I dont have a unit here myself but my Aunt does and I have been here with her a few times. Its always clean and seems pretty secure. She has never complained and speaks well of the lady who runs the office.

There friendly an understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs storage very friendly very outgoing

I just wanted to leave some feedback on my experience with Sentinel:Thank heaven I chose Sentinel Self Storage in Smyrna, DE to store my furniture! My experience there was more than I expected from a self-storage facility. Lonnie, the office manager was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was clean and secure, and I felt that my belongings would stay clean and dry, and I would be safe within the property. I definitely would store there again, and will recommend Sentinel Self Storage in Smyrna to anyone looking for a storage facility. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

When I was moving into my new home, My husband and I needed a place to put our belongings that we couldnt make room for in the house and Im so happy we chose Sentinel Self Storage. Any help we needed was provided in the friendliest manner possible and the storage was clean, safe, and secure. I am experiencing the usage of your storage facility and I am totally satisfied and elated by the service I received in setting up my contract. Your service representative was customer friendly and made me feel like family with your company. Everything was explained in detail and when completed, I felt at peace coming from Virginia. When I arrived with my furniture, your manager, Lani, completed the paperwork and help me find my storage unit. I even needed to get another unit to complete unloading and all was accomplished very professionally with the added paperwork. Your staff is very proficient even your facility maintenance man, Carl, had the units cleaned and spotless. I am telling all of my friends about Sentinel. Your service is totally professional and a blessing to me.

My wife and I needed a nearby location to store furniture which was taking up too much space in our garage and basement. We asked around and several of my work colleagues recommended Sentinel in Smyrna, since they had used it before and had a really positive experience. We contacted the office, made arrangements, and moved our stuff in quickly. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and weve always had a very positive experience any time we need to drop something off in our unit or pick something up. We highly recommend this to anyone in need of storage.

Loni Garofalo was very helpful in showing me several units. She described all the benefits of each unit and their costs with applicable discounts. I was very grateful for her patience with me, because I asked a lot of questions. Thank you so much for all your help!

Awful. Rented in 2016. Rude and incompetent personnel. Receptionist didnt even know how to print the contract. She had to call another branch to get instructions. Spend your money literally anywhere else. Bury your stuff in the backyard if thats an option.

HAD THIS STORAGE FOR MANY YRS...THE STAFF AT THE SMYRNA LOCATION ARE EXCELLENT..VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE.AREA IS SECURE AND LIGHTED...ONLY DOWNSIDE IS, ITS ONLY ACCESSIBLE TIL 9 PM..OTHER THEN THAT IT IS A GREAT FACILITY....SINCERELY DEBBIE LAUB

I had a very good experience at Sentinel, Smyrna. I had 5 units at one time. The staff was very friendly. I especially liked the hours of access to the facility. I would recommend it to potential customers.

Excellent, friendly and professional service. We originally underestimated our storage size needs and upgraded with no difficulty and with minimal cost.

I havent moved in over 25 years!! It was very stressful and scary. Lani made me feel very safe and secure assuring me that all my belongings were in a safe place during my transition> Without Sentinel and Lani I dont think I would have made it!!!

My mother has a unit, and every time i have gone in with her to pay the rent or whatever lani has always been so nice and the grounds are always clean and in order.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was moving from Wilmington de to Smyrna, the facility in Smyrna told me they had a truck I could use from the Wilmington facility to bring down from Smyrna and 1st month half off which is the reason I went with them. After signing up I was told I would have to pick up a truck from dove drive back to Wilmington. Which absolutely makes no sense not only that I would be charged .40 per mile after 40 miles. next I was 10 days past due b/c I was moving out on the 11th day Lonnie the manager calls and tells me they put a lock on my unit and I have to pay another full month 180+ 20 late and they will not give a credit prorate for the day that you vacate. Which is a day later. Im disgusted with this facility, they are over priced and money hungry. Ive never had such a bad experience in my life dealing with a storage facility.

First- you are the highest priced storage in the area. Second, its not your business if I have homeowners insurance or to see a copy of the registration of my vehicle. In fact, please provide me with a copy of your insurance in case something were to happen to what I have stored in your facility. What a joke.
