Now I know why. I can actually feel the difference in the steering. Effortless. WORLD CLASS, 5 STAR SERVICE. Price was fair and reasonable.

We had car trouble that we potentially diagnosed and repaired as issues with the battery connections. Because were from out of state and needed to drive home, we wanted to ensure the issue was fixed. A&R made time for us day-of, were excellent about immediately examining the car and wound up not charging us because there wasnt repair work they needed to do. Overall, the service was personable and excellent and I strongly recommend this business.

Easy as Sunday morning. Called and made appointment for inspection. Girl in office very friendly.Dropped off vehicle. Vehicle was ready in half the predicted time. At pick up, Gion (office attendant) discussed in detail the recommended upcoming maintenance to keep the car in top performance.For instance, discussed that new brake pads will be needed within 4 months. Reminded me that oil change is almost due etc. great to find a knowledgeable team that does not take advantage of their customers. 2 thumbs up for A&R.

The steering tie rods on our 2014 Ford Escape were worn and needed replacement. The team at A&R diagnosed the issue quickly (missed by both the dealer and tire place techs) during our NYS inspection. They got us back on the road quickly and the car handles much better now. The price was good, the office/waiting area was clean and sanitized ... and you couldnt ask for a shop with nicer people (Doris/Dennis).

My 2009 Nissan Rogue was having some serious issues. I was not sure where to bring my car having just moved to the area recently, however a quick search online showed some great reviews for A & R Alignment and Auto Repair. I brought my car there and was satisfied from the moment I walked in the door. Dorris at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming and made me feel as if I chose the right place even before I knew what was wrong with my car. Dennis called me that same day to explain what my car needed. He was very professional and took his time to go over the issues with my car. Turned out there was a problem with the drive shaft and brakes among other things. Even though my car needed a lot of work and parts had to be ordered it was ready for pick up just two days after I dropped it off. The whole process couldnt have been smoother. This place is easily the best repair shop Ive ever brought any of my cars!

I had a great experience ce with A&R Alignment. After speaking on the phone with Dennis I sensed and had a gut feeling he was someone trustworthy. My truck broke down at 3:30 and I called the closest mechanic to where I was stranded. The receptionist was very nice on the phone and said thy were closing at 5:30 and if the tow truck driver is there later than that he could leave the key in the drop box. Well the driver was there later and Dennis waited for him to show up and called me to let me know my truck was there. Next day he fixed it and you never know what price a mechanic is going to throw at you...you have a thought of what it will be and almost cringe when they tell you..well Dennis gave me an extremely fair price for the repair and definitely not what I was expecting. I would absolutely recommend them if youre nervous about crooked mechanics because I have no doubt in my mind he isnt one of them.

I was referred to A&R Alignment to get an inspection. I always get nervous because some shops need to find something wrong as an example a couple of years ago during an inspection the mechanic came out and told me my power steering pump was.seeping. I replied, is that cause to fail this 2009 vehicle? It wasnt and I think some shops use inspections as revenue generators. Now, if there is a legitimate safety issue or active leak or obvious flaw that could leave my daughter on the side of the road by all means alert me to it.Dennis at A&R is a good guy, and looked over the car carefully, he was honest and you were able to talk to him. He pointed out an item that passed inspection that would need attention in the future and given that I do my own work that was much appreciated. He looked at items I requested him to look at. When I picked up the car he personally met me and discussed the cars condition. There is no question that if I needed work done in the future, I would call Dennis at A&R.

I recently went in to get my last oil change before I re-lease a car. They were very friendly! The receptionist (sorry I forget her name) was a sweetheart and we had a nice conversation. Much much faster than my previous mechanic. With my old mechanic, I would be lucky to get my car back in a week. A&R finished my car in basically 24 Hrs for a tune up on a boxer engine. (Tricky engine to change spark plugs). Will be coming back for future repairs.

I went in to get my oil changed and my check engine light looked at. They told me they wouldn’t charge me for the check engine light diagnostic and gave me a discount on the oil change. Later in the day I get a call, they explained why the check engine light was on. Told me it was a recall problem that the dealership would take care of. I’ve been to some auto repair shops that would have taken advantage of the situation and fix it then selves and charged me a bunch of money, but at A&Rs they didn’t. Very friendly, fast, and honest people, I recommend anyone go there!
