Its my wifes Birthday this month so I wanted to replace her favorite ever car, a 2004 Black on Black Convertible Corvette. I discussed it with Shane Poynter, because he had sold me a car previously ... which, for some reason I have never understood, isnt easy, to outright impossible.Ill soon be 65, Im a veteran of both the military and federal law enforcement, and I do not abuse car salesmen with tire kicking nonsense or ludicrous low-ball offers. I suppose my problem is, I have no patience for nonsense, and I will not be pushed. One salesman in Florida has sold me more than thirty cars over the years (I have six children) ... very few others have sold me even one.Shane found two for me at other Don Franklin Dealerships ... a 2004 with very low miles that was immaculate, and a 2015 Black on Black Corvette Convertible 3LT with 20K miles that was also immaculate. He offered me the newer one at a good price according to my research, several thousand dollars less than their advertised price. The long, drawn out battle of wills and BS we are all too familiar with took maybe ten minutes, and there was none of that call in various managers tag team garbage either.The car was delivered, detailed to perfection.
This happened years ago. I took my Murano in for routine maintenance. Diagnostics revealed a leak in the radiator that needed to be fixed but it was covered by warranty. They called weeks later that the radiator was now available but the warranty had expired. I took it to a radiator shop who discovered the drain cap had been removed. It cost 45 cents and $1.75 postage. They replaced it for free. The dealer wanted $600.
I had a great experience! Doug and Tony were the best! They got my part ordered and my van fixed within three days. They also made sure I had something to drive to work while my vehicle was in their shop being repaired. They were a complete joy to work with. I appreciate all they did!
Just bought a Nissan kicks, Seth was fantastic! He is one of the best sales guy I have ever dealt with! I signed up for the bi weekly payment option, and I am upset that I wasnt told about the enrollment fee, and I got really up set that a charge of $2.45 was taken out of my account and I dont even have a payment due. I dont understand what that is about. But it is very rude to just take money, no matter the amount, out of some ones account with out fair warning or an explanation. I was not impressed with the financial department..he was quick enough, but I sensed a bit of rudeness when my husband ask was that the best interest rate he could get me. He quickly answered one declined, one approved and didnt even look us in the face when he answered with that, and it just made me feel less of a person. The next day I received three credit checks on my credit, so I know there were more then just two responses. Ok, that may not be a big deal to some, but to me, it was one lie, I know of, told to me. But, all and all, I love my new Nissan and hoping it last me as long as my Mazda did, and also with few repairs.
The appointment was not in their system but they got us in anyway. Quick friendly and efficient!! we were very happy.
It was the best experience that I have ever had with a car salesman. Brandon Williams was very great he answered everything I wanted to know about the truck.
The guys in there are always friendly and I got very fast service and it cost less then the instant oil change places.
Purchased a brand new vehicle here, with a large scratch on the front (they told us it was damage from the truck ride to the lot). No big deal, because they said they would fix it. 2 weeks later we still hadn’t heard from them, so we call and get the run around. We finally hear from them and drop the car off, they tell us it will take over night. Show up the next day to pick up the vehicle and it wasn’t done, nor did they even have the paint. This happens again, and we live 45 minutes from the dealership. Total waste of our time. 2 weeks later they call us and tell us to “come pick our paint kit up” - we tell them that’s not correct and again get the run around. 2 weeks later (more than a month and a half after the day we bought the vehicle at this point) they finally fix it, and the work is a 8/10 at best. Probably won’t be returning for future purchases.

Had to go and ask if my car was done. Man at the service desk didnt even know. Was sitting outside. Waited over a hour for oil change appointment. Got home and found greasy hand prints in my white hood. Very unprofessional for don franklin.

Beyond disappointing!!! Gave information and made the deal before driving from Corbin. Was approved and told the monthly payment then upon arrival told Oh there seems to be a hiccup. Nothing changed in the info but the payment shot up $260!!!Wont be back and wont be sending others.

Was going to try to trade for a SUV was told the SUV was on the lot waited over a hour only to find out the SUV had been wreaked and was in the garage very disappointed
