Young man named Taylor (from Garden) was more than eager and willing to work with me on a small issue in hand tools. He had some nice sale skills and nearly upsold me 💪😜👍 - I did, however end up with the exact thing I came for, and it was a pleasure to work with such an empowered young associate!ILL ADMIT, I WAS IMPRESSED!

Patrick in plumbing is the real deal polite and knowledgeable. I went in for a shower and hot water heater they were sold out and called another store and had it ready for us upon arrival. We did purchase the hot water heater through this Home Depot and it had a broken drain. He quickly made the situation right and has earned a customer for life. Additionally Ada helped Patrick and was supportive as he had to follow the correct chain of command to get the process completed. While leaving the women at the cashier station provided my two year old son with a miniature Home Depot apron.

I ordered my deep freezer and did curbside pickup. This was one of the best experiences. The wait was not long and the attendants were superb!!

Home depot isnt bad... The devil you know... They had what I needed. CONVIENENCE IS A HUGE FACTOR! Staff is friendly not always very helpful but they try.. Best bet is to hit the website, make sure the item you want is in stock... at the store you want, note the aisle and bay the item is in, then run in and outta there as fast as you can.! Haha

Greeters at the door very helpful everybody in the store is very helpful if they have a uniform on they will tell you where it is whatever you need. The only thing that I couldnt find a birdhouse or much in the way of bird seed and they only had like hummingbird feeders mostly. The plants were all very nice I dont know much about tools and stuff but I do know their plants were real nice except some of the outdoor ones were a little parched but Im not great store great experience.

Very difficult to find product location within the store. Web site doesnt always give the correct information. Ugh.

Your normal experience minus the one guy who consistently follows me and my kids around every single time Im there. Always saying the same nonsense of you guys staying out of trouble, no one can get in more trouble than me yeah sure it was a simple comment at first but now for the 15th time.... I rather drive to Seekonk at this rate to not have someone follow me and my kids around asking the same question multiple times. Smh

So disappointed, l panned my flooring project with home depo and paid for everything. It’s been 4 weeks they couldn’t get my flooring yet. When I canceled the project they said they will refund the amount back in my card. I went to store waited an hour for them to process refund in my card and they couldn’t do it it brings up as cash. They said they don’t have that much cash in store seriously even a grocery store can manage this much cash in no time. The associate said they will mail out the check next day. When i called next day they says 14-15 business days to mail out check. Awful never again for future project.

Called the store tonight to speak with a manager regarding an issue with an item from a different home depot. She immediately went out of her way to resolve the issue and was extremely nice. Appreciated so much and we will be sure to shop this location over others for this reason. Thank you!!

Great customer service needed some help with paperwork receipt and 2 people helped me.I believe one gentleman was named tucker.We live closer to another home depots but this one has the best helpers.Very friendly.

As a Pro customer, I am lucky enough to know what I need and where it is in the store. The management is doing a remarkable job adjusting to these unique times. Many other stores are not as well stocked or friendly. Dawn and Ray at the Pro services are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly one of the best Home Depots I have been to.

Great visit! I really like the Somerset store. Well organized and well stocked. I bought a ladder earlier in the day. When I got home I found it was too lightweight for me. I brought it back for a hassle free return and then bought a sturdier one from a large selection.

Horrible customer service at Somerset location, found a product that was discontinued, that i wanted, waited 45 minutes for a manager to clearance price it, that never came, was told cant sell to me, they looked it up on loews web site, was told to go to loews to purchase it that it was in stock! Called corporate, waited another 15 minutes to be told i apologize no supervisor is available to help! Left my carriage full of stuff!! 😡😡Goodbye Home depot, hello loews!!! No one cares anymore

I needed some lag screws for a vice that my son made in shop. It was later in the day,around 630. And was dropping off my son in the city. I went to the only places available, Harbor freight tools and as a possible second choice Auto zone for bolts and nuts if they had them as I know they wouldnt have lag bolts. Surprisingly harbor freight tools only had large assortment packs of screws, bolts etc and nothing big enough for what I needed. Everything else was closed. So on the way home I stopped at home depot and they had exactly what I needed, which is not always the case but at least you have a decent shot at getting what you need and they dont close til st least 8 pm during the week. Do score 1 for the big box stores!

Because my phone fonts are huge, I read this as a fancy French store for pots. I can confirm they do have various pots. Took off stars because its not very French. At all.

Home depots lumber prices are what I would consider price gouging as far as Im concerned. what should be $32 is $102 today. I will not be shopping for my building materials for my house that I was hoping to build this year from home Depot nope not a chance in hell.

One of the better staffed home depots, just remember to grab a cart in the parking lot if you need one and see a bunch outside, I can never find a cart INSIDE this store lol

My one star rating is for the poor management, lack of support from management and level of morale in this store. The associates who work very hard here should be acknowledged and appreciated better instead of being bent to the point of breaking. Those associates who are slacking off should be pushed and given more of the direction, not the associates who are actually giving it 100%. Associates with toxic attitudes, and a toxic level of team work should not even be promoted. Promote the associates who not just have a decent level of experience and work ethic, but excellent teamwork, motivational and leadership qualities. There are so many associates who are there who actually should be supervisors and above. How a few of the “supervisors” and “managers” at this store got where they are is beyond me. To the hard working associates there, keep up the great work. My only advice is that if a better opportunity comes along, snatch it. You all deserve better, and you all deserve to be valued.

Went to Somerset store to buy a gas grill. All grills were outside no price tags.went to customer service after picking one out to get price.They said they would page someone after waiting for close to30 minutes in 90 degree heat and 2 more trips to the service desk we decided to leave. Very disappointing. 7/7/21

This is a great place to get supplies for projects. I like it because one of my uncles and my moms brother works here in the lumber section.

I seriously dont understand how the managers got their jobs here. they know nothing about plumbing and electricity. they told me to put primer on after i paint all my walls, thats when i drew the line. constantly understaffed, which amazes me because theres no one in this store anyway half of the time bc of the terrible customer service. needless to say i wont be shopping here anymore. home depot needs to seriously look into hiring managers who know what theyre talking about at this location

Home Depot is a cool place, the only problem Ive ever had is the lack of staff for assistance.

No carriages, no wheelchairs, no carts, no customer service, so no business. Ill go elsewhere. District Mgr. Must be well paid for doing nothing...like the staff. I usually buy here for numerous items, but if its self serve, and they dont care about the disabled..time to move on.

Disorganized. Have gone to pick up items shown in stock on the internet several times, only to find empty shelves. This is not a new problem which I have complained to the managers about many times. Periodic purchases of seasonal items are continually found in different locations. Prices are generally quite high as well.

With everyone flocking to HomeDepot to do home projects at this time you can imagine the mad house that it’s become. My boyfriend and I placed an online order to do curb side pickup. After a day without getting a notification I called it they told us it’d be days before we’d get one because they’re so backed up because everyone had the same idea. Anyways we decided to just go in and pick our own order and check out at the service desk. A few things were out and we had to pick alternatives. We were assisted by Ada in customer service. Let me just say you could see how badly all the employees were struggling to meet the high demand. Ada was incredibly helpful and kind. She made us feel like the only customers there. She even made suggestions on alternatives for us which was really helpful. We went back the next day for another roller and she even recognized us and asked if everything was okay with our order. Ada was great and during this crazy time she deserves recognition!

It wasnt that busy but employees were still jamming up the aisles putting stock onto the lower shelves in the lumber sections. Some sections were still untouched from when I was there a few days ago. They were blocking sections off that day too at 7:30 am. They should gave a night crew attending to this. What a mess!

Meh. Didnt have what I was looking for and no lights were on in the garden area outside. It was very hard to find things in the dark. The lights started coming in shortly before I left.

Don’t bother calling the store for any help. They’ll just continue to blind transfer you literally until you have to hang up. It would go on for an hour if you let it. I’m trying to purchase items that the website says to call for availability. Otherwise I would’ve just ordered online. Any time I need to call the store it ends up pointless and a complete waste of my time. The customer service at this particular store is horrendous!

Terry and Dawn were very professional, really went the extra mile in helping us with the set up of an wireless doorbell and a plug in extender to it, to ring on 2 floors simultaneously. With a friendly attitude and good problem solving skills they made it work . Not even sure was their department .Very happy and thankful

At this store, John, the dirtiest dressed manager, at the dirtiest, dezoganized place Ive ever seen. After a conversation with him trough a polite customer service employe, I spent half hour to see him in person. He was yelling at an employee over the phone.

I stood in lighting in utter confusion for a half hour before Karen came and saved me, my god, this woman was so on top of her game it was insane. Found exactly what I needed in seconds and then recommended better items, which I bought and she had the lingo and the personality to boot! Give that woman a raise! Thank u Karen

I think the most important place in a retail store is at the cash register, but now at Home Depot theres nobody there. So now its a lot like Amazon the only problem is youre not an Amazon. So I guess the next time Ill beat the Christmas rush and go to Amazon instead, and save myself time & money.
