Went to eight different dealerships looking at trucks over the weekend. Stopped by Stateline on Monday to look at a truck and it was there that I found what i was looking for. Stateline has a great selection of quality, used vehicles at the right price. tens of thousands of miles less on the odometer than any of the other dealerships I went to and in the price range i was shopping. On top of it, they gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which they put me in my truck, as you know, vehicle buying can take all day. My sales person, Inna was sweet as a muffin and cute as a button. She was just as excited as i was about the truck (2016 Ram 1500). Couldnt give her enough stars. A+++

Overall, amazing service. We took the vehicle for a test drive, received a great price and did all the paperwork within a couple of hours. Probably, the best service, that I have received. We were welcomed and the staff was professional. Definitely, going to make future purchases with Stateline Subaru.

I absolutely love the new car I wasnt sure when I first arrived what I would be looking for but Damien was great on literally 100degree days helping me understand what made most sense and management with helping us come to agreement. I’ve always had pleasant experiences when I go to Stateline. Jay was very helpful from the beginning. I showed up not knowing I needed an appointment, but he squeezed me in a couple of hours later! The microchip shortage is affecting ALL the car pricing, so I wasn’t terribly surprised at what I paid for a used Mercedes Convertible on their lot. My saleswoman, Inna Perez, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire sale, registration, and inspection process. She even over-reimbursed me for fuel I put in the tank when I went in an extended test drive. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or relatives in the market for a new or new to them car.Five stars!

Jay is great. I went in to look at the Outback and Forester, not knowing which I wanted. We looked at the Outback first. There was a question of if my 2 large dogs would fit in the back of the Outback. We talked about the size comparison and I ended up getting the 2022 Outback. There was no pressure like Ive experienced in other places, and no push to get the more expensive car, I made that decision after test driving it. If I can give 0 star, I definitely will. This is totally a lie, especially I called couple times to make sure with the $199 offer for lease Subaru cross-trek with Amber. I also checked online, they said the offer available to qualified customers approved credit. I am an hour away from the location, when I arrived after work, they told me only military with trade-in will qualify the offer. To be honest, I understand how business works, but I especially called in couple times to ask what is the requirements for this kind too good to be true good deal you still hide the truth or the trained employees did not know the detail of special offer.

We brought in our 2013 Subaru Outback for service at Stateline Subaru not exactly looking to buy a new car. Seeing all the new Outbacks made us want to test drive one to see how it’d compare.
