From start to finish I was impressed with just how professional, kind, personable and helpful everyone was. We purchased a freezer and due to covid 19. I purchased what we needed over the phone on Friday 2/12/21. They were extremely helpful throughout this process and gave us a delivery date of Monday 2/15/21. They called Saturday to inform us of the delivery time and then called when they were 15 minutes away. The delivery team was fantastic and so helpful ! What a great experience and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. I thank all of you for fantastic customer service!

Outstanding customer service and products! I worked with Stephen to select my new appliances. He listened to what I needed and used that information to direct me to kitchen appliances that would suit my needs. At no point did I feel that there was even a hint of an attempt to move me to fancier, more expensive model than I needed. The men who delivered the fridge and stove were kind, friendly, and respectful of my home. The installer for the microwave did fantastic work and was also kind, friendly, and respectful of my home. Folks, you dont get this kind of interaction at a big box store. Shop small, shop local.

Lovely little family owned appliance store. I was helped immediately and found a fridge that would fit in my space and they were able to get a brand new one to me within a week. They brought it up two flights of stairs very carefully, and although it is a very small fridge it fits what I need into it. Will definitely do business with them in the future!

Great prices and professional staff and know how to get what appliance you want

Lemons happen...I just happened to get a GE range that I recently bought from Schwartz that turned out to be a lemon. Not their fault - it happens. I simply cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Schwartz Appliances and GE for standing behind their products. I struggled with my new range for a couple of months going back and forth trying to fix the issue, when they insisted that it had to be replaced. Everyone at Schwartz and GE service was kind, thorough and patient as we worked through the process. Although it was a frustrating journey, especially for an experienced cook...the whole team at Schwartz Appliances (from sales to installation) was professional and thorough and now that my replacement range is here and working as it should, I am in love. I am very satisfied. GE really stands behind their products and I will buy all of my appliances in the future from Schwartz Appliances.

Working during a pandemic is never an easy job. These people (specifically, Steve Gloster, Steve Leddy, and Leah MacLeod) have worked so hard to keep us updated. We renovated our kitchen in March and purchased a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher from IZ Schwartz. Due to our very limited space, we had to get a not-so-popular small fridge. Steve G helped find us the perfect match. But due to production slowing and issues with parts availability, our fridge kept getting pushed back to no one’s fault. These three were in constant communication with us, letting us know every update that they received. They put up with our frustrations and were honest with us about the country wide shortage and were not defensive at all when we asked what would happen if we wanted to cancel. Leah has been so kind and everyone has been so patient with us. When we recently found out that the fridge we wanted was having the production postponed for another 6 months, Leah helped us tirelessly find alternatives.It has been a long, long nine months. But these people have done top of the line customer service work throughout all of the hoops they’ve had to jump through for everyone and themselves. Cannot thank them enough.Also, thank you to the delivery guys for being patient and helpful with us.

Let me just say, the level of service provided by the staff at IZ Schwartz Appliance is stellar! I started my refrigerator (journey) purchase with Jarid and ended it with Leah, who were so accommodating. You will never get this type of service at the big box stores.

I spoke to someone via online chat about buying a chest freezer. I asked them what time they’re open until. They said 4:30. So I said I would head on over and they said that sounds good. I arrived there and the showroom was closed. I called and they told me I couldn’t look at what I was buying. I said, how do you sell anything? They said we take payment over the phone but you don’t get to look at it! Last time I ever shop at this place! Guy on the phone was cocky and full of attitude!

Ive had good service experience in the past, but today was different. I called at 9am this morning looking to purchase a refrigerator today. I was told a sales rep was not available. The individual took my name and said someone would call me right back. At 1030am with no call I called again. The individual who answered again put me on hold for a brief min then came back stating noone was available. When I explained I called earlier and provided my name she said I was next on the list to be called. At 1205 with no call, i called back. Again put on hold for a brief moment. I was informed no sales rep was available. At this point I was a little ticked so I provided my name and stated if it takes 3 plus hours to get a call back to purchase a refrigerator to take my name off the call back list. I ended up calling Lowes in Dartmouth and was able to order a refrigerator on the 1st call. While I would prefer giving my business to local companies with the poor service received, I had no choice. i did call and speak with the owner Lea this afternoon to inform her of my experience. She stated sometimes a call back can take until the end of the day....Really? The delay lost them this sale and who knows how many others. While this may have been a small transaction, with managing multifamily units there is always a need for appliances...With Lowes providing prompt service theyve earn my future business...

Very easy to talk to over the phone, prices were better than Lowes Home Depot, and the 2 other appliance stores I called. Showed up, they had the invoice typed up all I had to do was fill in my address and swipe the card. They even offered to hold the appliances until Im done with my remodel. A+ people, will be back for sure.

Everyone at IZ Schwartz was great, from the showroom to the delivery crew. The installer went above and beyond to make sure that my fridge was perfect- they cleaned the spot where my old fridge was before putting the new one in, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were just awesome. Highly recommended!

Went to buy a dishwasher was in this appliance shop for over 1/2 hour and was never offered help . Worst part was I drove up their to buy a dishwasher and instead I left and had to purchase it at Lowes . Not sure if you need more staff but a simple hi Im busy with another customer but will be with you shortly would have kept my business .
