My slushes tastes like gasoline it’s the pineapple one

I visit this store regularly but will start going to another location after today. Bought to bottles Of muscle milk Listed in cooler as a $79 with a whole row stocked. Items rang up as 349 and 499 at checkout When I ask cashier to Chuck price he told me to learn how to read labels. I went over to read the label and it is listed as prairie farms milk not muscle milk. I told casher that is not my fault I should get the prices listed as thats why I grabbed it. He walked over to the cooler grab the label to bring to me and told me read this it says prairie farms milk this is a milk. Which I told him my bottle also says milk it is a different brand that is not my fault it is in stock in the wrong spot. He would not do anything and told me sorry not my fault. This isnt the 1st time this has happened to me where wrong items are in the wrong spot o For Im charged the wrong price for an item. Cashier was very rude to be charging me more than double for the item.

Great store and enployees!

Rekish had no patients behind the counter rushing every move you make with the payment. Told him don’t give me a hard time and would rebuttal and get upset with me. Bad customer service too me. I looked at his name tag and he displayed it to me so he insisted I give him a review.

Rude and unwelcoming service. The man was the phone the entire time just pacing back and forth. I stood over by the hot dogs eventually he finally came over and I told him I wanted two hogs and he’s “can’t they’re no good”. Then why have food on rotation if it’s not good.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rude and unwelcoming.

No management to do a credit card. English appears to be a second language here as well. Everything seems to be we cant or dont every time I come in here! This place has really become lottery or cigarettes pretty much. Dont waste your time.😖

I’ve given this store quite a few opportunities over the years and all I can say is that it’s a dishonest store. First, they charged me twice for gas. Recently, they sold me a fake Posh. Decided to give them another try and got another item, and got over charged. Would not recommend coming here.

Poor service. I went into this 7-11 this morning, to get gas, and purchase some Juul pods. I asked the Clerk if they had off brand pods for the Juul, and he showed me some flavors. He did not tell me these were Hemp pods, or that you only get 1 pod in the package. These are also not compatible with the Juul, since guess what, they are not nicotine pods. $16. When I went back in and said this in not what I asked about, he refused to give a refund, and pretty much thought it was funny. Not going there again. Got 1 star because gas was good Exxon quality. That is all.

Extremely rude lady behind the counter, everytime I go here she is extremely rude. I will drive elsewhere from now on because of her.

Nice gas price and food

Extremely rude man behind the counter. I was buying a slurpee for my son and asked him to scan my 2 lotto tickets. He shoved them back at me and said, “Check them yourself!” and pointed to the machine across the store. We will never be back.
