I was in need of a new phone and decided to give AT&T a shot at it. I was shown lots of phones by Rokaia and ultimately picked the iPhone 12 Mini. I like the smaller size.She explained everything to me in such a way that it was easy to understand. The phone, the features, the billing, everything.I left with a working phone and I’m very happy.Dave C

AT&T sent my sister a new phone because her 3G was going out of service and the woman at this store refused to transfer her contacts into the new phone, saying AT&T couldnt do that. She lied. instead, she gave my sister a sheet of paper telling her to go to a website with instructions for a smart phone, not an old-fashioned flip phone. And how do I know she lied? We took the phones to another AT&T store and they quickly did the transfer, making her happy. Theres no excuse for this type of customer service. And BTW, Ive seen the gracious Im-so-sorry responses the manager of this store has given to the one-star reviews. Dont believe a word of it.

Cooper the assistant manager is simply amazing. His demeanor and attitude are all qualities that you hope for when you visit this AT&T location. The other staff members that were there Michael(the manager) and Rocky(not Balboa, found that out the hard way) were excellent as well! They told me about all the great deals and promotions and the best ways to optimize my savings! They referenced another employee that was there and called him “The Dream” I hope to meet him the next time I go to do business in the location! 10/10!!

Let me start off by saying I usually hate going to the phone store. But, this is the best AT&T location around! I highly recommend talking with Cooper or Noah they dropped my bill $50 a month and hooked me up with a new phone. They actually took the time to explain everything to me and for the first time I left a phone store understanding what was actually happening.

I have been with AT&T since early 1990s such a great phone carrier!! One of my lines is still the original number... As for the store in Smithfield.. I will not go anywhere else for my needs... The #1 go to rep for me is Jennifer.. She is top notch at her job!! whether Im in for a tech issue or looking to add services/upgrades she always knows the process, products, services.. Definitely never have a problem!

Hakeen at the Smithfield, RI store is very dependable and helpful. I signed up for the Elite plan and was told I would receive HBO max as a part of the plan. The HBO app was not cooperating at all, the AT&T app was very convoluted regarding signing up for the HBO account. Hakeen tried his best and when we exhausted every possibility, he contacted corporate for me and went through the process for me to sign me up. He couldnt have been more kind, more friendly or more helpful. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me! Thanks, Hakeen!

Best At&t in Rhode Island Tom is the man ! He’s quick attentive and very knowledgeable. He’s gonna ask you a ton of questions and get to know you. Once you deal with him you won’t have to go around and deal with other reps he’ll take care of your needs and makes sure you get on the correct plan the first time around! He switched me from Verizon and saved me $160 a MONTH !!!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She helped us while we searched for a new phone and answered every question we had! We accidentally ported the wrong number, and she was patient with us through the entire process (multiple hours). After the Lincoln experience in a previous review for the Lincoln store that was nothing more than miserable. Jenn in Smithfield was absolutely wonderful. The problem that we had was resolved in minutes, not hours, not days, minutes! She was lovely seemed like a genuine person willing to help us. She was nice, and did everything she could to help us. I highly recommend her to anyone. She knows what she was doing and also gave us good advice and didn’t excessively try to up sell us on higher plans and other things.

I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was so terrible I felt I have to warn other people. DO NOT go to this store, or any AT&T for that matter. The salesperson did everything he could to sell us a plan, but when the bill finally came in it was more than $100 what he said the first bill would be. He definitively told me “your first bill will be about 150% of your regular monthly bill, but it will not be $300”. It was $310. Go back to the store, there’s nothing they can do, tells me he will talk to his manager and call me. Never called. I decided to cancel my plan and returned the phone to the store within the 14 day period. Now I have a bill for $700 because he did not process the returned phone. After spending 30 minutes on hold with customer service, they tell me I have to go back to the store. Moral of the story, this place tries its best to rip you off so beware!!!!

My sales rep Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable on the iPhone and all AT&T plans, has the patience of a saint, and always takes me through the process without any issues or problems. She always spends time walking me through the best plans and features of the phone and does not leave any questions with the operation of the phone or details of the bill. The sales rep Jennifer is the most unprofessional, rude person I ever encounter in my life. She just want to sale without specific explanations about the deals she made with me. She wasnt honest in accepting her mistake. For that reason, she became rude, and very unprofessional. The maneger there, also just want to sale. Than when we need support from them, they never act like real professionals. I never got any positive answer from them, to my qustions. All their answeres, never match with the inicial sale (deal). Whe we think they will help us in the good name of of AT&T they represent, they send us to the wrong places, or given us a simple explanation with no courtesy at all. I was sent to the wrong place to resolve a problem of miss explation from them because what they have done to me, is not having the patient, courtesy or friendely prefessionalism to help someone like me a 12 year old AT&T customer at the store they work. They dont even have the decency to understand its because of me and some other thousnads of customers they are getting a pay check. The problem they didnt want to resolve, was resolved by a very good professional and manager of the store at Providence Place Mall. Till Jennifer and her manager will work at371 Putnam Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island, I will never by anything on that store.

The customer service teams with At&t Wireless is utterly deplorable. In March I switched over to At&t from Verizon wireless. My fiance and I were signed up under the BOGO 2 new line deal and received 2 Samsung Galaxy S8s. As my son was quite sick at around that time, but we had set up automatic payments so we didnt have to think about it.Months go by, and I finally get a chance to actually look at our bill, as it seemed higher than the originally quoted price. I noticed I was actually being charged for 2 phones and no Bogo promotion was applied to no fu r account. I immediately called At&t on October 5th. After being transferred to the loyalty department a nice man named Alfred assured me all would be taken care of and I would see the credit of $126 (at that point) reflected on my next bill. Well, low and behold my next bill comes through, and no credit has been applied. Now, this next part is the most infuriating customer service I have had to deal with in my life.I have spoken to Att customer service a no less tha 7 times. This is where my exact time line becomes a blur of frustration. I have been told:I was never eligible for the promotion,There never was a promotion,I am eligible but someone messed up, They have a case open,The case they opened was done wrong,Go to the store, theyll fix it there. (When I went to the store with 2 toddlers in tow they had me call the same customer service line and accomplished nothing but call back promises)I have been told I would receive a call back from various departments and supervisors a total of 5 times. And I have not received one single call back to resolve my issue. Every call has said there is nothing more they can do.I am absolutely disgusted with this sadexcuse for customer service. It had been over a month since I began this process, and Att now owes me a credit of over $150. Maybe this post will finally get someones attention that can finally help.

Warning Warning, Stay as far away as you can from doing business with this store. The customer service skills of my salesperson Jay Carvalho have been anything but positive. The manager just a tad better. Cost me far more time and headaches than the switch was worth. Trying to rectify it has been a nightmare. My Salesperson Jay Carvalho has done absolutely nothing to help correct it. I repeat stay away from this store, go to another ATT Corporate Store.I called local TV station and now all of a sudden everybody wants to help! Why did this not happen upon my first inquiry? If you have no choice and you have to go to this store, DO NOT do business with Jay Carvalho he does not know the programs nor how to set up the paperwork and could care less about helping you correct.
