The manager Ms. Crystal is all about the customers. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and goes above and beyond what I have experienced at any storage facility! When she wasn’t there, Ms. Charissa was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed as far as the space size I was “upping.” I would recommend this place to any who need a top notch storage facility. We went to this group because it is less expensive than others that we researched. The plant is clean and well maintained. Sharon was very pleasant and helpful through the process. She provided a tour of the facility and of the space they had available. She also sold us a lock for the door. Its great when people make a shopping experience enjoyable and Sharon did just that.

I needed to put all of my stuff into storage, on short notice, as I was waiting for my friend to close on a house. I was not looking forward to having to rent a storage unit since I have never done it before. I called Public Storages corporate number and talked to a very knowledgeable and easy-to-understand sales person. It was a relief to talk to someone competent and the prices were cheaper than I expected.I then went to the physical location and was greeted by Dorothy, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed me around the facility and to my storage unit. The units seemed very secure and safe. I moved my stuff into the unit the next weekend and it was a very simple process.Overall, I was very happy with the whole experience and would certainly use Public Storage again in the future. Dorothy was great and I cannot say enough good things about her.

I have been a customer for about 15 years at 2 different locations.One of the things I have always enjoyed are the employees at both locations. I knew Miss Dorothy and she was wonderful. I am happy for her that she has retired but I truly miss her. But is just so happens that someone just about as wonderful has taken her place and that is Ashley. She is a delight. She is so perfect for her position --- kind, gentle, soft spoken, informative, accommodating, offers suggestions to help with your move, pleasant, comfortable and, wow, she has a great smile !!!She is so sweet when she has to call you to tell you to get over there to pay your rent !!! I love her disposition and her calm attitude which you need in order to handle some of the things she has to handle.You really have a great employee in Ashley.

For the most part, I agree with the other previous customers. The initial point of contact was great. The representative that handled the set up of my unit was very professional and knowledgeable about all of my concerns. What has now shifted my view regarding this property is that the District Manager Jay never addressed the urgent issue that arose on July 10th. I had entered the property at 8:45 pm with no problem but the code didnt allow me to utilize the elevator to get to my unit. I was on the phone with Customer Service prior to closing and their attempts at resetting the code failed. However, I must say that their efforts and empathy went above and beyond. At about 9:02 pm, I called Jay, per the number they had given me and explained that I had a flight to catch and that my belongings, including purse, keys, id were in my unit, because I had went around the corner and came right back. With all of this being said, at present, I still have not received a phone call from upper management. Not even as a courtesy follow up. Im very disappointed that Jay never addressed my issue. I had to leave my belongings in the open space of Public Storage and return the next morning at 6 am, which my flight was clearly missed. Other than this particular situation, I was very much pleased with the service provided beforehand.

This location is great! It was easy to reserve and secure the unit. Dorothy is amazing; she called me to confirm the date/time I would arrive to look at the unit, she showed me a couple of units to ensure I was satisfied. She is extremely helpful and friendly..very warm personality. The area is great, and I feel safe leaving some of my most valuable and cherished items in their care. Great choice! ONE MAJOR DRAWBACK IS THE FEE THEY MAY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. THERE IS REQUIRED INSURANCE WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $11 - $15 PER MONTH. THEY DIDNT TELL ME THAT WHEN I CALLED TO RESERVED.

I first visited this location a few weeks ago on Morgans first day of work. Despite having only been on the job a few hours, she was able to provide excellent customer service. She was friendly, helpful and even made a few useful recommendations. Ive since visited the store twice more in preparation for my move. Shes remembered me each time and as good as Morgans customer service was on my first visit, shes managed to improve with each visit. I would highly recommend this location, and Morgan, to any friends who are in the process of moving.

Moved in on Monday, my unit was broken into on Wednesday, it was opened over night and never secured the night of by anyone from Public Storage. I was contacted the next day around 11 that my unit had been broken into and to come check on my items. That’s over 12 hours of my unit being opened and vulnerable to theft. Do not come here or use this for storage. Customer service is horrible, the care of your personal items is inexistent. Spend more money on a nicer place. It’s worth it.

My experience was very positive.The facility Manger- Dorothy was most helpful, professional and informative.I came in late in the day- right about to close time- but she was thorough and didnt mind at all staying and answering all my questions thoroughly and in very pleasant demeanor. This is not the first time myself or my family have rented from Public Storage but by far this was the best experience.I will surely recommend my friends seek out this facility in particular so they have Dorothy to deal with! Great place, great price. Dorothy is very friendly and helpful. I give my high recommendation to this place.The only drawback is that the 10x10 unit I rented has two doors, while some others dont, which means I have to spend extra money for one extra lock. its not much, but not necessary either. Other than this, this place is great and highly recommended.

Our house sold quickly and we realized we would have to rent an apt. For a few months until we figured out what area of Atlanta to buy in. Having to store our furniture freaked me out. Sherry really calmed me down and helped with knowing our possessions would be safe. She was a pleasure to work with. The storage facility was very clean and well kept too!

RIP OFF! Let me list the issues with this scam-based company:1. Do NOT buy their insurance. Your homeowners or renters insurance covers your belongings EVEN in storage. (Obviously individual policies vary, but most likely.)2. Do NOT buy the lock they provide. The same lock is available at a hardware store for half the price.3. Those two may seem small, but this is the key: THEY DO NOT PRORATE RENT. It is 2017. Seriously? You are going to charge me for an entire month?!? Im sure it is in the fine print of the contract, but it is still a SCAM.As for the rest of this facility, it is definitely NOT clean, and the customer service is barely perfunctory. Choose carefully if you are looking for a storage facility.

I have had a unit at this location for maybe a year and I have not had any issues. I actually just got another unit last week and Dorothy was very helpful in making sure she reserved the unit for me since it was the only small size available.She is a very sweet woman and I would definitely keep doing business here and also recommend this facility to anyone inquiring.Every time I visit my storage the building is clean and the staff is very helpful. If you want help ask for Dorothy she is definitely the best and her customer service speaks volumes.

Dorothy did an excellent job helping me find the right unit for me. She was polite, friendly, HELPFUL and fun. The process was easy and every time I call there and need help with something she is there to help. I have been with public storage since 2017 I came to move my stuff out and I ask ms Krystal about the push card she refused to let me used it for no reason. And saw other peoples used it not good bad costumer service I called the propriety manager going direct to voicemail. I dont recommend this place. I have pictures ms Krystal need another training .she is a liar dont trust she need to smile to the customers.

I used Public Storage several years ago and coming back for this move did not disappoint!! I had the opportunity to work with Dorothy and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to walk me through the storage building, so I could see what size unit I had reserved and if I needed to change units. She was very detailed throughout the entire process and I left GA knowing that my belongings would be safe until I get situated. Thanks Dorothy and Public Storage!!

This location have the worst management skills ever. The so called manager (Ashley )doesn’t know what goes on she expects the customers to do her job;because she is always “off for three days in her own words”whenever you ask her about why your codes or whatever you need doesn’t work. No customer service skills what so ever. They need a new manager ASAP.

The process was very simple and the online reservation makes it go even faster. There are also deals online that arent offered at the location, so reserve online then go in. Its worth taking the time. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Krystal. Thanks again for all the help.

This storage site is awesome!! The customer service was off the charts. Dorothy made sure I had all the info I needed and understood everything I was signing. This made me feel so secure about storing my items at this location.

I called a number from the internet and spoke to someone named Jack who made me a reservation at the Public Storage at Cumberland which was convenient to me. He also advised me of the size of the storage unit and gave me the number to the location. I called and made an appointment to finalize paperwork at that site. Dorothy at Public Storage handled all my paperwork and was extremely courteous and helpful. The place is extremely clean. I found the price to be very reasonable. Will use again.

Shaun was very nice and helpful with his suggestions. He provided a very thorough walk through of the facility and it seems pretty safe with all the different security measures. Even though I will not be renting from this particular location, the friendly service convinced me to go ahead and reserve the unit I wanted at a nearby facility which Shaun reverved for me.

I rented a small unit. Ms. Dorothy was very customer service oriented. Was pleasant, professional and thorough. She looked up information when I did not have it readily available and was very acommodating when making sure I understood the terms of the agreement and my options available.
