One of the best experiences I’ve had with a phone repair shop. I needed a quote to send over to my insurance and they were able to give one to me within a few minutes. Then brought my iphone 11 in to fix the screen and they had it done within 15 minutes. It came out great. Very professional and easy to work with - highly recommend!

I reached out late on a Saturday night about possibly needing a screen replaced on my iPhone cuz it wouldn’t respond to touch (their prices are reasonable & lower than Apple). They got back to me and answered questions with quick repose in this app. 10 pm & later! Turned out I didn’t need the screen replaced, it was a fluke w/the iPhone needing a forced off, Apple told me, but even when I later told them this, they responded swiftly with friendliness. If I do need help I will try here first!

Awesome traveling repair service. Under two hours later after calling him, the screen replacement on my phone was complete, all done in my driveway. Valentino offered different price ranges for the quality parts you would like. I would suggest going with the higher quality replacement! He also made sure to sanitize the phone before giving it back to me and takes digital payments, so this is a perfect solution especially while storefronts are closed due to COVID.

I came to have my fingerprints taken and the person doing them was so professional and helpful! He did a great job and answered all of my questions regarding the process. He was also very careful when taking them can made sure everything was sanitized before and after. I would highly recommend coming here if you need this service provided!

My phone suddenly wont charge anymore, so I visit this place to fix the issue. I describe the problem and hand the person my phone and my charger. He looks closely at the charging port and decides the issue is there, and tells me its ~$130 for a replacement (90$ of which are service charge), and to come back in 30 minutes. Expensive, but its a Sunday and they promised fast service - and sure enough, in 30 minutes the person hooks my phone to their charger and shows me Im all set.I go back home, connect my charger - no luck! Its not charging. I head back to the place and describe the problem again, and fumbled in my pocket to give them my phone and charger. I pull out my backup phone by mistake, which has a broken screen. The employee sneers are all your phones broken?. I ignore the comment. He takes a look at my charger, and demonstrates that there is an issue with my charger cable, and replacing it costs $15. So when my phone stopped charging, the issue was obviously an issue with the $15 charger cable - not with the $130 port. I asked the employee to confirm this, but they said that the issue is with both the charging port AND the charging cable - in other words he is convinced that both the charging port and the charging cable stopped working simultaneously.TL;DR Fast service thats open on Sunday, but there is a chance you will make multiple trips, deal with unprofessional remarks from the employee, and pay ~$145 for a $15 issue that they could not diagnose the first timeEDIT: I have no conflict of interest with this business or with any employee who works here - its strange that the owners response accuses me of misrepresenting the facts (this also speaks to their professionalism). I am not even upset about the service, which was indeed fast and solved my issue. Rather, I wrote this review to let other clients know about my experience, and to encourage this business to be more transparent and communicate more openly than they did today

I messed up my phone screen at work, my phone wasnt working at all. One of my coworkers told me to come here, and I was not disappointed! I came in with a damaged iPhone XR from falling in the snow, and within an hour I was able to come out with a working phone. It kept turning on and off and when other repair shops didnt know what to do I came here and they figured out the problem within 20 minutes. Saved me $500 which wouldve been spent on another phone. Highly recommend, quick and friendly service without sacrificing quality.

Very quick service! I broke my phone screen the following night and was able to get it fixed the next day. Everything from receiving the quote rate (requested at late night time, got immediate response) to the repair was speedy. I also reached out to some other repair shops, but most of them didnt have the Pixel 4 screen in stock, and the delivery date for the order wouldve been a few days wait. Although the price I paid for the repair was somewhat higher than some other places I looked it, I think the speedy service and reputation makes up for it.

They were very knowledgeable about the problem with my phone, and then I was able to leave it there and come back 40 min later to pick it up with no appointment needed! Very fast and helpful

My phone screen was cracked and completely off, but I could receive calls and texts. After the Apple store and Micro Center in Cambridge were unable to fix my iPhone after a week, I thought I was going to lose everything I neglected to back up. I searched online and came across Boston Mobile Repairs, and they were able to fix my phone in 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe it and highly recommend.

I had a screen replaced for an IPad, pricey, less than 2months later the screen developed a line due to some LCD issue and they will not replace it without a fee. They were responsive however.

Valentino at Boston Mobile iPhone Repairs totally saved the day after I smashed my screen on Sunday morning of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. I was so grateful that his shop was open. He fixed my screen promptly, for a fair price. He also convinced me to (finally) spring for a screen protector, and kept my 12-year-old entertained by enlisting her help and sharing a behind-the-scenes peek at his work. He even helped her score a couple of new pop-sockets in the bargain. Most importantly, my iPhone is back to healthy function.I confess Im a frequent flyer in the broken iPhone department. We took it to the Apple Store and basically told by a Genius there that the phone was toast and we need it another one. He then proceeded to convince us to spend $1000+ for a new iPhone XS Max. Quick, easy and delivered on their promise. Found the shop on yelp and liked that they were close to my work. I went in during lunch to replace my screen for my iPhone 7. I came back an hour later and my phone was back to brand new.

I thought the service was really good--fast ( 25 minutes), good price and Was very pleased. Valentino could have changed out my whole screen etc. with the charger plug ( like other companies said I had to do) but he was able to only do the plug and so my costs were less. Who does that? Most people would not have done less... I was very impressed and that does not happen too often lately.

I had to fix screens both an iPad 6th Gen. and Google Pixel 3A. In doing research, it seemed that Boston Mobile iPhone repairs was one of the only places that were able to fix repair non-Apple products as well, so dont let the name fool you. By getting the phone an iPad repaired, I was given 10% discount. Both were fixed and ready for pickup within hours.After having the phone work for 6 days, the sensors on the screen were not properly responsive to touch. Valentino was able to take the phone back and do the necessary repairs free of charge (turned out to be a misconnection in the wiring)! He also provided helpful insights on better ways I can care for the phone.I appreciate the steady communication and customer service that was provided. I would recommend this, especially for people who have Google phones.

My Iphone screen went blank and all of the recommended reset options didnt work. I took it to Valentino and he tested different screens - the issue was internal. I could sum up my experience by saying: very efficient service as well as very cordial people. More in details; I simply needed my phone screen replaced; the piece was replaced in front of me and each step was kindly explained.
