These folks are great. Support local and go here before you ever walk into a Verizon store or anything else. Great service. They Fix anything. Even when your provider says its beyond repair. Its worth the visit I promise and if theres any issues after service they stand by their repairs constantly and continue to work until its perfect without a fee. Once you are a customer they just take great care of you and its supporting local folks instead of those big companies just trying to take your money. They were amazing. I cracked my iphone 11 yesterday and needed a quick repair. They got my phone fixed today within 40 minutes and added a screen protector at no cost! Their cases are also low cost in comparison to other shops I’ve been to as well so I purchased one that had a cool removable magnetic part for the phone as a wallet case. I am very very happy with the service I received and highly recommend here. Their fair and very well priced both for the quality cost and service 😊

Update: when I came to pick up 2 hours later, phone was still being worked on as now it started having other issues after they fixed the screen. Had to wait another 40 minutes. Now, my front view camera is useless because it seems the lens wasnt cleaned before replacing the screen and as a female who takes selfies...Im bummed . Next time I rather pay double to a better company.I just got my phone fixed from them. Screen replacement on a Samsung s8. But immediately after, my phone shut off and I was not able to turn it back on until I was home and plugged in the charger to see what happened. That is now the only way the phone will stay on: if I leave it on a charger. This makes my phone useless as I can’t take it anywhere. I’m going back and need a full phone replacement if they can’t fix my phone because even though the screen was cracked, my phone still worked and functioned great before getting the screen fixed. What. A. Headache

Had low expectations but still. i knew the screen replacement would likely crack at some point, given I was going with the cheaper option, but bummer it would happen on the same day. Also, noticed the bezel was not flush with the new screen they installed. Worst of all, they told me one hour, came back in 90 minutes and they were all sitting there joking around doing nothing, told me to come back 20 minutes later, which I did and continued to wait. 20 minutes after that it was done. to some standard at least...

Brought in my Galaxy S9, which had a failing headphone jack. They replaced it for $40 while I waited, and now the phone works perfectly. They even said there would be no charge if the problem were actually the motherboard or something else. Great service, would definitely come back!

Bad experience. Screen after repair does not like other normal iPhone. They said lifetime warranty for any reason for screen repair from them, but if have issue, they will try to talk over you and make you pay for it. Bad services when you try to bring up the warranty and they will keep finding reason to make you pay. Not recommended to go.

Horrible service. I got my iphone 8 back glass replacement and now back is falling off. They said they can do it but i has to pay. Awful. They find reasons to make you pay. And most of reviews are fake.

Inspite of the ongoing pandemic these guys are open. I went there to buy a phone. They had different models at a reasonable price. I compared their prices with Amazon and their prices we cheaper than Amazon. These guys only deals with phones and they know the inside out about phones. They did a though testing of the phone they sold me and I have been using it for a month and a half, no issue at all. They also do phone repair. I went called and requested a quote for a Samsung galaxy s9 repair. No one told me that there are two parts to the screen, inner oleds and the outer glass. Fortunately my oled was not broken and they replaced the glass for $100. The same repair at another other local store would have charged me $220. Very honest, fast, quick turn around time, and they are local.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. I dropped an iPhone 7 from the car. It cracked and the screen was all crcked and the frame was bent. They straightened the frame and replaced the screen just for $70. These people are too good. Their service is exceptional!! Highly recommended!!!!

I can’t believe a repair store could be so humble and trust worthy. My iphone stopped charging as it used to. I had to push the cable hard and wiggle it for the charge to work. I went to a repair store in Malden after diagnostics they said that i needed a charging port replacement. They quoted me $80 for port replacement on the iphone x. I was in a rush and i had to walk out. I found Somerville communications on yelp. They quoted me $60 for the port replacement. I thought i would save $20 if i drive 2 miles so i drove there.I showed my phone to the guy in the counter, probably the owner. He looked at my phone used a device like a doctor to peep into the port. He took out his tool and cleaned the port right in front of me. He plugged it to the charger and boom it worked. I was surprised. I asked how much, he said you dont have to pay. What ???????? My port was fixed free of charge when the other repair store quoted $80. Do you think I am going to any other place for my phone repair in the future? No way. This is my shop.These guys are honest, quick, 3 technicians working at the same time. Turn around time fast.I give them a million stars.

The second phone also is not working properly. The battery keeps dying every few minutes. They are selling some bad products. I tried going back to the store today and they could not fix their own phone they sold me which I never used. They told me they can send for repair but I would have to pay for it. Sounds very fraudulent. Very shady place. Do not buy from here!!!
