This place was great an fast wirh service. My sister is coming to town, called many of shops to get her car in for new tires. Most placed were booked out for weeks. The tire warehouse was great called an squeezed me on, also called me an my sister. They were great at being the middle man, also speedy on service. Polite, knowledgeable, quick. Outside staff friendly despite the heat, an being short staffed.

I had a slow leak in my tire. Tire Warehouse saw me immediately and found a small piece of steel in the tire. They fixed it and the price was reasonable. The slow leak is gone. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. It was a great experience.

Dreaded flat tire on vacation on a Saturday afternoon. Called warehouse tire and was able to spare tire it to their facility and had it fixed and back on the road in 15mins. Great service, great price and extremely helpful. Even helped me return the spare to its storage position.

Couldnt be happier! They got me in on short notice and had the tires mounted and balanced in no time. They even helped me get set up with new lug nuts that fit the wheels. I last minute realized I needed to get my snow tires off ASAP because my parents were going to take them back with them to Chicago in the morning (so I could have my trunk back). I called and the woman on the phone was so sweet and said they could squeeze me in RIGHT THEN! Then when I arrived they realized two of my normal tires were complete trash and helped me figure out new ones ...all without an appointment and for a reasonable price!! I am so grateful for tire warehouse’s help, definitely would recommend.

Got a flat a 3pm on a Sunday. After calling a few closer places that just wanted to sell a tire, I called these guys. They said to stop by and they would see what they could do! While on vacation heading to Burlington, Vermont, I noticed I had a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. I found the Tire Warehouse in a google search and drove my car there. They were able to get me a new tire and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

I picked up a nail they brought the tire right it explained everything to me while showing me. Ended up buying a new tire but all in confidence with what they showed me was in my tire side wall. Back in the summer, we had a screw in one of our tires and had it patched in minutes, so quick that they skipped paperwork on it since we were told it wasnt worth the time. We were taken back from the generosity and tried to tip appropriately for the effort.But now that were switching tires for winter, we found out whatever they used to screw the nut back in put it in in a bad angle, misaligning the thread and making the tire replacement impossible without breaking the bolt in the process.

Great fast service, called not knowing if theyd be able to get my car in that day, was able to go in immediately and had my car back in under 20 minutes. That said wouldnt have even minded if I had to wait, theres two huge aquariums with some pretty neat little creatures in the waiting room to distract you/occupy the time!

Tuesday night, on our way home on interstate our car blew a tire. I called tire warehouse at 6:10pm they were closed getting ready to walk out the door. They waited sold me a tire mount balanced it. If you want hidden fees and unprofessional employees that dont follow COVID protocol then Tire Warehouse is your spot! I had tires put on here years and had a good experience so I decided to give them a go vs wait a day for my usual mechanic. Masks dont seem to be used by employees even though they have free surgical masks as you enter?? While checking in, one was on a personal call using profanity. Glad my kids werent with me! Tires were on after about 80 minutes but the bags they had for tire transport didnt fit my 225/60/18s?!! Certainly wasnt going to toss salty dirty tires into my almost new car so I brought my truck back later to grab them (. Upon checkout, they added$60.00 on b/c the tires I had them mount were new. Shouldve taken the tags off is what she said. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL $15 per tire to start with!!! They said too bad as its corporate policy. $140 for a mount + balance is dealer pricing. Wait for your local mechanic or go somewhere else. This was a incredibly poor experience.

Stopped by tire warehouse needed some snow tires. I waited last minute to do so an had a time pinch. The women at the desk came right out for the tire size an was super helpful with helping me make a decision on tires. The conversation while waiting was nice as well made time go by much faster. As we were chatting the guys were going like crazy an my car was done in 15 minutes versus the 30 minutes. Would highly recommend the warehouse, an will be doing my business there for now on. The tire warehouse was wicked busy today when I stopped in. Stopped by cause had a leak an wanted a quote on some winter tires. The staff were awesome an friendly an worked well together. I bought snow tires yesterday and the low tire pressure warning came on the car. I found that one tire was 32 psi and the others were 40-44 psi, way over the recommended pressure. My girlfriend called the shop to let them know--not even ask for anything--and the woman who answered was dismissive of the problem and hung up on her.Worth noting while writing a review--both when I arrived to drop off the car and when I came to pick it up, I had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the desk, and I was not alone waiting. The phone rang several times and went unanswered. One woman who worked there walked around without a mask, indoors.

Last week I drove through a construction site and was worried that I may have run something over. The ladies at tire warehouse on shelburne road were quite busy but still managed to sneak me in. They did an excellent job and were very understanding of my paranoia. I will definitely be back to put my winter tires on!!

Staff were eager to help and very kind. They patched my tire in record time and had me on my way!

Told them I had a slow leak in a tire and asked if they do patches. They worked on my car and didnt talk to me about what they found or what they did to the tire. The next day the tire was flat. They either did an inadequate job with the patch or did not thoroughly inspect the tire to find other problems. Going to another gas station, the staff showed me there was a small nail in the tire. I think the likelihood of me running over a nail on my way home from the Tire Warehouse is fairly low (but admittedly not IMPOSSIBLE). I would suggest going to another place to service your car.

I had set up an appointment online to get four new tires on my vehicle. Once I arrived they proceeded to tell me that they “misplaced” the tires I had ordered online. Considering the fact I’ve been driving with a nail in my tire for a while now, I really didn’t want to wait to replace them. They then proceeded to talk to me about my options, where after I made my choice they rang up the wrong set of tires. After the entire ordeal was finished, I finally got a set for about $400 more than I would have paid If they hadn’t “misplaced” the tires I had originally ordered. Would not recommend going to tire warehouse unless you like to feel swindled.

I dropped my car off yesterday morning expecting to have my winter tires changed. My tires were in the trunk, and I spoke to someone last week who assured me that it would get done at some point during the day, despite not having an appointment. These guys have always been fantastic, so I had no reason to doubt that.I called after 4pm to check in, because I hadnt heard from anyone. The guy I spoke to said that he was staying late and would put my car on next and would call me to come pick it up a little later, which I really appreciated. 3 hours later and still no call. I tried calling the store at 7, but of course it didnt ring because the store was closed. So now Im stuck without a car all day and overnight.I left a message which wasnt returned, and came to pick up my car this morning, hoping that the tires had been changed and they just forgot to call me.Of course the tires hadnt been changed, and the woman I spoke to at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and disinterested. She **wasnt wearing a mask**, or standing behind the plexiglass partition. She made no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation, explain or apologize, and said that they didnt have any appointments available for 3 weeks, without even checking the computer. She said they *might* be able to get to it if I waited in the store for an hour. I cant miss work for a maybe.I work in healthcare and drive a lot for work, I need my tires changed. If they had told me they werent going to be able to do it yesterday, everything would have been fine. Instead I wasted an entire day and $30 in uber fees for absolutely nothing.0/10 would not recommend.

I called to make an appointment to have tires changed on my car. The gentleman on the phone told me that if I drop it off on Thursday it would be done some time that day but definitely by Friday. So I dropped it off on Wednesday. Called Tire Warehouse Thursday afternoon to see if my car could be picked up but it wasnt ready. Called again on Friday I was told that they couldnt find the lug key. I told them that the last time I went to Tire Warehouse they couldnt find the lug key but they did and then told me that the lug key was put in the glove box. So now its Saturday and Ive made numerous calls to tell them that Im picking up my car even if its not done. Finally got through then was told that they found the lug key but it broke when they were trying to remove the lugs. Now they suggest that I buy another lug key so they can change my tires. Nothing is opened until Tuesday because its memorial day weekend.

Tyler, (the head tech/manager?) has been amazing to work with from the first time I called! A few weeks ago when I get my winter tires put on (at a different garage) my low tire pressure light came on. I called Tire Warehouse during their BUSIEST TIME and tyler fit me in no questions asked. Fast forward to two weeks later I have another flat tire so I give him a call today and gets me in and out in under a half hour. So thankful for their service and will continue to spread the word and use their service!!

Thank you Dylan and the crew went this morning my air light was on in my wifes truck and the back right tire had a cut in the sidewalk Dylan ordered me a tire this morning and light nuts for my car within a few hours he called me and said my tire and light nuts were there I asked could he do my tire today he said sure got there pulled right in he studded the new tire put it on my truck he made sure all my sensors were working correctly within 15 minutes everything was done and my air pressure light is off. The team at tire warehouse goes above and beyond! I had a flat tire that my friend and I tried to change ourselves but kept failing due to a few variables. I called the office, explained the situation, and they sent out one of their technicians to help me (this is not a service they normally provide)! To top it off they did not charge for a tire repair but simply asked for a tip. (Also no charge on sending a tech out). Feeling so grateful for the service, I happily tipped both of the guys who helped me get my car in good shape. Tire Warehouse is my number one choice. Thank you!

I had a really great experience here. My vehicle had been running low on air. I had stopped by Tire Warehouse twice before, and they were happy to put air in it for me. When I finally came in to get it patched up not only was it fast, but they did it for me at no charge. I just thought that was so nice and it really made my day. I had a great experience stopping here on 08/03/18 after my vehicle had begun showing signs of tire issues while on a cross country road trip. I chose this tire shop for it being nearby and having great reviews - and it didnt disappoint! I wish I could recall the persons name that helped me in the office but when it was clear that I needed a couple new tires, I feel that he was very helpful in his recommendations, he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need (which I greatly appreciate) and they helped me very quickly to get me back on the road safe and secure. I really appreciate the kind and helpful service!

I got a flat tire travelling from Boston to Burlington this weekend and by chance called Tire Warehouse first to see if they could replace my tire. It turned out that the person who put the temporary spare tire on my car put two of the wheel studs on incorrectly and they had to be broken off in order to replace the tire. The wheel itself was also bent. The staff at Tire Warehouse absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I was about to get back on the road and home to Boston safely. They also gave me advice on how to take care of the wheel when I got home. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Tire Warehouse.

Had a nail in one of my tiers, Tire ware house was open on Sunday and very fast in patching the flat tire (took less than 15 minutes).My only regret was they charged $20 for balancing the tires. When i asked them if balancing the tire was done, the guy at the counter replied that it was not needed.I would have given a good tip for doing the job quickly, but felt bad that they charged me for something that was not needed and was not done.

I had a great experience at Tire Warehouse. My new wheels were delivered there, and Tim and John helped me when I arrived. The guys are funny and have a great attitude. My wheels went right on the car and I was out of there in about a half hour. Great timeliness and customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stopped in today 07/19/2018 for a tire problem and was greeted by Joe at the counter he was able to get me right in and a gentleman by the me of Jason was my service technician between both of them my wait time was minimal before I knew it they had me on my way. I was extremely satisfied with the Tire Warehouse service. Im 77, and upon turning my car into a parking lot, hit the curb and blew my tire. My daughter-in-law drove me to Tire Warehouse and because it was a slower part of the day they went to the parking lot and changed the tire to the spare. Within 45 min. I had a new tire and was on the road again.

I had an unbelievable experience here this week. I stopped in to pay for a set of tires. While I was there the crew informed me I had a potentially serious condition. They suggested I not drive the vehicle any further. They took care of the problem and got me on my way in about an hour. Thank you so much. Best crew ever!

I will recommend this place. I got a nail on the tire and the friendly lady in front desk scheduled the time for me to come in and quickly patched it for me. When all is done she said you are all set and donot worry about it and charged me nothing. This was surprising to me as it cost usually 30+ buck. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went here. Here is my experience with Tire Warehouse in South Burlington. I called on a Thursday and ordered tires for installation on the following Monday. I was initially told that the tires would be there and I could come in first thing Monday to get them installed. I received a call about 10 minutes later and was told the tires would not be in on Monday until sometime between 12 and 1pm. I arrived on Monday at 12:55pm and was told that the tires would not be in for another 2 or 3 hours. A phone call with this information would have been appreciated since I live about 40 minutes from the shop. No apology was offered by the employee for not calling with this information. I arrived on Tuesday morning at 7:40 (the shop opens at 7:30) and there were at least 6 or 7 people ahead of me. There were 5 people in the waiting room so I asked the counter person about how long it would be if I waited and was told 2-3 hours. I was told that there were only 2 technicians there at that time. I would guess that it is busy every morning at 7:30 since this is a first come, first served business. How is it that at one of the busiest times of the day there are only two techs working? I decided to wait. Of the people waiting with me the first person to get done was at 9:15. So for ONE persons tires to be changed it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. This is an excessive amount of time for a very simple operation. I finally saw the tires put on my car and the technician come in with the work order at 11:25, almost four hours after I first arrived at the shop. At this time there were two employees working at the counter. One was helping a man who was dropping off his car to have tires installed. The other was helping a man who was dropping off rims to have tires installed. The employee finished helping the man who was dropping off his car and instead of helping me finish my transaction he went over to talk to the other employee and the man dropping off the rims. Apparently they all know each other and they proceeded to talk for the next five or ten minutes while I waited. They were NOT talking about tires for his rims but about his car, how he usually gets the family/friend discount when he comes in, which car the rims were going to go on, etc. In light of these many transgressions I will not be returning to Tire Warehouse again. I also will not recommend this business to anyone. In addition I will go out of my way to mention to friends and family not to use Tire Warehouse. And to top it all off I had to redo this survey because the website froze. Overall a very unpleasant experience with this business.

I have been meaning to write a review for this place for some time now, but it kept slipping my mind. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Jason has been in helping get my car fitted with the proper tires and rims. Although we experienced a few hiccups with the distributor, Jason remained courteous and determined to get me my new wheels. I never write reviews, but had to make an exception here. Ive been to this location several times over the past couple of years and had excellent service each and every time. The manager of this location is polite and extremely friendly... and theyll match or beat prices from other shops. This is the only place Ill go for tires from here on out.

We travelled to Montpelier from out of state for Christmas. We were unprepared for the Vermont icy roads. The super staff at Tire Warehouse put snow tires on our truck, very last minute and even gave us a discount. They were really friendly and had our snow tires on within an hour of stopping in. Really appreciate the great service and price.

The workers were very helpful. I dropped a tire off with no appointment in the morning on a Sunday and went back in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable for last minute work. I would recommend anyone with tire trouble to go there.
