I was very impressed with Danvand his team. My 2007 Tundra needed a lot of work to pass inspection. Dan gave me a detailed and easy to understand explanation of each item that needed to be done, he gave me a reasonable estimate and then, when he got into the work, he called me and suggested some work-around that would save me hundreds of dollars! Did really good work on replacing needed parts on my current car and my last one. Ive also a mirror replaced on passenger side. They do really good job with collision services. Ive used a few times. My one concern is that I was told I need to replace a steering gear. It wasnt needed. What was missed was the fact I had antifreeze leak. Maybe it was mistaken for a power steering leak. 99 percent of the time Ive had good experiences with this place.

Friendly and fair. They seem to truly care about the customer and they dont screw you over. I had to get my ac compressor replaced, they tried to put in a spare one they had on site before ordering a brand new one in order to save me money.

They forgot I had even made an appointment, took all day to do an inspection, then tried to scam me for parts and labor. The truck has a December NY inspection sticker. I already took this truck back to the garage in NY I trust and buy vehicles from. I had the ball joints looked at again and one changed. I buy and drive used vehicles and needed a new garage. Bouchards lost thousands of dollars over the next few years. They could have just got me on something I actually need next year. Scam

I was iffy about getting my vehicle repaired at a shop that the insurance company ‘works’ with. After reading their reviews, I decided to go for it as they had a 4.9 star rating. I dropped my car off on a Monday to get looked at. Inspection was completed that same day and the job was finished by Thursday! The paint job and new bumper looks immaculate- you would never be able to tell the car was involved in an accident! Everyone there was super friendly, their quality of work is unbeatable, and they are super fast! I was expecting to be in the rental for about 1-1.5 weeks, not 4 days! Thanks Bouchard & Sons! I think these guys are absolutely terrific. They were very friendly. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I dropped my car off on a Monday and expected them to have it for a week and a half. I got an email that Friday that said my car was done and ready to be picked up. everything went smooth. I had them fix the rear end damage that happened to my car a few months ago. I think my car looks great and Im so happy this is all done and over with. For anybody looking to get work done here they are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Always dealing with friends folks when I go there.

Bouchard and Sons was so good to me after my car was hit! On the first phone call, they said they were booked up for a month or so (clearly they are a popular choice in the area, deservedly) but in the end the repair happened much faster. After getting insurance matters handled, they fixed the smashed front of my car in about a week. Over the phone and in person, staff was very kind and professional. My car looks brand new, I think they even cleaned the interior! I feel like I left my vehicle in the right hands. Highly recommend 👍

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! They are by far the most friendly automotive repair shop ever. They were upfront, honest, quick, and they did a GREAT job fixing up my Mazda. Every single person I encountered in the office was really friendly which is not something I have experienced at other local automotive repair shops in the past. Although I hope to not need to see them again, should something happen I will absolutely be going to them for repair work in the future.

These guys are awesome. They dont try to sell you things you dont need done to your car. The work is done well and on time. I had them switch my snow tires last year. One kept going flat and I had it towed there. They fixed the valve stem and all was well. No questions asked. Ive had body work done there too and its fantastic. I recommend highly.

They have always been 100 percent honest about what I needed for my car. They have never over sold me on anything I didn’t need. They have the customers best interests at heart. I had to have a bumber replaced on my car one time, Mike Brassard is their body shop manager. He is very knowledgeable about body work and made the process effortless. After my car was done with the body shop it was fully cleaned and detailed. Thank you to whoever cleaned my car! You did an awesome job! I would never consider taking my car anywhere else! Dan Bouchard did body work to my 2010 Mini Cooper and it came out excellent!I hit a high steel capped curb while turning around at a gas station. Curb ripped down the passenger door and into the back rear quarter panel.They were able to get the car back to new in a few days, easily worked with my Progressive claims adjuster. Great people to work with, who do a superior job!

After bottoming out my honda fit during mud season, i needed some body work, no collision but these guys looked at my vehicle on the spot, gave me an estimate and had me come in the next morning for the repairs. the work was done in half a day and a reasonable price. When our parked car was hit during a snow storm we were offered a couple of auto body shops to pick from. We picked Bouchards because of a convenient location and they would see us in a couple of days. What should have been a pain-in-the-neck experience turned into us discovering a small business totally committed to quality work, fair treatment and outstanding customer service. Ultimately, they completed a major repair in under a week, repaired for free a couple of small things that the insurance company wouldnt cover because they felt that they really should be fixed, did some extra work we requested at a below estimate cost, picked up and vacuumed the vehicle and handed us a thank you bag with small but appreciated gifts. Dan and Linda and their staff are great.

I brought my 1985 Mercedes Turbo Diesel to these guys to handle an estimate for Progressive after a collision. They didnt end up working on it because I decided it wasnt worth putting more money into the car. Were at the start of winter tire season and every garage is up to their ears in appointments. I was stuck with a single flat tire and had been getting by with a spare. Its almost Thanksgiving and I go to school in Burlington. I cant drive home with a spare and no garage in town had the time to take me in! Desperate, I called Bouchards and even though theyve been as busy as all the other garages, their efficiency gave them a few spare minutes. In less than thirty minutes, they had fixed and patched up my tire and swapped the spare out!I left knowing Id be home on time to spend my break with family and helpful advice that the days snow would leave the highway icy.Good service, good price, Im so thankful to have found these guys!

Disappointed in the details. Brought my car here for insurance repair but detailing and finer points were overlooked. They made it right after I questioned the obvious flaws but i feel like it was because they were over a barrel.

I move a lot, and I always struggle to find a good butcher, and a good auto body shop. Well, suffice to say, when I leave Vermont, I will certainly miss Bouchard and Sons. They did exceptional work, very quickly, with good communication, and a fair price. They actually found some mistakes my Geico insurance adjuster made, and recommended OEM parts over the inferior alternatives the Geico rep suggested. The OEM parts ended up being cheaper, saving me money and giving me better quality parts. Honest and helpful folks.
