It is impossible to detail all the events that led me to Goss so I will just touch on high points. I was camping nearby and my truck was facing imminent failure. (Shut down due an emissions issue) Goss was the only dealer around that could fit me in to see what was going on. They diagnosed the problem quickly but the part was several weeks out. Not surprising these days. With no rentals available anywhere I was stuck. I decided it might be a good time to trade but was a little hesitant as they had me at a disadvantage. Trading your vehicle while is sitting on the lift in the shop is not the best time to command the best price. I didnt feel I got the best price I could have but that being said, they were not far off from what I had quickly researched. I decided to trade. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly and attentive to my needs as I was stuck there so to speak. There were several hurdles to overcome on my end and they made the entire situation much easier. It would have cost me a lot of money if I had to get a taxi or Uber to complete the paperwork as my wifes signature was required and was stuck at the campground an hour and half away. They gave me a vehicle at no cost and said see you when you get back. They didnt have to do that. Bottom line, they turned a difficult situation into a pleasant one. I live two hours away but I will go back for my next one.

Service representative in Service Dept are kind, knowledgeable, all work for this car from the day it was bought in his records helps keep this baby good as new.We got a new windshield from Safelite Auto Glass and Goss got us right in for a new inspection. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try to reach out to the management at Goss for help. I was blown away by the response. Within no more than 30 minutes of sending an email, I received a reply from the General Manager/Owner himself. Brian said he would review my case with his management team and get back to me right away. He called that same afternoon and I got to speak, not only with him, but also to his management staff that he had on the line. Incredible! They carefully listened to my situation and then, within days, resolved all of the issues to my complete satisfaction.They didnt stop there. Mike, the Service Department Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty and worked for weeks with RAM to provide me a means to restore my complete confidence in my new truck.Ive been purchasing cars for well over four decades now and this was, without question, the best service Ive ever received from any dealership. They treated me more like a good friend than just a customer. They were not satisfied until they knew for certain I was satisfied. I had a horrible experience with the Goss Dodge Auto Body Shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car in for auto body repairs after an accident. The repairs took 4 days longer than they originally quoted. There was zero communication from them. I kept having to call for updates and had to arrange for extending my rental. But the worst part was when I picked my car back up the trunk no longer opened, something that worked perfectly fine on my year old car when I brought it in. So it was very clear they broke it and returned it that way. I had to bring it back in and leave it with them for two days while they fixed it. Terrible, terrible customer service.Update 3/1: I can see someone on their customer service team said they’ve tried to reach out to learn and make it right. A blatant lie. No one has called or emailed me about my issues posted here and on Yelp or the unsatisfactory survey results of my experience they asked me to provide.

We bought our vehicle from this dealer two years ago. They told us they would mail us our second key. They never did. There was supposed to be information for the door code in the glove box. There was not and they have never provided this information to us. There was the tiniest little chip in the window. The original salesman said he would have it fixed. COVID came and we waited it out, because we are almost never in the area. But now, I made the mistake of calling them because I was in the area. Apparently our car salesman doesnt work there anymore and their lead salesman is neither polite, nor willing to accept a boundary when a woman excuses herself from a conversation, repetitively. No means no. It doesnt matter why. If a woman says she doesnt want to speak with you anymore, you leave her alone. The first time, not the third or fourth.

After my recent post regarding misinformation I was provided by the individual I spoke with on the phone at the time of service, I was contacted by management at this location.I was given clarification regarding my situation with my jeep which made complete sense. I have updated my review to reflect the dealerships effort to set things right with me after reading my initial review.However, this dealership does need to improve the training provided to their receptionist so that individual explains the correct information to customers at the time of service. Since a receptionist is speaking on behalf of the dealership, it is critical to ensure that individual is not providing misleading or incorrect information.

I have not had that experience, Lee talked me into an extended service contract when I purchased a used vehicle and Emily in the service dept. has always taken care of everything for me and has gone to bat for me on several occasions to ensure repairs are covered and not coming out of my pocket.I am very pleased with the Goss group and will be returning when its time for a new truck, and would recommend it to anyone as well.
