DO NOT GO HERE!! Lied and manipulated me into taking a faulty trailer across the country as a single young women.What gets me is the INTENTIONAL deception by both the U-Haul staff and their general manager Bob Corbeil.I showed up alone (F27) to pick up my U-Haul trailer. They “helped” me set it up and they “checked” the lights on the trailer. I left the facility, packed the trailer, and drove across the country. About 5 hrs into the drive a Good Samaritan flagged me down to tell me that my lights weren’t working. I called uhaul and had to stop driving to stay at a trucker motel alone in Appalachia (pretty scary). Stayed up til 1am outside the truck stop alone waiting for the tow truck. The tow truck showed up and told me that the lights weren’t wired so they NEVER could have been functioning. Had to spend 5 hrs the next day at a UHaul to get the entire truck reworked. Was told by both the tow truck and the uhaul driver repeatedly how much immediate danger I was put in by the employees of this facility by giving me a trailer that never could have had working lights. I opened a ticket for a refund and Bob sent me an email saying he’d only give me a 50% refund because he “has a video” of the lights working…. Interesting considering the wiring was never completed in the trailer…Honestly can’t believe how reckless and horrible these people are!! Don’t believe anything they tell you and DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

The good: In and out quickly. Guy behind the counter was pleasant. Thats about it.The bad: Reserved a 15 box truck and was given a 12, which caused me to have to make two trips instead of one. The vehicle had an oil light on out of the gate. Opened the hood. Down at least three quarts of oil. Luckily, I had a few quarts laying around at my starting point, which was less than a mile away, so that problem was rectified quickly. Accelerator was incredibly sensitive. Alignment was completely out of whack. Significant pull to the right. Put $10 worth of gas in before bringing it back & the fuel gauge didnt budge, so I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel on my final bill. Warning for whoever uses this facility going forward... check everything out before you leave the lot. There clearly isnt any accountability for vehicle safety and performance here.

They had the tow hitch parts ready to go for the appointment, they did the work on schedule and were ready for pick up by the end of the day. The work looks good so far. Pleasant service at the counter. You do have to go inside, but the covid precautions are good.

I guess I was not the only one treated horribly by the staff, so at least they dont discriminate.The vehicles are new and pretty good. So youll still got the work done. Just have to bare with really rude staff.

Horrible horrible customer service. Made an appointment. Told us he doesn’t have the part the day before, but told us we could try to look for it. We found one, bought it, and called back but he had moved our appointment to day later without asking us. We arrived at 8am, the time of our appointment, and he said he had moved our appointment days back still. Even after being on the phone and on hold with uhaul and being told we would have an 8am appointment. We needed it today, that’s why we booked the appointment. Extremely rude. Do not go here.

Horrible people! Customer service is the worst. I work directly with the owner of the Company that I work for and my job is to reserve the trucks and sometimes pick them up. I went to get a 20ft truck that I had a reservation and they pretended to act like if I have to go to another store.. dont worry I wont reserve trucks again from this location! manager was extremely RUDY and Im a lady. He didnt even try to help. He was talking vulgar words about my boss Walter and why he was not releasing a truck to me.. I will contact corporation because this is not customer service. We deal with customers every day and look at our page no NEGATIVE REVIEWS because customers are always our priority.

Absolutely worthless. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find they had messed up my reservation. Fun fact: if you call their local number you get re-routed to a call center in Arizona and theres a decent possibility they make your reservation for a location in Georgia. True story!

I do not accept the amount that you charged me, you stole from me, I will be returning tomorrow at the store, if you do not return my money, I will put you in court, I can prove where I went, I spent a maximum of 24 miles, you will they charged 51 miles, you suck, you’re muggers, thugs, don’t deserve to work with the public

Utter chaos. One person working the counter at 9AM on a Saturday with over 10 people waiting to pick up. Employees yelling at customers, customers yelling back. Terribly unprofessional all around.After waiting in line for over a half an hour I figured out how to use the uhaul app to check out my truck so I did not have to speak to anyone and could finally leave.Update: Upon dropping the truck off and returning home, I received a email copy of the invoice. I have been billed for 2 rental sessions when I only had one. Also, my truck was marked half full when I filled it up before dropping it off, so I was billed $60 for fuel. To top if off, I was billed for furniture pads and a dolly I booked but were not present in the truck when I picked it up. What should have been a ~$80 rental with mileage turned in to over $200.I immediately drove back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do until the manager comes in on Monday. I am livid. Never use this business, ever.

The staff was very friendly and courteous even to the entitled customer next to me who was disgruntled about losing his truck after missing his scheduled pick up time (side note: if youre running late for your appointment, call and change the pick up time-- I did this at 7:25 for a 7am original pick up time and it was no problem--or make sure to pick up the phone if U-Haul calls so you can let them know youre still coming). There was a line when I went around 8am on a Saturday but the line moved relatively fast.

Tom (UHaul staff) as I am attempting to show him my confirmation email on my phone: That’s worthless to me, what is your last name?Me: Ok…(gives last name)Tom: I don’t have you in here.Me: I made a reservation.Tom: What – just right now?Me: If you look at the email here, I reserved in on June 2.Tom: No – you “requested” it. We received more than 300 requests than we have trucks – most over 6 months ago. Oh, here you are – you’re “blackbarred” because you are an hour late.Me: I was here in line for the past hour. I had the option to complete the self-service pickup on my phone, but it wouldn’t work. And another employee we spoke to while we were in line told another customer that most of your reservations were made in the past week.Tom: She lied. I’m already booked through Labor Day. Were you outside when you tried to do the online check in?Me: No, I was in line here trying to do it.Tom: Not going to work inside. You should have don’t it outside.Me: Is that posted somewhere?Tom: It’s a steel building. Everyone knows that.Me: I haven’t studied the construction of your building. But I was here, in line and on time. Do you have a truck for me?Tom: I did – but you were late. I’ll have to see what I can do for you.At this point, my husband is getting irate at how Tom is speaking to me. The condescension and rudeness continued throughout the transaction – all in an attempt to make sure I knew that online reservations are meaningless to him and he’s in charge. We ultimately got a van for less time than we need it, 70 minutes after we arrived, and my husband and I agreed that we would not be back – even for the propane rentals we ha been getting there for the past 3 years. It’s important to note that at one point another UHaul staff/”owner” (Christopher) piped in to let me know that he did NOT think Tom was being rude at all. So, if you agree, feel free to keep patronizing this business.On another note, the hardworking staff actually getting the equipment ready in the 90+ degree heat outside were VERY nice.And - we werent the disgruntled people mentioned below - our reservation was for 9am and our interaction happened near 10am - must been someone else who had their reservation lost at 8am.
