They said they did repairs an charged for time when they didnt even touch the parts because they were broken and still broken in the same spot as when it went in to them. And this was after the vehicle was there a month also

This was by far the worst experience Ive eve had with a shop. I got into an accident after hitting a patch of ice and my car was in their shop for about a month. On the day that I got my car back, as soon as I got into my car the TPS was on. I got out and asked them about it and I was told drive around until it turns off, and if it doesnt call us. Not a huge deal, but irritating since this was not on before the crash. I drive off and 2 minutes down the road my check engine light is on. There is no way this is normal, my car is certainly not fixed, and I had already paid my deductible. I pulled over and called them, telling them the problem and that I had to go to work and I did not have an alternative ride for a few hours. They told me They could not see me, and that I could take it to the dealership! AND they said they drove it around until the check engine turned off so it was probably fine. If thats not the scummiest thing I dont know what is, they just wanted my money and could care less about me as a customer or that they let me drive away in AN UNFINISHED CAR and could not even be brought to look at it and work with me. They were reported to through the insurance company to not be recommended anymore because I had a crack in a boost pipe and that cost an additional $700 out of pocket until the insurance could reimburse me. absolutely unbelievable. I would never refer anyone to this company. They have no clue how to operate, are incredibly rude and only care about money. ALSO my quote was around 3k for an estimate and they bumped it to 8k, basically giving me a new car. They fixed parts that werent even an issue, that hadnt been hit which Im fairly certain is fraud. Terrible company.

These guys did an excellent job of repairing my Hyundai. They kept me in the loop the whole way! When I went to collect my car it was ready and waiting and I was able to head out right away.

Had our car repaired here recently after hitting a deer.It is not often I leave reviews, but, not only did my car come back looking like new, the service that they provided was some of the best I have experienced anywhere at any type of business.All around great experience. Hope I won’t have any other problems, but I’ll be going here from now on if I do.

Had my truck repaired there twice. The first time went well, the second time was a nightmare. During reassembly of my truck they lacked the expertise to correctly align my steering wheel so I received my vehicle back with the steering wheel turned to the left while I was driving straight. After about 3 miles down the road my traction control light came on and stayed on. When I attempted to get Runway Auto to correct their failures I got nothing but attitude and denials... Fortunately Freedom Nissan was able to correct the problem these bondo jockies could not. Minor dents and dings sure, Runway can do that but anything mechanical I would not make the mistake again...

Rosann Kramer of Runway Auto has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. I’ve watched her generosity as she fixes up and donates cars to people in need, and earlier this year I experienced that generosity for myself.Back in January my Pastor’s wife let me borrow their mini-van to move a prop for one of my short-films. You cannot imagine my horror and embarrassment when I accidentally ran the mini-van into my garage door. Luckily it was still drivable, but now I had a hole in my garage and a banged up mini-van that needed fixing.My husband and I are both entrepreneurs and are in the process of building multiple businesses, so are cashflow is not consistent. We make decent money, but it comes in fits and spurts. I decided to set aside my pride and ask Rosann if we could set up a payment plan for the repairs and she graciously agreed. Runway Auto fixed the van like new and saved me from being the worst member of North Avenue Alliance Church! Haha! I even got to borrow the van again few months later.I want to thank Rosann for wearing her heart on her sleeve, and for taking such good care of her community and my family.

Went to runway after another bodyshop didnt properly repair my vehicle. The entire team at runway has been so kind and honest with their process and desire to make my car as good as new. Corrine is extremely helpful and always made time to discuss the damage to my vehicle and process/plan to get the work done in the propped way. I am so excited to get my car back soon and, though I hope to never have any issue again, I wouldnt hesitate to go back to/recommend Runway Auto in the future.

Runway Auto is incredible, they just treat you like family (the kind you actually like). After we got into an accident, they fixed my car and my mothers car and made them look like new. They fixed both cars within one week! They worked with our insurance company to make the drop off and pick up process hassle free, and they kept us updated frequently so we always knew where our cars were in the process of being repaired.When your car is damaged it can be stressful and painful. Runway Auto took all of that stress and pain away, we were in and out within minutes at the drop off, we received frequent updates, detailed descriptions of what needed to be repaired, and we were in and out within minutes at pick up.The team at Runway Auto is professional, respectful, and very good at what they do, repairing cars. They fix cars like new and after working with them and seeing the high quality of their work, I wouldnt want to take my familys cars to any other body shop.

Had a hit and run happened to my vehicle and my insurance is contracted with Runway Auto so it provides streamlined services including inspection, estimate, repair and a rental vehicle. The damage was minor which includes some scrapes and scratches on the bumper, so the turn around was about a week. The new bumper was installed without any issues, and Runway Auto kept me updated regarding the progressions via emails, which I appreciate. The front desk lady, however, had an attitude problem and she wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with. But she did her job and straightened out the billing issue in the end, which my insurance company seemed to neglect.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!I went to Runway Auto because I had had amazing service there before. Little didI know that ownership had changed. So I stayed and had them do the work anyway. BIG MISTAKE!! The short version of the story is that while repairing my car, the shop, and they admit to this, broke expensive parts that my insurance company justifiably did not want to pay for after the fact. Why should they? Runway Auto broke them! They then insisted that I pay for their negligence and held my car hostage for WEEKS until I finally paid. They even refused a generous settlement offer from the insurance company insisting on being paid every last penny...for parts THEY broke. It’s ridiculous.

A RAVE REVIEWI had a fender bender on a snowy Vermont road in December. After notifying my insurance company I visited Runway Auto just to be sure my car was safe to drive. This was before any insurance approval. Corinne was friendly and knowledgeable and, after checking my car over, said she’d wait to hear about insurance. The approval came through with no problem, all paperwork was handled by Runway and when I dropped off my car, the rental car was waiting for me.Corinne kept in touch about the repairs and also let me know I could just drop off the rental at Runway when I picked up my car. The car looks great and the whole process could not have been easier. The commitment to customer service promised is exactly what I experienced when dealing with this car repair. I will happily recommend Runway Auto at any opportunity.

We were dealing with an accident caused by another person in a parking lot situation and Runway was incredibly friendly and accommodating about everything.They kept us posted along the way and their reassurances helped us deal with this inconvenience which occurred right before the Christmas season began.They even went the extra mile and cleaned the interior and exterior of the car.As a body shop goes, I cant think of a better place to trust with your vehicle.

Had some work done there when I got rear ended. Left my car there while on a trip and it was ready for me to pick up when I returned. I had recently changed my brakes a bit too late and had brake dust all over one of my rims. They took the time to clean it even though it had nothing to do with the work they were doing. Im sure it didnt take them long but its the little things that count .

They did an Amazing job on my front end damage!! My car looked brand new when I picked it up. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of the car which was a plus!! I would definitely recommend them.

My insurance required me to have my care fixed here. Had to return on several occasions due to things they messed up or simply didnt fix. In the end I decided Id rather pay out of pocket at another auto shop rather than deal with their terrible service.

Ive known Rosann Kramer from Runway Auto for over a year now and hoped I would have never needed to use her services because I never wanted to be in a car accident. Then it happened and I was very traumatized by hitting wildlife on the highway on my way home from work, surrounded by cars and trucks on all sides and unable to do avoid hitting the poor animal. I love animals as does most of us, so it was very hard for me emotionally. Rosann calmly listened to my story and made the process of repairing our only car as smooth as possible. What I appreciated most was the way nobody made me felt bad (I felt terrible already) and how they arranged everything for me with the insurance company and car rental. This meant I had to do very little to get the car repaired and that I was able to manage it with my busy work schedule. All in all, I had a very positive experience with something that was hard emotionally due to the care Runway Auto gives their customers. Thank you to their team.

I had to take my car back to them about four times for mistakes. After the fourth time, I was suspicious about their work. I took my car to another Geico approved auto body shop to have it looked at. They were in shock to see the work that was done to my car. The frame was bent and rather than fix it or let us know they decided to oblong holes in order to screw things into place. I was told if we were to get into another accident while my car was in this condition it would have had a tragic ending. I highly suggest if you care for yourself, your family or others do not take your car here.
