Very professional service, I take my car there all the time! Hans is a great guy as well. 10/10 recommend

First of all, I had an appointment for SATURDAY to get my car serviced, I was told my car would be ready for pick up on Monday… around 130 I get a call to pick up my car and they couldn’t take care of business so they had to wait after lunch to let me know very nice of them right?? Will never go there again plus I find my jeep parked on the street yeah never again.

Amazing place!! Phenomenal service very fast repairs fairly priced and very nice owner, great work did my suspension, lift, auto start, exhaust work, hubs, and many other repairs! They do my oil changes and give me a free can of pepsi sometimes! Great hospitality

Been there many many times over the Years, Cant put into words how Great of a guy Hans is. Great prices and gets the job done even without appointment. Has helped me out numerous times with great Results. Anything less than 5 Stars would be a LIE.

I have not serviced my car through them, however I bought used Jeep from them through Jim from FB Market. The front right passenger tire was slowly leaking air everyday but i didn’t think much of it since the weather usually has something to do with it. I just kept filling it up with air every other day. I took it to local mechanic and he said the valve stem had to be replaced. Another issue is the sunroof gets jammed and will not close. Took it to local Jeep dealer and i was told the weatherstrip was ripped. Was quoted $620 for just the part. I have asked Jim if they can cover the part under their 30 day warranty but they said they cannot. I have also realized the tire pressure gauge is reversed (The front tire pressure are actually the back ones, and the back ones are the front). Be aware if you’re purchasing a used vehicle through them & bring your own mechanic.

Had my vehicle inspection done here. Fast and friendly service. The guys were very knowledgeable and very personable. I loved the hometown mom and pop feel of the shop.

I would highly recommend this service shop. They have been honest and on point with any maintenance that they have done for me.

My experience at Smithtown car service was phenomenal. They made a bad time for me seem a lot easier. I appreciate all that they did for me over there. Very respectful and great at greeting customers. Would recommend for anyone to go there for any need.

I fell on this place by mistake and upon walking in I was overly accommodated by Hans and Tonya! I needed a calibration, a Carco vehicle inspection for insurance as I recently bought a car and an Oil change. They did everything for me right then in there and exceeded my expectations with prompt attentive service. Their prices are extremely fair and the quality of service is spectacular!!! Thank you 😊😇

I had a great experience at this place. My wifes Infiniti check engine light went on and she brought it to the dealer. They told us that we needed to replace all the cats at a cost of almost $3500. I decided to get a second opinion and bring it to Hans (owner). After a few hours my car was done at a cost of less then $200. It was just a sensor!!!! Ive been driving the car now for over 50000 miles with no sign that the cats needed replacement. Since then, Hans is the only guy that I trust. Thank you Smithtown Car Service!!!

Best place i’ve ever brought my car to. The customer service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Hans is always available always answers calls directly and is extremely fair priced. Every shop worker is super friendly and he always has parts immediately which makes my experience in and out. Even if you have to wait while he works on your vehicle, the garage is decked in decor and items that’ll keep you busy. Came to him once and won’t go anywhere else

Hans is without a doubt the most honest mechanic i have ever gone to. i do not know much about cars and was suspect to be nickel and dimed but he showed me the exact problem, explained it and fixed it even faster then he said. 100% recommend for any work you might need done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Was told to leave my car with them for a few days while i was away since my ignition interlock needed maintance on one of the dates of my trip, *payed additional for them to keep my car safe and deliver it to my house* . When the date of deliverance came, my car was crashed and scratched on the side, i was told there was nothing for them to do and i should call my insurance to have them cover it.. and just like that they washed their hands and left me with a crashed car, overpriced service which was taken care of before i left for my trip and a shrug of shoulders. Disloyal business, you’re better off somewhere else

Came here tired of the customer service I was getting at a different place near home. Called smart start and gave me the info for this shop. Came here at a almost closing time and they didn’t have any problems seeing my vehicle and taking care of it.Literally I don’t mind the drive because their customer service is off the charts.

I went for a photo insurance inspection. The staff were prompt, friendly and professional.

I needed a caliper replaced. Hans told me that he couldnt do just one. He quoted low $300s for two. I told him it was urgent so I accepted.When I came to pick it up, he stuck me for a $496 bill.A one-hour job, but called me back four hours later. I know it only took an hour as my car was baking inside from the sun.Inconsiderate and screwed me on purpose. Shady. In addition, brakes havent stopped squealing.
