Listen to reviews! All may not be correct but they are not far from the truth! I went in there today, the lady attitude was real short, snapping at me when I asked for the wrong color#, then they wont let you try on the wigs, and they are over priced! Not today Ms. Chin! I will spend my Benjamins elsewhere👎

They have almost everything. The prices are great and the staff is knowledgeable

Horrible customer service...the owners are rude. The products are overpriced which I suspect is because they are a smaller establishment. I normally avoid this place and drive an extra five miles to another store that appreciates me and my money.

If i could give them a zero start review i would. Their customer service is the worst i have ever seen in my entire life. They will steal your money and not give you nothing back and accuse you of stealing their products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Please keep your money. They hate Black people period.

I just left out of this store. There were 2 customers inside, me and another lady!!! The employee at the register was literally watching the camera screen as if it was a tv!!! The prices were already more than normal but I would NEVER spend my money somewhere like this. I don’t understand why people go into certain industries but can’t connect with their clientele. She barely spoke when I walked in. They are trash in my opinion!!!

My family have been going here for years and have yet to have one problem with the owners. If I am looking for something and she doesnt have it, she tries to get it for me. Reasonably priced items.

The customer service comments are correct. Very very bad customer service. Not welcoming. The guy acts as though he doesnt want you in there but wants your money. I told him that I hope he has a better day just so he knows his attitude sucks.

This is the only supply store I go to get my hair supplies. The owners are awesome and acknowledge me by my name since I am in there pretty often.

They have everything inside this place. I feel like hyperventilating when I walk in. Aisles are narrow and my eyes dont get a rest. Product overeload but, there is a but, I did find what I wanted while it was not at Sallys, it was there so...get in, get what you came for, get out.

Their design essentials products are like double the price of DE products at Sally Beauty directly across the street.
