Unable to get Covid Test results. New system dont work.Very very unhelpful customer service once I do get through the automated response gauntlet. The insensitive person just ignored my request and sent be back into the useless automated service for more useless annoyance. That puts me at about 50% getting results for 100% of test paid for and taken.you guys are all hacks
Drive thru attendant was kind and informative. The parking lot is in good shape. The line for the drive thru has a longer wait time due to current events and the increase demand focused on the driver thru. Have been here 3 times within the last 2 months and each time in the afternoon onward had been busy.
I run a style and cosmetics blog (@stylebysandro on Instagram) and am always looking for new products to try. My first instinct is to always go to this location of CVS. Everyone always use to talk trash on CVS, but I legitimately don’t understand why, this location is amazing! First off, I’d love to give a shout-out to Jason, who’s always so sweet and helpful with my returns and purchases (I’m in there a lot so😂😂). Secondly, they restock frequently. Which is good, because I can always find something new there.The environment overall feels very quiet and calming. I feel like I’d be disrupting peace if I were to speak louder than a whisper over there. But overall, love this store!
My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and was on an animal insulin but was not regulating her. She was prescribed human insulin that was very pricey. I called 5-6 pharmacies looking for the best price. Ahmed at this location was the only one who mentioned he could sign me up for the manufacturers coupon, saving $215! Thank you, Ahmed!
ZERO STARS!!! - I had to call 3 times to ask a simple question about a prescription that is wrong. Within each call I got the feeling the automated system was transferring to other systems because I would be asked more than once what language I preferred. Also, when I call a specific number for a specific store, then I already know where it is. So why do they feel the need to tell me the address and hours of the store? From my first call to the end of my last took 18 min. It has taken me much less time to fill out this complaint! Why do companies feel they need to irritate customers with automated systems. So now I get to call my doctor back and fight through his automated answering system!
Ship packages through the UPS access point at CVS often.This CVS has friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. I had a terrible experience at another local store and figured this 5 star rating is overdue. Keep it up👍👍
This review is just for the minute clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccine so I can start my new job. I get there and the nurse was on her cell phone trying to get ahold of epassport to reset her password to log into her account. She told me I had to come back tomorrow and see the other nurse (who has access to that program ) because she was having technical difficulties. I needed this appointment to start my new job Monday. Will be going to a different clinic.
Minute clinic is currently 53 minutes late for my appointment that I need to complete for a new job. What’s the point of an appointment if it means nothing?
Got my covid vaccine May 7th. Some leaked out, not told anything about that, she just wiped it off. So with no side effects I really got upset. Called pharmacy May 9th. Not really much help. I had to search myself. I finally got the answer I was looking for by contacting CDC on a website by email 2 days later. No privacy when I got vaccinated. People shopping all around me. ........i have to change my review. CVS CALLED Monday. The had called J&J. The followed thru of me.
Horrible experience!!!! Waited in the pharmacy drive through for 50 minutes to pick up my prescription. When I got to the window I found out that we’re doing Covid testing at the drive through window. There was no separate line for covid testing and prescription pick. This is terrible on many different levels! First do you really think the average person knows how to correctly give themselves a covid test, think how many people may have self tested themselves incorrectly, received a negative result but really have Covid and are now spreading it to other people. Next if they do have covid they are touching the same drive through window they everyone else is touching. Lastly all the people who are just there to pick up a prescription now have to wait an extremely long time. Oh there was only 5 car in line in front of me.
Workers are very rude! Didn’t listen or help their customers. Awful workers
I went in and Linda B. at the register was very sweet and helpful with my coupons and questions. I was even greeted and offered help by a gentlemen as soon as I walked in. They also had everything I needed in stock. You can’t beat that. I will definitely be coming back!
Called the pharmacy to inquire about a medication that we never have used before for our 4 year old. I was connected to the female pharmacist and got cut off before I was done speaking to be asked date of birth which was off then proceeded to ask about the medication and how to use it as soon as I said ok and was about to say thank you click was hung up on. Talk about fast service and to busy to care, they didnt even ask is there anything else I can help you with or your welcome have a good day nada. Was very bothersome and incredibly inconsiderate and poor customer service if it wasnt for my husbands insurance we would still be using Walgreens at least there they are on top of helping people.
We braved the storm yesterday, as I knew it was time Evelyn saw the doctor (her primary care physician could not get her in on such short notice), so we decided to attend the Minute Clinic inside of CVS for the 1st time. She doesn’t like going to the doctor (but, who does? 🤷🏻♀️)... We registered upon entering and waited a short 10-15 mins before being seen by Dr. Michelle (who Evie IMMEDIATELY took a liking too!)Dr. Michelle was so sweet, empathetic, gentle and kind. All though the diagnosis of a triple threat: Pink Eye, Nasal Infection & Bronchitis was not great news; thank God we were able to get her in somewhere so quickly & get her started on eyedrops and antibiotics.The pharmacy then worked so quickly and were kind enough to ask about flavors for Lil E’s antibiotics. We only waited 10 minutes on a Saturday for prescriptions (that is unheard of and amazing!!!)In total, I would say we were only there for 1 hour and even got to pick up a few groceries!!Thank you CVS for providing outstanding service, from beginning to end- another corporate company that operates like s family one. You have gained 2 customers for life! 🙏🏻👍❤️
Waited in the parking lot for my appt. for an hour with no call from provider saying to come in or even notifiying me if it was cancelled/postponed.
I give five stars because customer service of Janet was amazing. Shes so friendly and help me to find all i need with an incredible patient.
Pharmacy staff is very friendly and my order has always been ready on time and accurately.
Minute clinic is horrible. Appointments made online dont mean anything. Waited 50 min for an appointment that I made online for a lady to come out hand me 2 min of paperwork to fill out and take another patient in for almost 30 min now. Still waiting!
There was a cashier here that seemed very inconvenienced by my presence

Marcus in Pharmacy was outstanding! He was not on the floor to help out when I got there, yet he stopped what he was doing to help me out with a question I had. He then was able to give me a couple vaccines I needed, and the process so quick and painless! The pharmacy is a bit of a drive from my house but I’ll gladly make the drive for the type of service I received from him. Huge kudos for the awesome treatment!
