I absolutely love this store I used to always go to AutoZone in the rest of the country all across the country but I found that it at advance Auto for the most part they have very competent people who actually know a little bit about what theyre talking about on cars rather than just a few weeks of training to teach them a whole world of knowledge but at this advance Auto the guys and girls that help at the front counter are very knowledgeable especially the girls and that my friends is a rare thing to find I always go back to there hope you like this

W porched a brake pads for my at this location even they told me that it is a life time warranty, and they sold me a defaced brake pads. I returned it to them the brake pads but the manager refused to take it back. This the second time they are doing this to me. The manager who is wearing glasses I think his name is Mike I’m not totally sure. For the second time I bought an AC refrigerating and I asked them before I bought. After I paid them and the refrigerating wasn’t the correct one for my car, they refused to take it back. This place has unprofessional service if you really like your car, please please do not take it at this place please. Please go to Autozone instead they have the best and professional service. I got upset after I bought the refrigerating and they refused to take back I end up leaving my $50 because they didn’t refund me.

I called and tried to see if they still offered free installations on car battery purchases during these tough times. Jose G answered the call and was extremely pleasant. Just as long as there wasnt corrosion from the battery, itd be fine to do so.I came into the store, and I was helped yet again by Jose. He was as friendly in person as he was on the phone. He helped with my purchase and did the free installation as agreed on the phone.I would definitely come back if I needed to purchase more parts, as the rest of his staff seemed to be in high spirits, which made it a good experience overall.

Im so glad this store is open again.They dont always have everything I need, yet my car is foreign and specialty parts are needed sometimes. However out of all the parts stores in the area, they have the best selection, most friendly staff as well as very organized stock.Edit 04-01-21Again this store and staff are amazing... after visiting another local store that claimed to have my parts yet gave me the run around I visited to see if I could find what I was looking for after checking the web site earlier with no luck. They didnt have my oem parts yet were more then happy to help me find parts that fit and functioned properly, plus they did it with professionalism and politeness! On top of that one of the staff and another customer were just as stoked about my vehicle as I am when they saw it in the parking lot. I had a great conversation about my model and learned about a import convention I didnt know about! Two thumbs up!

I had a terrible experience at this store. I placed an order online, when I got there to pick it up, it wasn’t ready ( I ordered it 1 day ahead). So they have to go get all my items from the shelves - what’s the point of online ordering?- I ordered 6 items, they couldn’t find one, and one of the items was wrong.. and to make this experience even worst I had to carry all the items on my hand and under my armpit because they had no bags!!!!!! Seriously people???This was my first time going there and definitely will be the last one.

Wonderful service. Ive been here a few times, but most recently to get a new battery after jumping my car. The service tech came out and helped replace the battery for me. They also have given me great advice on different parts and supplies to get for my vehicle.

I was looking for something simple like a cell phone holder which is very hard to find for my car not inviting me behind the counter and I found a very nice cell phone holder thats out of the place I dont know if I would have found it somewhere else nut job well done thank you

When the sign out front says free battery installation. And youre the first customer to walk through the door. You purchase the battery to then to be told if you wanted installed you have to come back at 3 p.m. So I installed it myself probably quicker faster and better!!!

Online ordering is bad! My car is stuck while I wait for the part. so I payed $20 for fast shipping, after 3 days they cancel the order on me!

Ordered parts from commercial, they were so fast their delivery driver I think her name is Lynn is very friendly and quick and polite. She is a great addition to the entire commercial division. She is always smiling and willing to help.

I used to stop in on a regular basis, when I was the delivery driver for Target (right next door). They always had what I needed for my truck, whether its a head light, washer fluid, grease for my 5th wheel (which was the biggest thing for me, cuz I went through a lot of it, due to all the switching I did during the week and everyone using their type of grease, which would cut down the grease quickly, because theyre not compatible with each other). They were akways friendly and helpful whenever I stopped in. Losing them after store realignment is what I missed the most, after getting reassigned a different store.

They were nice and very helpful.

Paid more for a battery that I could have gotten else where for less because they offer free installation. After ordering online they refused to do the install because it was too cold outside. After I installed it in the parking lot myself the charge on the new battery was so low my car wouldnt idle smoothly until I drove around for 20 minutes. I dont expect this battery to last very long, I suspect the battery was unmaintained for too long and has irreversible damage.They have lost me as a customer.

This is a busy store, plan to wait if you need counter help, heck, even if you plan to pay for a purchase. They usually dont have enough staff on hand, in my experience. I think they do a lot of order fulfillments for local auto shops, so there will be clerks in the back, but they wont help you. Usually its a more or less friendly and helpful place.

Very bad experience, I bought over 1000$ parts i got some parts same time of purchased the others suppose to get on 1 or 2 weeks, but when i got back they lost every order and with receipt they have no idea about the order.....

Slightly cleaner than your average Advance Auto, with friendly employees. Still frustrating how long it can take to get to the counter to be rung up, but few auto parts stores seem to have that figured out. Would love to have a self checkout counter, leaving the employees free to talk to customers.

I lost my wallet on 05-12- 2019 between the main door and first right hand side selves between 4:15pm to 4:25pm. I asked to the staff to see the cctv camera one staff say they haven’t any camera on that store and the women on the cashier said store have camera but not videos. They refuse to help their customer and they also disrespect me

Quicky ordered online ahs saved a few dollars$$ No waiting once I arrived and out the door with the correct part. It was easier done than said.

I needed a new battery for my 07 Camry, and a kind salesperson/mechanic pointed me to a very expensive battery, telling me that it could charge my electronics with the engine off without dying. I bought into the claim, he installed the battery, and I left fairly satisfied, thinking I had saved money by getting a 2-in-1 package essentially.Upon further research at home however I found no references online to this battery being capable of what the AA salesperson had suggested. I then went to AutoZone in Somerville, where the manager there confirmed that this battery was built for specialty applications but still required the alternator to function (ie the engine must be running to charge devices).After scowling for a few minutes in the AutoZone parking lot, I drove back to Advance Auto and explained everything to a different salesperson. He was understanding and listened carefully to my complaint. Although the stores policy is not to accept returns on installed batteries, the manager agreed to my request to swap the battery out for a cheaper (more reasonable) one in return for store credit to make up the difference in cost. The original salesperson then came back out and swapped the batteries.At the end of the day I was happy. I failed to research a product and made a foolish purchase, but the store still accepted my return in an exception to their policy regarding already-installed merchandise. On one hand, this experience demonstrated how commission-based salaries can impact uninformed consumers. But it also highlighted how a culture of flexibility and not always adhering to corporate policies can totally change a customers experience for the better.People try to sell you the most expensive version of what you need everywhere you go -- but finding a place where they accommodate for your subsequent buyers remorse is not always as easy.

They have a large selection on car products. Service is so so and you can get cheaper prices elsewhere. But the main thing is they usually have what you need. Compare price with Autozone which is a block away.

This place is okay. If they have to get a part from the back it can take 10 minutes, and there is no way to tell where the line or lines are nor how many registers are open. If its not busy its great, but kinda confusing and frustrating when it is busy trying to figure out who is in line for what and where you should wait...
