My Sales person was great and I appreciated her contact.The product arrived a couple days before 6 Months as stated on contract.I received a delivery call upon its arrival. I asked a question he could not answer. He called me back in 10 min w answer.The delivery guys were great.They knew what to do to get in door and Placed Sliders under for me.They waited patiently as i examined & tried entire products .This was my first purchase of New furniture in 40 yrs.

The service was exceptional. Over the course of my purchase, Ken spent around two hours showing me furniture and fabric choices and trying out furniture arrangements on the computer. Our experience really deserves 10 stars. We came in to look around and were greeted by a salesperson, Jennifer, who walked around the entire store with us pointing out features and ideas. There was no pressure to buy as she listened to our life story and helped. She suggested we come back to work with their interior design consultant.We came back several days later to meet with Denise and she created 3D renderings of the two room we were shopping for. This was a super helpful process for us to see the furniture in the room of the house we were building.We couldn’t be happier with the furniture styles and fabric options we selected at a great price. Denise at South Elgin La-Z-Boy was amazing to work with. Super patient and friendly. Process has been seamless. Gave us 4-6 month time frame as we ordered custom recliners and sectional. Have only received recliners so far, but absolutely love the fabric and comfort. Schedule delivery about a week before. Received time frame for delivery the night before and delivery guys gave us 30 min heads up. They were also incredibly friendly.

Your staff particularly your manager Jen is very patient, polite shows genuine interest in ones situation. Your furniture is outstanding. I have a 35 year old recliner that is still like new. If I were to have a concern it would be with your policy of not being allowed to purchase the piece one actually sits in. Even with your high standards, NO two chairs sit alike. You staff gets 5 stars all day long.

We were so happy with the product choice and excellent customer service. We were looking for a recliner to address some complex medical needs. Our sales agent Courtney listened to what we needed and helped us pick the perfect solution. Our only remaining concern we mentioned that we wished the chair was a bit higher. No problem for Courtney! She came back with a wooden square that will be built into the new chair to elevate it another few inches. The entire experience was made so easy that we decided to skip comparison shopping and just order the chair. Only downside is that we have to wait 6 weeks to get it. We would both recommend this store to anyone needing a good quality remote functionality recliner

The manager at South Elgin (Jen) was very helpful as we worked through figuring out whether the sectional would fit in our space. Although the design services were at no charge, I dont see any value in them. They were really not helpful at all. The delivery went smoothly and the two men assigned were very careful in our home. The trouper sectional is very comfortable although it seems like the corner seat sinks in quite a bit and therefore is not uniform to the other pieces.

Our sales rep was great, the store had a lot of options to look at. Unfortunately i can’t leave 5 stars as the lead times are what i consider excessive. 4-6 months for sectional pieces they call custom. We chose the exact fabric on the floor and nothing really special about the pieces. A right arm recliner a single no arm seat &/or a sleeper doesn’t seem custom to me.

The sales person was not very knowledgeable about their product. Did place order but canceled next day when found identical product at Slumberland for $130 less.

Shopping for mattresses that will be in budget and last for years in a firehouse, we’re found here! The sales team were patient with me on collecting quotes and submitting proposal for approval. Things don’t move fast as if buying for a home, many processes have to be completed. I want to thank this team in South Elgin for their help.

Moving from a small house to a larger one and needed some furniture to start to fill it. My area has lots of places selling cheap furniture, it just never lasts. We have had lazy boy couches that lasted to two active boys and about 15 years of heavy use. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful with our questions.

We have been looking around at several different furniture stores for a new reclining sofa. What we found was either really inexpensive “cheap” furniture or really pricey furniture. Lazy boy falls right in the middle and has way more options to select from. I was surprised to find that any sofa can be made to recline mechanically or manually or not at all and you have hundreds of fabrics to choose from - even leather ON ANY SOFA! Their sofas are SO comfortable it was hard to choose one. My only negative is it will take 19 weeks to get it due to what else...Covid 19😩. Other than that, I’m a fan👍🏻

Every effort was taken to make sure we were safe which isn’t something we would have even considered in the past. We were never even close to another customer. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about all products and fabrics and guided us in making the very best decisions for our purchase. We have purchased a lot of furniture in our lives but we are always happy with Lazy Boys quality, comfort and style.

We had a great experience ordering a couch and two chairs from the South Elgin store. Both Jennifer and Courtney were a pleasure to work with. Our situation is a little unique in that we live in Tennessee but are furnishing a townhouse we are building in the Western Suburbs. So we were able to view the furniture and material swatches at the store in Tennessee and then called Jennifer and Courtney to order it in Illinois. They were very helpful, professional, and personable.

We went in to purchase a chaise and two couches. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products on the showroom floor. Our sales associate was attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. I think some updating needs to take place in the pillow material options as I was unable to find my farmhouse style pillows only as a separate additional purchase for 100$ a piece when your already paying a significant amount for the furniture. We did purchase and are now waiting four- six weeks for delivery so this is the only review I can give so far! Also there was a financing snafu but our sales associate Denise was able to get it figured out.

We came in to see in person a style of furniture they had listed on the website- no other store in the area had anything. They had one chair. When we came in they pointed us right to it. The salesperson then asked if we wanted to see fabrics, glad I did as the colors online look much different than in real life. Then they wrote up a quote for us for the pieces we were thinking of with the fabrics we picked. We said-we still werent sure, needed to measure again and go home and think about it. They didnt try to pressure us to buy at all. We ordered everything the next day over the phone because they then had our info. We have yet to get the product (it will take a few weeks for special order), but as far as the store goes they were very helpful and no pressure which we appreciated.

Courtney was absolutely phenomenal! I was so overwhelmed trying to find a birthday gift for my husband, and I was very close to just leaving. She must have saw my frustration and took it upon herself to help me. She asked specific questions, to get an idea of what chair would work best for him. In the end, she helped me find the perfect one and since it wouldn’t be delivered by his birthday she printed up a picture and suggested I wrap the picture, so he could have something to open on his birthday and see what his chair looks like. Courtney was amazing, and I truly appreciated everything she did for me.

The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. The South Elgin store employees take pride in their job. I’m looking forward to receiving my furniture in December. The only downside is that you’re charging me for delivery. I think delivery should be included when you spend $6000.

Got a good deal today. They couldnt get the chair we wanted for several weeks so offered the floor model at 5% off the sale price. It had been on the floor only a month, so was in perfect shape. We couldnt fit it into our 4 door sedan, so had to bring our SUV.

We just bought a customized sectional from this La Z Boy. Jamie was working with us to find the perfect couch that fit our needs. She was so sweet and nice and we absolutely loved her. Finally we decided that building a custom sectional was best. She had us meet with Kira who used this crazy software to put the sectional in our exact space and perfectly customize it. She also offered to come to our apartment and help decorate or suggest alternative furniture as well! That was about a month ago. This is a big purchase and things had to be moved around in order to pay for this couch. Jamie nor Kira ever pressured us and they actually ended up saving us an ADDITIONAL 5% off!! Overall the whole experience was amazing and we will definitely be back for any future purchases.
