Would not recommend this store to anyone. Worst customer service, I have never been so disrespected by someone over the phone. I called about a bill and he had the worst attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there was not a manger there when I asked when the manager would be in yet again more attitude. But he just “works” there.

To many customers and only one clerk on duty. What I thought was two people ahead of me turned into three. After standing for 20 minutes with no customers completely help, I walked out. I have better things to do with my time.

Worst experience ever. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a phone company customer service ever. The manager was very rude. He rushed me the whole time i was getting my phone. He screwed up my pin. and when i went in there he said he couldnt even look into my account. i will be contacting your superiors.

Visited on 9/28 right after opening. julian was eating, rude and had awful body odor. he didnt explain anything about the device or service, acted as if i were inconveniencing him, and kept sniffing up snot and coughing. he also kept scratching his crotch through his pocket and handling my new phone which i did not want to touch or use until i could swab it down with some rubbing alcohol. if i hadnt been there for a specific phone at a dirt cheap price, i would have walked out. very disgusting and disappointing.

Horrible will not even cover it. Worst customer service. Every time i have went there julian is outside smoking. Got so angry with me for asking him to help that he punched walls, cursed me and then left me in the store with the keys in the register. Would not let me speak with his boss. When i finally was able to i was told julian was having a bad day. I guess all days are bad bc got the same horrible customer service again. They will feed you bs, take your money and then do not care if you have service. Do not use this store.
