Horrible place to do business with. Zero customer service, zero communication after they get your money. Plenty of other cabinet contractors in our area that will take care of their customers. Avoid at all costs!

This place has left my family without a kitchen for nearly 5 months. There communication with my family about delays was terrible and we had to call every single time just to get updates. When we finally received our cabinets (over 2 months late) they were damaged and incorrect. They refuse to stand behind their product. Our family is out over $15,000 dollars to them.BUYER BEWARE!

Great Experience with them after renovation my Kitchen looks more than my wish.

We received our $30,500 worth of kitchen cabinets in January after 7 weeks of delays. They wouldn’t communicate when the cabinets were coming and left us thinking they would be delivered 3 times and called that morning or night prior to say they wouldn’t. Once our black cabinets came they were scratched, chipped and best of all....a black marker had been used to “hide” damage on the doors and bases. Our contractor for told us the cabinets are so damaged we shouldn’t install them. We had 2 cabinet makers come to see them, and they both said they are basically junk. One guy laughed when he heard what we paid and said “you’ve been taken” the other said “you’d be better off with Menards cabinets”. We asked for a refund, never heard back! So our lawyer asked for a refund, didn’t hear back! Finally when we did, Bob Schreck of Schreck Kitchens told us we should install them and work to relate them! How can you repair marker on the front of “custom painted” black cabinets????? Seams that are breaking and chips in the wood???? Not even to mention that the runners on these cabinets are so junky the drawers shake and don’t roll properly!! We saved up for a long time, 5years, to remodel our kitchen. Schreck Kitchen took $15,000 from us and gave us pure junk!!! I feel robbed, this is the worst business practices I have ever encountered especially from a small family business! I am in tears over this! My daughter has dairy allergies, I have gluten allergies, and we have been without a kitchen since mid November when our cabinets were due! Save yourself a lot of hassle and heartache, don’t trust this company with your home and money!!!

I cannot believe I did not leave these guys a review for the great work they did! I have a fairly small kitchen, but these guys came in at a reasonable price to replace all of my cabinets and counters. Good pricing, responsive staff and knowledgeable installers!

Karen at Schreck Kitchens was very helpful from start to finish. We had our countertops installed this summer and are very happy with the finished product. They were efficiently installed in a few hours and the price was fair. Had a few minor scratches on them durning installation and Karen was able to help on having someone out to fix. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Had a good experience overall. Shopped hd and got better quality cherry cabinets than had and a better price to boot. Got the maintenance free granite counter tops which are great, just clean with windex and thats it, no sealing or other maintenance needed and still look great after 2 years. The installers did a great job. Very pleased overall.would recommend.
