The product i received was as described. Im happy with the phone case. However, I ordered this on the August 3rd and it arrived August 14th. They printed a shipping label on the 7th then couldnt be bothered to actually take it to USPS for 3 more days. It couldve gotten here faster with the actual Pony Express from the 1800s by horse or slow moving mule. I wish I had read all the horrible reviews here on Google prior to ordering. I paid ~$5 in shipping for a $3 service. Grifting on the shipping then didnt bother to actually ship it!! Stay away from this company. Wish I had.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years and never had an issue until now. I placed an order which never arrived. I received tracking info that it was delivered in/at mailbox it was nowhere to be found. My location is Extremely safe even if it was left on the patio- it would be there for days until I picked it up. I notified them I never got it and was told it’s not their problem??!! I was in shock to say the least! No replacement no refund. I have referred many clients over the years and have sent out an email to them all, not to purchase from your company ever again. The low prices simply aren’t worth the aggravation!

Thank goodness didnt spend much money. They sent complete garbage.They hold 20%, must pay for repackaging, must pay shipping costs. After all that, you get back just a few dollars. Of course, they already know that.Do not buy from them. BEWARE! I have no idea how they stay in business. Thought I would try to help the little guy, no more, Amazon for me.

What a rip off. Do yourself a favor, keep your money in your pocket. I bought a case for my google pixel XL and they sent a case labeled as a case for the google pixel XL and and low and behold its too small. I even went to the cell phone store and they said the same thing! I tried emailing them several times and the and they responded with Id have to pay a shipping and restocking charge! They make the mistake and Im supposed to pay for it.A bunch of crooks.California keeps it reputation.Buy your case somewhere else!!

Ive twice submitted a review on the HD Accessory website (they ask for customer reviews) about the iPhone car cup holders that I purchased, giving it 3 stars. All the other reviews about this item had given it 5 stars, which is why I made the purchase.The description says that the iPhone car cup holder is universal but its not. It wont hold phones that have pop sockets or grips, which most phones do these days.My reviews stated that I was not happy about this non-disclosure. They have never responded when I asked why my reviews have not appeared on their site.Its clear that they only post glowing reviews and Im not even sure those are legit.I wish Id read the reviews about this company before throwing my money away.They are VERY deceptive and non-responsive to customer concerns. I wish there was a negative star option because I hate to give them even one.

This place is a rip off. I ordered a cell phone case, Moto g7 and it didnt fit, plus it smelled bad. The case reaps of a chemical odor. I will never buy from them again ImA senior and cant afford to lose money.

Im shocked at the bad reviews! I had a wonderful experience. I placed order online and their sales Rep Robert called me because he looked at order and thought I ordered something in error. I told him what I was trying to order and he corrected it over the phone for me and said it would be shipped that day (Thursday). On Monday I received package everything was just as described. I ordered lighted spinners for my kids and they loved them. Will definitely order from them again.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Never had an issue like this before with any other phone cases Ive bought. The picture on the site or what is shown matches all the time. I basically searched day and night, looking for a phone case that covered the sides of my new Samsung Galaxy S10. The image on their site showed that it covered all around the phone over the screen. When I put it on it did not cover like the picture. Also it made the built-in screen protector form air bubbles, causing issues to my phone. So after several weeks of trying to explain it to this company they said it was my fault and I should have known better and they will let me send it back but I needed to pay. So I paid not only to send it to me and now to send it back? That is more than the case is worth! So they refused to issue me a return label, manager refused to answer my emails, customer service stopped emailing back. It was terrible. Finally went to my back and disputed the charges. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Just the service from them was disgraceful! NEVER AGAIN!I did end up going to Walmart and getting a Blackweb brand case, best case Ive ever purchased and covers all around the phone and love it.

Very disappointed with the quality of the merchandise is an understatement. I could not believe people can even sell stuff like this online. What you see on their website is not what you will get. Should have checked online reviews and also the numerous complains from prior customers on consumer affairs website. Cant even get hold off anyone to return the merchandise. Now stuck with a bunch of junk on my hand. Had to throw them away in trash just so I can get over this quickly but wanted to leave this review to save others from making the mistake that I did. Lessons learnt!!!

Ordered a phone case on 7/10/16 and recieved on 7/13/16. Super fast shipping considering I live across the country - NC. I looove it. Case is exactly like pictured it fit perfectly on my phone and feels sturdy, hoping it lasts at least a couple of months. I will be a returning online customer! Getting my cases from here now. Had to put a fraud alert on this company from my Visa card and get credited back my funds that way. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM...Update: I eventually received my merchandise (+1) but I certainly cannot recommend this company.

I got there and asked if i can purchase a few things. I was told i couldnt. I was told to order online which was fine, i asked if i can order online and pick up that same day since the business is 2 min away from my house. I was told i still had to pay Shipping and Handling if i wanted to pick up. Stay away from these types of places. Bad customer service.

This place ripped off my elderly mother. She bought 2 iPhone cases for an iPhone 6. They sent us a case that only fits a iPhone 5. Looks like they reused a box for an iPhone six but inside was a smaller case. This was for both cases she ordered. She tried to return the item, she paid for the shipping to send it back. The company returned the item back to my mother and did not refund at all. Do not buy from this company! They lie and won’t return your money.

We ordered a phone case with a swivel belt clip for the Nexus 5X. The first case came and the clip broke within 30 days. We were given the option of replacing the part or paying for shipping back so we could get a refund. We had the company send a new case to us. They then had us put the broken case back in the same package and return to sender. The replacement part broke in under 30 days as well but the company would not refund the item, claiming that it was past 30 days from the original sale. The belt clip was made of cheap plastic and was obviously not meant for daily use. Very disappointed!

Bought 2 things from them at the same time, got them at different times, tried calling 2 times and was on hold 20 min each and still never got through, so I Emailed them and never got a response back. Completely TRASH!

Im surprised everyone seems so mad. Ive ordered over the years from them and always surprised to receive my orders before expected. I havent had to complain yet.. Never needed to return anything or have anything break and need bought again.. Just come back here everytime I get a new phpne...usually after they get stolen.

I seriously wish I had read all the bad reviews before I took a somewhat large order. Out of everything I ordered only one thing actually showed up even though it says everything was delivered! The one thing that actually showed up is a case for my 6th generation iPad. Their site said that all I pads are the same size and all cases will fit any iPad. Well clearly theyre wrong because its about 3/4 of an inch too wide and my iPad fell right out. I only put it in to check the size anyways I will never be able to use it because it arrived broken. Of course the one thing that actually came arrived broken.

Put semi simply. I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge! Yes its considered somewhat old technology, but my phone can be submerged in water (with all audio off if you read your manual properly) and is better than what 80 (02/2018) percent of todays users use presently. With that being said I ordered a curved glass peotector for $13.45. I open my item only to find that as soon as I peel off the plastic adhesive protector for the glass it was in fact an adhesive remover as it all stuck to it. Heat or age is the cause of this, and I sent the pictures to their customer Sevice for a return per requirement. They refunded 8.95 and do not refund shipping. You are lucky 0 stars in not an option for your former/never again customer/customers to be leaving. I am one of those individuals as I can assure your future will have many! Not our responsibility to pay for a defective product you drop ship or send directly. I can only hope Karma returns on your business quickly as the world is struggling enough without your highway robbery!

Received package super quick. However, case ordered did not fit phone. I did search on their website for my phone and the results that showed up listed the case I ordered, so I guess thats my fault for not checking that was for the Motorola Moto E4 SUPER. Either way, I requested an RMA via their website the next day. After a couple of days, no response, so I sent them an email. Now, four days after that, still no response and again sent them a message requesting an RMA. If I dont hear back from them, Ill dispute with my credit card company. No phone number listed to give them a call. Poor customer service on the back side of the transaction so I will not order from them again.

I bought 2 cell phone wallets that were described on the HD Accessory website as fitting my model. When they arrived, the built-in case for them was much too small. I contacted the company and asked how to return them. After more than 24 hours from receiving my email, the company asked me to send them the model number. They then told me that the case was for my phone but that I had an earlier model. Once again, I asked for information on how to return the items. They sent me a two-page Return and Exchange Policy memo. I followed all their instructions, then paid an extra $5 for UPS to deliver the items so that I could have a receipt of delivery. After 17 business days passed and Id received no reply nor refund, I again emailed HD Accessory . . . twice over a three-day period. I got no response. Although none of their correspondence lists a phone number, I was finally able to find one on their Google listing and also found a number of Google reviews -- wish Id seen them before I ordered! I was not surprised to see that many other people had had problems returning items. When I then called HD Accessory and sat through their message system, I was finally connected with Lam who told me it had taken them 3 days to process my return after receiving it and that it could take up to 30 business days to actually get the refund. This is definitely NOT good customer service. Needless to say, Im still waiting for a refund which will not even be complete as they are going to deduct THEIR original mailing costs -- whatever figure they make up for that! Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

WARNING!!! BUYER Beware This company is not ligitment. Any company that will not accept a return that is 100% resellable condition and every item I received was returned, also 100% resellable condition than claims that since it was put on phone and immediately removed, didnt meet my expectations, is now classified as used and used products are automatically returned and charge you for mailing, is not a company anyone should deal with. There are 100s of companies that sell cases, buy from one of them. HD Accessory is a very shady business.

I received an item that broke within one hour of use. I immediately called HD Accessory and they asked me to send the defective item back as Returned to Sender (RTS). The post office said that I had to pay postage that the item could not be mailed back as RTS without postage. So I paid the postage. The USPS said that it is illegal to RTS merchandise back that has been opened. I called HD Accessory about this and said they could not reimburse me for the postage. SECOND::For the replacement of the broken item, I asked for an item that was of lesser cost. I received that item and have not received my refund for the difference. All of this matter was done within their 30 day return policy. I have repeatedly called, emailed and left messages without a response. I have been ordering product from HD Accessory for many years and have referred many people to them. There will not be any further orders made to them and I will no longer refer people to them.

They are horrible. There customer service was below a even a single star... I ordered a cover for my Ipad 2, should be simple right. Well it took a about 10 days to get to me, probably sent by Pony Express, but that wasnt even the real problem, the cover didnt fit my Ipad. I could get 3 corners out of 4 in if I pushed really hard, but then the Ipad would fall out as soon as I lifted it up... I tried 4 or 5 times, but it was so warped that didnt work. It took me 2 weeks to get their customer service to return a call or email. I was told that I must have a different generation Ipad, really, I know which Ipad I own and have multiple covers for it... Anyway, they wanted to send me another one, I said no way, just send me a prepaid envelope with no charge to me, since it was a BAD product and they finally did... Well when they issued the credit back to my card, they deducted the shipping...Insult to Injury!!!!!... Run dont Walk...
