Mattress shopping can be a hassle, but John made it super simple. The customer service here far surpassed our expectations - especially after trying to look at Mattress Warehouse and receiving little to no help, and having to lay down on pillows everyone else used. Highly recommend going to Levin Mattress for your mattress, pillow, and topper needs!

To say I sleep like a baby now would be an understatement! They had plenty in stock at unbeatable prices! I purchased my mattress at Levin mattress in Solon and my sales rep. Was wonderful. I actually was not looking to purchase a mattress my daughter was looking for one and after talking with Darlene (the store manager) I decided to get one also along with my daughter. Since we have been to the store many times. My daughter purchased a mattress for her son and daughter and we have visited the Easter egg hunt and Halloween parties! Cant wait for this years party. The grandkids are hooked. I recommend Darlene 100%. I love my Grand Legacy.

John Kline made mattress buying a pleasant experience. During our first visit, he was very patient with us and allowed up to spend as much time as we needed trying different mattresses and getting info on all the different brands and models. There was no high pressure sales and we came back to purchase from Levin Mattress in Solon since we felt the service, selection, quality and price were better than any other store we visited. I high recommend Levin Mattress in Solon.

Their prices are OK. Their showroom is nice. In our situation, however, their after-sale service was pathetic.We bought a $1,700 couch. Within a few weeks our dog had scratched a hole in the seat cushion. Also, the couch was assembled in a slightly crooked way.We called and asked them to send a technician to see how our couch cushion and crooked recliner could be repaired. We offered to pay for all the repairs and were not asking for free service.The tech was scheduled for three weeks later. Thats too long. We waited, the tech came and said he didnt know what to do. He said he would call Levin and ask what they wanted to do.Levin never called us back. We called them three times and were told the manager is working on it. There is nothing to work on, though. We just need a repair person to fix our couch. We are not asking for warranty work.They have ignored us repeatedly and given us false promises.They are simply not interested in helping us one little bit after the sale.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Horrible customer service when I had a delivery issue. I am a repeat customer and I will never use them again. I was told they had been recently purchased by a large corporation and now you see what happens after acquisitions...
