Younger Manager is great!!!! Very nice great service, solved my problem without any problems .Use to go to Autozone closer to me on Ramona not anymore the manager there is very short and rude . I rather drive a little more and get treated better.

Service is lacking! I waited in line 15 minutes before being helped. Then was asked to change to another register because the employee could not accept cash payments. This place needs serious management and employee training in customer service.

I’m never one to really leave bad reviews but the lady working this morning was extremely rude to my husband and I. We came in to get our battery changed because it died on us suddenly and since the moment we got there the lady working was being rude and saying rude comments under her breathe. My husband and I where polite, thanked her plenty of times for helping us and she still mumbled stuff about us. If we had been rude or demanding then I understand why she would have acted in such a manner but we didn’t. She spoke to a gentlemen that worked with her and asked him if he could grab the battery for her while she rung us up. As he set it down she said “I’ll have them carry it. They can at least do that much” im not sure why she was acting that way towards us maybe she was having a bad morning or something but her attitude was uncalled for.

Courteous,knowledgeable and fast! They have many car accessories in stock.

I went to Autozone looking for a battery hold down clamp, they were out of stock so I asked one of the Autozone associates, Daisy, if they had anymore in the back store room. She stated that they were out of stock. She then searched in her computer for me and discovered that a nearby Autozone store had three clamps in stock like the one I was looking for. I then told her that I didnt feel like driving over to the other store because it was rush hour. She said she would have the part delivered to her store the next day, and she would call me when it was delivered. Daisy not only made me feel special, she made me feel important, and I appreciate her for going above and beyond. Thanks Daisy for your excellent service!

Been here twice. First time I wanted to return a part they gave me wrong but they didnt accept it because it didnt belong to the year of my truck. Which is the reason I wanted to return it. Second time I took a battery to get it tested. Theyre portable machine didnt work so they made me carry the battery to the back of the store where only employees are allowed.

Never buy anything on Sundays, when you get your change of breaking a $50. Or $100. All they give you back is $1.00 & $5.00 or sometimes quarters!!!

People really helped me out with my mechanical problem. They knew what I needed and give me the right part that I need no need to go back for any more pRts till need it.

I bought a battery from them two years ago with a three year unconditional return policy on a bad battery and two years pro rated warranty for 5 year coverage. I brought it back it was defective it is clearly marked auto zone and a date sticker. Couldnt find the original receipt. They tried telling me the warranty was over because all they could find under my phone are 2 batteries bought 8 and 10 years ago. Store clerks are useless mgr no better. I will never buy anything at Auto Zone again and neither should you!!Abe the district manager for AutoZone read my review and contacted me. I told him how I was wronged and he told me he would make it right and he most certainly did. He contacfed the store manager. I returned to the store and this time they honored the guarantee by the labels and date code on the battery. Thank you Abe and thank you AutoZone corporate for having the good sense to have people like Abe and a program in place for true(real) customer srvice!

I like when they were in the corner (old building). They had trash cans outside for the customers. And the employees were friendlier. Here they see a line of people, and the employees are chit-chatting in the back. Very bad service.

Dont buy products from here youll get screwed out of your warranty! I purchased two sets of brakes for rear and front of my Honda civic 4 months ago but miraculously its not in the system for warranty

I opened an account with them for my shop. They are very helpful, nice people. Most of the stuff is available, but when a special order, is there like second day or so.

Was waiting 40 minutes in line to check out and the manager was putting customers before me to get charge. They only had 2 people working and 8 people waited in line to get parts and charge.

If you need brake fluid or wipers its there, but to have to special order a fuel Pump or starter when the place up the street has it, forget it ; most of the the people that work there are genuinely helpful . the others care not.
