If I could give this a store 0 stars I would. Lets start off by them telling me their sprint computer was down and I had to go to an original sprint legacy store to get a screen protector because they couldnt find me in their system. I provided them with proof of purchase and still it wasnt enough. Worst customer service ever, I definitely will not be coming back here. I think they need to get reported to the BBB.
Friendly staff but protect yourself from un nesessary promotions/add ons, I know I will/do. For the best experience just walk right in, dont say a thing and Walk to the counter. when your staff member greats you just put down your phone, tell them any concerns you might have and smile. I havent experienced any judgement or games. They were completely discreet. Its Just really good service.

Some t-mobile employees are nice but not all are honest or willing to help to their best ability. Most times its really busy and perfer going to a different location. Be very cautious when you go there.

I wish I could give T-Mobile negative Stars! Ive never had such poor service than T-Mobile! If it werent for Michael at the store I would have discontinued my plan a long time ago. Michael provided me great customer service! Unfortunately T-Mobile itself sucks! Not to mention all the hidden fees and unexpected charges! I finally closed my account and Im trying to settle up the bill... And even that is seeming to be an ordeal!!! DONT USE T-MOBILE!!!

I never give negative review but omg i cannot believe the customer service here we were just going in there to make a payment after waiting in line for about 45 mins the representative told me im sorry there here with an appointment they could of easily taken my payment it wasnt going to take more then 2 mins. Never again am i coming to this store. I perfer to go to rosemead or pico rivera
This is the only store that Ive ever had any problems at. I rather go to the Montebello,pico or rosemead stores where I have someone help me not lie to me
The service is horrible. We wait like 40 min just to exchange phone. The computer was slow en Lugar de decir give us a second wa are having some trouble. They start talking each other and send text message on their on phones. Not nice at all 😡
The manager was very rude, not willing to help, he refused to process my return, he lied to us. I called customer service, tmobile ordered him to process our return, he refused to cooperate with the tmobile company, his employees refused to give me their manager last name. Other customers at the store had similar issue. The manager is shame in tmobile family. I do not recommend to go to that place
Hate this store and the reps. Went twice thinking my expirience would be better the second time and it was worse. The reps are rude and the managers are worse. Really giving TMobile Co a bad rep.

Purchased a cell and plan. A few days later had questions/concerns but employees seem to not care. They had to call their manager was their answer and had me wait for long time. No resolution. Terrible attitude!!!

Lousy service, they do not attend quickly and my husband one day came first than another client and the guy who attends there told him that he was going to attend to the other client when my husband was the one who arrived before and in passing took about 30 min.
