After two bad experiences at other metro locations in the area, I decided to give them one more shot and I came to this store. Stephanie helped me, and she was very sweet and helpful and actually knew what she was talking about. I got the free galaxy and Amazon prime for a year as a new customer, which is an awesome deal. The store is nicer and bigger than the other ones, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
My phone charger that originally came with my phone broke so I bought a new one and the new one I bought instantly had problems. It would start charging my phone then stop and over and over again so I bought new charger the other day and the same exact thing started happening last night. I definitely wont be buying any new chargers from here
Customer service here is going down hill at each day. I went there Sunday to pay a bill and the guy working there is very,very rude. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but plan to pay extra for every service, as this is their business model. Consider going directly to T-Mobile instead, to avoid these extra charges.
Horrible customer service, a ridiculous guy who answered super badly
I went there at 5:55 pm the store was closed.Other people were complaining outside.I couldnt solve my phones problem through the phone.The agent told me, I had to go to one of their stores.I get there the doors are locked.Very disappointing.How can they treat their costumers like this during this crisis.Lamentable!
