I usually have a great experience when I go into this T-mobile store but yesterday was awful. Saturday I was in the Smithfield crossings store to upgrade my Samsung phone. I Purchased a screen Protector which the employee put on for me. I noticed near the fingerprint sensor that there was a smudge and I asked her about It and she said that that was common And would not come out so I left the store and my husband noticed it and I said she said that that would not come out. So I went back yesterday Sunday and brought it to their attention and apparently the guy said the same thing as he was the assistant manager and he gave me attitude because I wanted to get a replacement but he insisted that it would not come out. So he put a new one on .All gone

Tmobile Smithfield, theres one of the finest customer service agent Ive had the pleasure of knowing about 10yrs (Elray) always goes out of his way to find a kind word for my wife and myself. Hes always There to help me with my technical questions, fix, set up my phone, Elray just doesnt sell the phone he services what ever I buy. Im old school.so I can use There youthful help and knowledge!! Elroy, Johnathan, Mike, Evan and many more are there to assist you with your questions, and find a phone that fits your budget. They have a huge selection of state of the art 5g phones for you to look at, no high pressure sales. Just tell them what your interested in, android, I phone and your budget. Theyll do the rest, unless you have something in mind. They have a plan thats sure to work for you, military, senior, group, business owners can put plans together. This place is exceptionally clean, they practice social distancing and wearing masks. Plenty of parking, plus handicap parking plus!! So if youre in the market for a phone etc. Go see a bunch of fine well trained people in the cell phone business!! Enjoy go treat yourself, watch out for the BOGO season!!

Staff was rude and uncaring. They acted like it was an inconvenience to sell us a new phone. Every other time weve bought a new phone for our family, someone has helped us with our plan to see if we could reduce it in some way. We have a large family. Nothing from them, could barely get them to give us a price or how it would change our monthly bill. They also failed to mention that we would need to buy a power adaptor separately to actually be able to charge the phone.

This location was very experienced and exceptional in service. Managed to buy my sons phone and plan with no hiccups. Reps were very pleasant to deal with. Been to 3 tmobile stores in one day and havent had this level of experience. I have 7 lines and 3 of my family members were shopping in different locations. I know, right!? Crazy shoppers. Lol. But thank you guys for assisting us with smoothness.

Great T-Mobile. Im pretty sure there isnt one thing they cant help you accomplish. If youre concerned about their service, dont be. Its fantastic. If youre concerned about their network, dont be. Its not the same T-Mobile you had back in 2002. If youre concerned about your lame Verizon or AT&T data plans then what are you waiting for? Ive been with T-Mobile since the days you had to be inside a mall in a major city to get reliable service and can confidently say now (especially so with their recent acquisition of Sprint) that T-Mobile has the best plans and rates of any of the carriers. So stop letting them scare you into avoiding your inevitable switch to T-Mobile with their archaic claims about the quality of their cell signal and service. Side note: If you are military, the discount is unreal. Just make the switch, you wont regret it.

Helpful staff to help us, had to go to a second location for phones. Conflicting information between places regarding phone numbers given and fees. Was told its because ones privately owned vs. a chain. Still best choice for our needs.

Im going to start by saying I initially went to the T-Mobile store located on mineral spring ave. I wont get into the details but the service was horrible. Not only did the associate attempt to sell me a SIM card I did not need but she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions to which she loudly sighed before telling me she didnt know the answer. Instead of trying to get me an answer she told me she couldnt do anything for me. I left there feeling angry, helpless, and frustrated, which led me to the store in Smithfield crossing.I was immediately helped by Sara who instantly began to work on my phone without any issues. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and she was pleasant and very informative. My new store to say the least. And never going back to the mineral spring store. This is the 3rd time in two years they have been utterly useless and misinformed me. I only wish I wouldve gone here from the start.

After the terrible customer service i recieved from Garrett.. And the manager not giving enough credit to the fact that I do matter as a t-mobile customer, for 12 years.. I contacted customer care, refusing to back down.Thank you Garrett. Because of you I just recieved my brand new v20 free of charge.I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO NOT VISIT THOS STORE EVER AGAIN.Not like the manager of the store, eric cares.. But hes losing the company money.He wont be around long.Garrett is underestimating my persistence.. I will see that he is repremanded so he cant treat anyone the way that i was.Karma.Without the customer, they forget there is no need for them. Maybe this will help them remember.Happy holidays!
