Worker was rude, she didnt understand anything being said and even being nice and frustrated she became more rude! Drinks being bit over priced as is and then made incorrectly after paying extra for expresso shots, wrong milk and weak! Please fix this Starbucks miss the good stuff.

Coffee was full of grinds, drinks were all left out for people to paw through to find their drink, IN A PANDEMIC, and when I raised concerns the barrista just said um, ok. Like people arent dying from covid. Avoid this germ spreader of a Starbucks, drive to Williston !! Unsanitary!!

Regular light blend coffee is too acidic. Gave me acid indigestion the whole day. Plus point the breakfast sandwich was great!

Its ok, the breakfast sandwich is average because there isnt anything to really set apart from other places. I dont enjoy the style and different roast of coffee, it works in a pinch. The staff is good, nothing special but they get the drinks and food as expected. Nothing sets this place above any other place.

This is by far the best starbucks around, perhaps that Ive ever been to. Its always extremely crowded but the baristas still make an effort to be friendly and make a connection. They always make sure to make the moment right and will always fix your order if its wrong.

Often very busy in the mornings and sometimes youll have to remind the staff about an app order or check on whatevers been actually made to go. Wished some seasonal coffee flavors would not expire, especially the Winters. Decent hot breakfast meals can be had there.

Every time I’ve been staff has been really nice and only once has my order been wrong and they let me have both drinks. But I am writing today because of one nice lady who’s name I don’t know. She cashed us out and I got my drink (snickerdoodle hot cocoa, so good!) and we left to get breakfast sandwiches at a nearby place, the meanwhile my dog had decided he wanted a taste of my drink. Disheartened, because honestly yes that drink was so good, by boyfriend kindly went back to Starbucks to get me another. The cashier recognized him and and asked if he decided he wanted something else. When he explained what happened, she said don’t worry about it you don’t have to pay. I just thought it was so kind of her to do even though it was nothing of her doing or mine, just the curiosity of any dog. If she sees this, thank you, it’s was so nice of you!

Customer for years. They are always helpful, i even didnt remember my wrap I purchased, spaced out, sat down and got Into my work, then literally 30minutes later, i remember. They heated up a fresh one for me, no worries. They remembered me, I enjoy being created by warm professional staff that keep you coming back to this Starbucks.

Toilet is closed to public. Go to McDonalds. Staff had no suggestion where to go to. Not okay

Took me 30 min to get a simple iced coffee, staff seemed friendly but they were prioritizing locals over customers who got there earlier. Im not talking about people who put in mobile orders, I mean there was a guy in line 5 people behind me and he got a complex order with 4 coffees and food before my simple one coffee order. Will never go back to this location.

Is was a quick visit so I dont have much to say. But even though I had to wait a little (it was SUPER busy) the staff was very nice and didnt show if they were stressed out or not with the amount of clients.

Order dark roasted coffee w my own coffee tumbler. The barista is kind enough to rinse my tumbler first before filled my coffee. I am touched by the gesture.

Codes on the bathrooms and no newspapers to glance at!! I had to drop someone off at the airport!! Restarea doesnt open until 7am!!

Staff is very friendly and always get exactly what I order with no problems.

They cant keep up with phone orders and in store orders. Its a great place and staff is awesome, but all weekend and weekdays in the a.m. the wait is ridiculous. Hire some more people or stop taking online orders once your booked up...

Ive been coming to this SB location for almost 10 years and since the remodel its been absolutely freezing in here. Great place to get the standard SB offerings as long as you dont plan on hanging around or mind wearing a coat if you do.

My favorite morning spot. I love that when u are a regular customer most the baristas know u by name and they do a greAt job remembering my order by heart. They have free WiFi and the most amazing rewards program. Its truly one of my most favorites. They do get some long lines but the mobile app can save you from that. I go there everyday sometimes more then once. The only downfall is that its more expensive the other starbucks because u pay a church st tax but it not to much of a difference
