The manager Christopher and sales associate Shae were incredibly helpful. Bought 2 new phones and protectors. Made sure to find us the best price and transfered our data. It was at closing time and they didnt hurry us. Got done right at close and we are very happy with their service. Also they followed mask rules so we felt safe.

The staff was able to make this a seamless transition as they were equally informative and friendly during this transaction. I came in having voicemail issues on my relatively new phone. There were two girls working. I got given an extention and sent on my way. Neither offered to help and as I sat there struggling with customer service they sat at the tables on their phones. I will NEVER be going to that location again. Im just sad I didnt get their names. Its their jobs to assist at&t customers. Went to a different location for my needs.

Theres a woman that works here that has such a nasty attitude. I was the only one in the store and she felt so inconvenienced that I came in there to pick up a phone I wanted. If she hate her job that much, maybe she shouldnt work with there, or with people if thats her issue.

Had to come in and figure out what to do with my husbands accout,(he just passed away😭). The young lady working at this store tonight, needs to be retrained in the art of customer service. When I walked into the store and found her watching a movie blasting on the big screen, food all over the desk and a greeting that consisted of a barely mumbled ‘what question do you have “ I knew I was for a poor customer experience. She was unable to help me and instead of asking for help from a supervisor, she kept insisting it was impossible. I had to ask her multiple times to please contact someone else and when she finally did she very ungraciously directed me to another store. All the time insisting that it was not her job to help me.This was the worst customer service experience of my life and if I wasn’t a loyal AT&T customer I would have dropped all my services on the spot. Extremely disappointed in this store’s lack of professionalism.

AT&T is awful. They will certainly try and rip you off, be aware please. My husband and I wanted to bundle his cell service, our internet, and cable. That way, wed have one bill, and save some money. That was three months ago, and no changes at all have been made. Oh, not to mention, we never received our $200 gift card for bundling!
