ATT clearly doesnt have the capability to be an internet service offering.I have been a customer with ATT services consistently for 20 years. Havent had to bother support with issues usually. Now that I really need someone to do a little out of the box thinking/work, no one will offer me more than empathy. Will be making sure my neighbors know not to get this service.IT is a 24/7 business. No one willing to get on a phone to make something happen.Currently pricing out internet service with competitors. Also looking at other mobile services since I cannot guarantee the reliability with any ATT offering. They cant keep my internet up for a week, cant rely on them with my phone service too.Update: called ATT store almost four hours ago. They said they would call me back. No call back. Other companies are interested in getting my business. We are a family of six and very reliant on tech for work/school and are willing to shell out a lot in other to retain reliant services which a billion dollar company like ATT cannot seem to provide.
Staff rude and unprofessional.. I used kiosk to pay bill however heard how they were treating a little old white lady and how the employee was talking down to the young black woman trying to upgrade her phone... never using this store again. When I asked the male employee about it he said they dont have leadership... pour excuses
Josh was such a big help. He helped resolve a billing discrepancy and then took it upon himself to take down my number and contact me when a new service was available in my area that saved me $40 a month
The lady managet at this store is so rude. She has a snappy attitude and instantly wants to say something everytime your trying to speak. Att defiently lost a 10 year customer.

Corvanntay was super helpful and gave me the perfect solution to my needs! We added a line to my account with a BYOD. She also gave me her contact info for when I close on my house feb 1 to discuss wired solutions. We discussed switching my wireless plans to increase my data options, so I can make that call when I call to talk about my wired solutions. She provided tech support for my 5G problem on my new iPhone by switching SIM cards, searched for a business discount from my work place. All of this in under 40 minutes. I would 10/10 be willing to recommend going to see yall at that store again, especially Corvanntay.

Had a great experience yesterday. Had 2 new phones and an Apple Watch in less than hour. The gentleman helping us was fantastic. He really deserves a raise. So happy we switched over from sprint.
My boyfriend and I switched from T-Mobile and Straighttalk to At&t and Christian handled our transferral at this store. My number and my boyfriends number were not activated when we left, we could not receive calls. WE had to call ourselves and gets his done and TRY to get my done because when we called Christian on his business line he said, “oh I’m not working there’s nothing I can do.” Yeah because you didn’t do your damn job right! I’m still dealing with this 3 days later my iMessage won’t work bc my number is not active.Literally livid paying all this damn money and my phone DONT EVEN WORK PROPERLY.
Cheri was an absolutely angel while helping us with what we needed. She made the process so much easier, and so much less stressful. She was extremely polite and understanding, we will definitely be requesting her next time we need to come in!

This AT&T store is definitely the best! It is actually enjoyable and pleasant to come here and deal with annoying phone issues. They have a GREAT and EFFECTIVE curbside service system also. Totally unprofessional, assistant manager has green hair and very unprofessional attitude. Certain staff members were extremely rude; horrible experience. Assistant manager with the green hair doesn’t need to be in customer service or even be considered part of the management team. Store manager should look into hiring someone who looks and acts professional.
The staff at the Slidell, La location are AWESOME! I dealt with Miss Cam, Miss Verita, my husband dealt with Mrs Cheri, and Ms Valencia answered my other questions of concerns for one of my co workers. Now not sure how long the deals going to last, so if anyone planning on going i suggest you get there real soon because the deals are GREAT! I was able to get with the first responders deal which so far is great. Nice to know I will still have service at time of an disaster. My husband didnt want to cross over because he was told AT&T are high. The staff was so good they convince him otherwise and now hes with AT&T saying so far my bill is cheaper than where Im coming from (Verizon). Lol. And he is loving his phone, our son definitely is and mines too. Go see the staff at this store and get your deal on.

Purchased 2 new iPhones and wanted to copy the information from the old phones to the new phones. The representative at the store said they no longer have the equipment to transfer the information from one iPhone to another and told us to go next door and pay $40 each phone to have it transferred. Any other phone that I bought from the at&t store they have always transferred my data. Now I’m home trying to figure it out
Damon was very knowledgeable and professional! Made an appointment for a phone upgrade and was taken on time and the process went very smoothly! Store was being cleaned after each customer and masks were worn! 😃

We had appointments for 11 am and Jowell check me in at 10:54. My guy walked in at 11 and talked to someone else who was a walk in. Its now 12 and we still waiting. They lost my on line appointment and now I gotta wait. This is complete bad customer service. Josh is amazing at what he does.

Worst customer service ever. The lady called tech support (mind you I had already spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support prior to being told to go to the AT&T store to get a new SIM card, which turned out wasnt the problem) to fix my phone, she called me over, handed me the phone and said they needed to verify me and that I was indeed at the store, and as soon as she handed me the phone she walked away. Um, excuse me?? The representative on the phone ended up telling me to power off the phone and that shed call back in five minutes then hung up. Once I was off the phone, the lady walked over and asked me what was going on. When I told her they were calling back, she asked me if I gave them the store number. How the hell would I know the store number, I dont work there! Long story short. After 20 minites another store person called tech back, put me on the phone, and then once I was done with the call I left. Nothing was solved. Both Customer Support AND the store didnt help with anything. Now I have a brand new phone that dont work. And no one can figure out why. Didnt even replace it.
Called up ATT to see about using new internet service. They told me I have to use their modem and cant use my own then told me that the only other provider (Spectrum) in the area requires you to use theirs as well. I call Spectrum, nope, I can use my own stuff with them. Immediately signed up with spectrum, ATT straight up lied to me and tried to trick me into paying for something I dont need thats not as good as what I already own. Absolutely terrible business.

Any reference to Becky as being an awesome sales representative in these reviews has to have been cooked up by the sales rep herself. I’ve been to this store a few times with no issue, but dealing with Becky tonight was a different issue. My wife was attempting to purchase the new iPhone, but right from the start Becky was cold and indifferent. My wife was born and raised in Brazil, so when asked if she was a first responder, she answered yes, because she is a nurse that works in an acute care hospital. We both are nurses serving in the same specialty. This began an entirely too long and incredibly awkward lecture from Becky as she attempted to tell my wife why nurses don’t deserve to be held in the same regard as EMS and firefighters. I bit my tongue and walked away from the conversation, as I can attest to how many lives my wife and I have saved, but can not tell you how many Becky has taken responsibility for. Afterward she inspected my wife’s phone and found the camera cover to be in too rough of a shape to be traded in, which is completely fair, but her cold and indifferent tone made it seem all the more uncaring. She was rude at all times and never seemed as if she wanted to help. So, rather than ensure that she receives any sort of potential commission, we decided to cancel the visit. When we went to leave, it turns out that Becky had ran my wife’s credit card, that was sitting on the table and had not been given to the sales representative, in order to pay off the remaining balance on her phone with the camera issue. The money is not an issue, as we went immediately across town to the other AT&T store to make the purchase (which would have also required the same fee), but we were in awe as we later thought about the fact that she used our credit card without asking and we desperately hope that she received no commission from that payment. When my wife complained to their manager that the service had been awful, the manager just completely ignored her and kept talking about another issue. I can not recommend this location as long as employees like this are tolerated. In the hospital, when a grievance is felt with an employee, it is rectified and dealt with. At this store, management pretends they didn’t hear the complaints.
My associate was Andrew Mumme, this young man was so polite and resourceful. I was schooled on every Option that my I phone 11 pro had. To top off I was able to save money on my monthly bill and have new phones for my wife and I. Thank you Andrew and AT&T
Customers should be able to come in a store and pay a payment. Shouldnt be a 30+ wait to make a payment. So you make your current customers wait while you help future customers? All they care about is making a sell..I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Im seriously considering changing providers. And to top that off the manager told me I couldnt talk to another customer.😂😂Smh Bad management! Btw me and the customer continued to chat. Maybe the manager should be fired or i should hire a lawyer to sue AT&T for violation of my 1st amendment right.

My service at AT&T was great for the first time in a long time I had a problem happen and they took care of it real good the the lady at AT&T just took care of everything and I thank her for everything but the guy that sent out to my house to come and fix the wire had a bad attitude and I didnt say anything I just wanted to make sure my lights come back on in the house but the guy was very nasty they need to check his his attitude thank you for everything

The store seems to share AT&Ts poor customer service policy. 7 employees. Four standing around yammering. Seemingly their only job is to put your first name in a tablet so you can wait for an expert. I just wanted to buy a sim card. 45 mins later. still waiting. I left.
We were greeted almost at the door by a very friendly person. Everything was very nice, clean and well organized. After a short wait our request was processed and were thanked at the door as we were leaving. Parking was no problem in spite Of the fact that they were very busy.
I came to att very frustrated. This has taken hours to get my phone situation straightened out in 15 minutes Miriam Benton and Damon petrie had the situation solved and made sure I was happy. I am very happy

I went into the store to purchase a new phone for my wife for mothers day,which she had been wanting the same phone as myself,the Note 10+. Well,I had the absolute unfortunate luck of having Sarah Nelson assist me....well the lack of should I say. Ive had an account with AT&T for 7 years now and have dealt with numerous representatives in that time. Well,Sarah has to be THE WORST representative working at AT&T. ZERO personality....ZERO customer appreciation.....ZERO knowledge of their products....NEGATIVE ZERO in overall experience! Paid $1300 for a phone and didnt even bother setting it up,let alone putting the sim card in. Absolutely PATHETIC example of an extension of AT&T. They really need to send her to McAllisters next door to assign her a job that has ZERO contact with customers and tasks that mentally challenged would be assigned to do. Had this not been a mothers day gift I would have returned the phone and bought one elsewhere!!! If you happen to visit this location and Sarah Nelson approaches you....in the end you will be calling an uber to bring you to the nearest bridge! They need WAAAAAAAAY better screening! Simply disgusted with my experience today!!!
I Love this AT&T store 😍 as soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you and as how may I help you . On my way there I was just thinking I need someone who can take their time and explain what happen to my phone and they did before I can ask very ( NIce Staff) . Went into the store to pay a bill. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes on the list. The payment machine was not taking cash the lady with short blonde hair did get it working to take my credit card. The 4 star is only for the wait the store seemed short handed but was still friendly.
Josh Mumme was truly the best! I was very skeptical makijg the switch to AT&T based on other reviews I had read online, but Josh took his time, did not pressure me and was VERY VERY informative. He answered all of my questions, assured me I would not have any issues and made my transfer process seamless. My service so far is so so much better than where I was before as well so it is a win win! I would highly recommed going to see Josh if you are interested in services with AT&T.
Yesterday I went into At&t looking to exchange a newly purchased tablet for an iPad because I didn’t care for the tablet. I was greeted by George who was very friendly. Initially I was worried that I’d be unable to exchange my tablet but George made the impossible possible. Not only was he professional and courteous, he was also hospitable which is hard to come across nowadays. The employees at this location enjoy what they do. Everyone was very friendly even when my loud 2 year out wanted to touch any and everything. I’m fairly new to AT&T but I will definitely stay with this company if I continue to feel as appreciated as a customer as I did yesterday!

My favorite At&t store! Sometimes there is a wait but its worth it. The sales people are very helpful and do not push you into buying expenses items, they work within your budget. I caught a great sale last time I went looking for a case and walked out with several other items at great prices.
Service representatives are hit and miss. Sometimes very friendly and usually rude and couldnt believe how they talk down to customers. Management needs to work on some consistently and decorum with their employees!
