Buyer beware!!I had good experiences at this store before,but staff changes I will go elsewhare.1st sales pitch, 2nd deceptive practices,lastly lie to the customer to get the sale.sales girl Kenai G. and the Manger girl was backing her lies

Incredible service, just bought a phone and I love it. I was on the fence on if I should get a new phone and the manager Kenia convinced me and helped me set up every single one of my apps. She went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. She took her time with me and answered all my concerns.

Great service from the workers there. I’ve been having so much trouble with my phone for days and in 2 minutes the girls there fixed my problem. Very knowledgeable and so nice! Highly recommend.

It was a great visit to the south El Monte cricket! All my questions were answered with great explanation. Walked in with the thought of porting over my number and thinking about adding another line. The manager was super helpful and i walked back out with 2 new phones with them both accessorized up for a great deal! Highly recommend you check out my friends over at cricket wireless they will take good care of all you phone needs!

Service was good at first, untill i noticed the lady that helped me out actually wrote herself a good review here on my phone without me knowing!! She set up automatic payments without my consent so now my card has some overdraft charges, thanks girl I really needed that 😒

Great staff and great pricing for phone service. i went to another location nearby but the staff was very unhelpful and did not answer any of my questions. South El Monte is my go to store now.

I enjoy going to this store because it is never busy so i am in and out quick, the girls there never try and sell me anything i dont need and they always fix any issues i might have with my phone. The other stores nearby wont even bother helping you if you arent buying something from them.

The store is AWESOME I ported over from TMobile and I am extremely glad I did!! The Cricket Team new exactly what they were doing and gave me an amazing deal on four phones!! I highly recommend going into the store and seeing what they are all about! You will not regret it!

I visit this store a lot to pay my bill. its always in and out with no issues and never had a issue from the store staff. Amanda is my go to sales rep and never has me leaving the store with unanswered questions. They are also under new management who actually cares about their customers which is hard to find now a days

There is only 2 crickets in El Monte and south El Monte cricket on Durfee is amazing experience! Amanda helped me add to a family plan that included all my needs even got me hotspot! Highly recommend getting service with her she’s amazing and with work with your budget!

Employees were knowledgeable in sales, transfer of contants, photos and videos. It is a cheaper plan 4 x $100.00. We were super happy with the free phones.

I went in because i was having issues getting a new phone from my old carrier. Aaron the manager helped me get into a new phone and even helped me get the information i needed from Metro PCS to switch over. for sure will be back to a store that actually cares about customer service
