Jeff and Dave and their staff are awesome! They know exactly what theyre doing. Quick diagnosis and solutions, and keep you constantly updated on progress for longer jobs. Very highly recommended for body repairs, and I expect that theyll be just as great for mechanical issues (to which they are now expanding their business).

Tremendously helpful when it comes to the services you do need and advice about what you dont. I came in last minute with an urgent issue, and they gave me a solid understanding of what was going on, a fix, and a recommendation to another reputable shop for a related non-urgent issue outside their specialty.

They repaired the paint on the whole passenger side of the vehicle and did an amazing job with the quality, figuring out some tricky parts of the job. they communicated really well - highly recommend them.

Brought in Wednesday to get a quote, gentlemen told me a list of things wrong and said hed call me with an estimate. I called back Thursday at noon to see if they had any idea how much it would cost to fix and he said he had my info pulled up on the computer and was just about to look into it. Heard nothing for the rest of the day. Heard nothing Friday. Heard nothing Saturday. On to the next mechanic.

Macs Auto Body came to the rescue for my car that Ive owned for 2.5 years. I that time I accrued a lot of scrapes and bumps which I felt detracted from the look + quality of my car. Macs Auto Body did a fantastic job evaluating my car, assessing the damage, giving me an estimate and assisting me with getting a complete paint job and dent fixing. I am very impressed by Jeff, David + the team. I love driving my car now around town, where as before was super sad about all the scratches (its a 2015, so still relatively new for me.) They are quick to reply, do a quality job and are honest about the entire process. Thank you!

We just got our car back from Mac’s body shop and the car looked perfect! We are very particular about where we go to have our car fixed. I am so glad we chose Mac’s body shop!From the beginning, the phone conversation was very pleasant and helpful. Upon dropping off the car, the conversation was informative. The car was promised after 1-2 weeks. We got our car back in 1 week! Upon picking up our car, we were assured that we can come back if something was not of satisfactory. The interior of the car was cleaned and vacuumed.Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Jeff and Dave at Macs, along with the whole auto body team are beyond incredible. From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience. Not only were they honest and fair, they kept me updated the whole time. Worked with both Dave and Jeff. Both are great guys and most importantly, straight shooters. They recommended not going through insurance which saved me a headache and were able to provide me a very reasonable estimate to get my car fixed. Front bumper was scratched up (hit & run) and I came to Macs for an estimate. I met with Jeff who was very courteous and professional. He walked me through exactly what would need to be repaired, what would and wouldnt be covered by insurance, and how much it would all cost. And at the end, he gave his honest opinion that it probably wasnt worth it to go forward with the repair, since that part of the car sees a lot of wear & tear normally. So I cant speak to any actual repair work that was done, but I was impressed with Jeffs honest assessment - he easily could have insisted that I get the repair, just to make a quick buck, but he didnt. It was refreshing to see such integrity. In the unfortunate event that I need future body work, Ill be sure to return to Macs Auto Body.

Macs Auto Body Shop performed an excellent job in repairing a series of scratches on my vehicle. The scratches varied in severity, so they buffered the light ones, and painted the deep scratches over. Given that my car was of a unique caribbean blue color, they custom mixed different tones of blue to achieve the same color of my car, rendering the paint job seamless. In addition they returned my car cleaner than what I had left them with. Their price, speed, and job quality is truly unmatched, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Mac’s is the only place I trust, and I would gladly recommend anyone to go here! They are really genuinely nice people, and they’re out there to give you very good service at very good prices. Jeff especially is the man, and will take care of you. A+

I took my Suburu Crosstrek in for a minor fender issue. They were friendly and said they could take a look right away. Within 20 minutes, they called to say it was done. When I picked it up, there was no charge. I didnt even need to make an appointment. This is the best experience I have had at an auto body shop! Happy to have my car back in good condition.

The repair was done well, but make sure youre getting what you pay for.My car was rear-ended, and the insurance company paid for a complete bumper replacement. Macs tried to buff over the issue, and return the car to me with the still-damaged bumper. When I told them the crack was still present, they told me someone must have just hit it while moving cars around. It was in exactly the same shape as the original damage, and they eventually agreed to actually replace the bumper which was already paid for.When I got my car back, which took over a week, there had put well over 200 miles on the odometer, and the gas tank was empty.

Scheduled a little time outside of business hours to help me fix a damage! And they very much care about the quality of their work.

I was recomended here by my landlord. I took my car in for a new front bumper and to remove some dents in the front quarter panels. Dave took me right in and fixed my car in less than week and also fixed some of the other areas of my car that needed some polishing at no cost. I am highly satisfied and happy to recomend these folks to my friends and family K.N.

I just had a small ding and they fixed it while I waited and then didnt charge me. Not a typical experience. I will go to them first if I ever need something more (although I hope I dont...)
