Fast and to the point..very friendly..and felt like I was an old friend

After such a difficult week Metro reminded me that when youre with the right company, if you slip up they have your back. I recently switched from Boost to Metro about 3 months ago after a Boost employee made me wait 10 minutes in the heat to pay a bill, the Metro employee pulled me in and within a week I switched services. I got the brand new Moto G Stylus which is by far my favorite phone Ive ever used, the storage size alone was enough to sway me, not to mention the stylus and camera quality (and it was free when switching contracts). I was recently was in a wreck and decided to go in today to get another phone, calling ahead Alex told me it would be a little over $200 for the same phone (with a 3 month upgrade discount which is not bad for the phone) when I arrived at the store happy to receive my same beautiful phone he reminded me of the insurance I had on the phone and told me it would only cost $50 I just had to file a claim. I even had to call the store again to get more information from my previous phone and within a few seconds Alex had helped me again for a 3rd time that day. Now Im just waiting to get my phone in the mail tomorrow!!! So happy with my entire experience with Metro but especially with the recent help from Alex after such a terrible week. Thanks for having your customers best interest. Forever a Metro customer!!!

The man that works at this store is more of a scam artist then a salesman. He was trying over charge me almost 80 bucks for a new phone service. I went to the next metro store down Gause and they were spectacular. Saved the 80 bucks and they alot more inviting then this store. They had me a new phone fast and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed as a new customer.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get help w/my device, as I was running out of memory. One of the reps helped and showed me how to clear out my cache and also delete any unwanted downloads. I ended up getting a memory card as well to transfer info over and was helped on doing so. I wanled out knowing much more than when I walked in. I can now finally use my SD card for what it was meant for. Highly recommend this location.

I was impressed with the offers made. They out bid Boost, Verizon, Sprint and others. Im impressed with the service and range coverage.

Some of the best and most knowledgeable customer service I have received. My kids have cell phones through here and its the best deal for your buck. The best part is that they have insurance that covers lost/stolen and even water damaged phones. I also appreciate that there is a 90 day upgrade available for devices, up to 4 upgrades per month! When my kid lost his cell phone we had the option to use the insurance and file a claim with the help of one of their team members or we could upgrade, as my son had an upgrade available. We choose to upgrade the second time around because my son wanted a phone with better memory. He had a Samsung core prime and moved up to the Samsung J7, at an incredible price of $125 total for an upgrade. Everyone else was selling it for $220 or above! Recommended this place to my friends whom are very satisfied.

They sell cheap merchandise and then blame you for damaging or over charging your accessories. Well if they didnt sell cheap made in China merchandise then I wouldnt have this problem. Stick to quality when you purchase anything. Its worth the extra to pay for it. I only had my Bluetooth for less then 24 hrs and it messed up after only one charge. The model I purchased was HBS900. Now Im stuck with a $40.00 paper weight. The manager there that I spoke to is James. They dont care about customer service. Only about making a buck. Stay away from this store.I will never spend my money there again.

In my book this MetroPCS location here in Slidell Louisiana on Gause the best phone provider in Slidell you can go with AT&T or Sprint or Verizon but they charged twice as much for the same service you get at MetroPCS and MetroPCS is half the price of all them and fact of the matter is in my book MetroPCS is better than AT&T better and Sprint and better than Verizon now I know for a fact that AT&T and Sprint has screwed a lot of people over with the phone service and also they cost twice as much Verizon is $180 for unlimited service with everything internet phone text messaging everything MetroPCS offers unlimited everything high-speed internet HD quality for $56 a month and plus they have great cell phones and the people that work there are 10 times to 20 to 30 times nicer and they dont break the rules of the own company Ive had AT&T and Sprint and MetroPCS I get better service with them then Sprint or AT&T so Im not going to tell you what to do but I do highly recommend MetroPCS here in Slidell Louisiana I promise you wont be sorry and MetroPCS and the people that work there will not screw you over like AT&T and Sprint
